Abstract: In this study, the stable silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) were synthesized by reducing silver nitrate (AgNO3) using trisodium citrate (TSC). The product was characterized by Ultraviolet-Visible spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD). UV-Vis spectrum showed a peak around 420 nm. TEM analysis revealed the homogeneity in the size of AgNPs (35-45 nm), well-dispersed quasi-spherical in water. The prepared AgNPs exhibited high antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. The average zones of inhibition were 20 mm and 17 mm for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis bacteria, respectively. The inhibition zone of AgNPs was also compared to the reference antibiotics drugs such as ampicillin and natamycin. This research exhibits an efficient and eco-friendly synthesis of silver nanoparticles with potent antimicrobial and antibacterial performance.

Abstract: Abstract: This study aimed to establish a reasonable population pharmacokinetic model for rifampicin taken orally by patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, estimate pharmacokinetic parameters as well as influencing covariates. Blood samples of patients were collected at day 10 – 14 after commencing treatment. Time – concentration data were handled using non-linear mixed-effect model with Monolix 2018. An one-compartment, linear elimination, absorption with transit compartments model was found to be the most suitable for rifampicin. Volume of distribution (33,5 L) and clearance (9,62 L) were found to be influenced by fat-free mass (calculated using Janmahasatian’s method). Absorption-related parameters (Ktr, mean transit time and Ka) were found to have high inter-individual variability. Keywords Rifampicin, population pharmacokinetics, pulmonary tuberculosis.

Abstract: Mục tiêu: Phân tích đặc điểm sử dụng vancomycin trên bệnh nhân người lớn tại Khoa Hồi sức tích cực 2, Trung tâm Gây mê & Hồi sức ngoại khoa, Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Đức.

Abstract: This paper aims to better understand digital marketing practices in Vietnamese heritage sites, focusing on practical research using digital marketing tools and critical obstacles in digital marketing implementation. Qualitative research methods (interviews and field surveys) have been applied in this research. It found that digital marketing activities have been initially used in heritage sites in Vietnam, and it has a positive impact on tourist attractions. However, this application is still minimal due to many financial, cognitive, human, and old technological infrastructure obstacles that need to be removed. The research results are considered a valuable reference for heritage managers in finding new marketing solutions to increase tourist attraction, create motivation for conservation, and promote heritage values in the context of digital transformation
