    Abstract: A járműdinamikai modellek a modell egyszerűsítése alapján két csoportra oszthatók. Vannak egyszerűsített modellek, amelyek során elhanyagolásokkal élünk: ezek jellemzően a hossz-, oldal- és függőleges irányok közül nem tartalmazzák az összes irányt. Az egyszerűsített modellekre több ok miatt is szükség lehet: vannak szabályozási, becslési, valamint analízis módszerek, amelyek csak egyszerűsített modellek alapján alkalmazhatók, valamint a számítási idő miatt is szükség lehet egyszerűsítésre. Az egyszerűsített modellek mellett léteznek valós modellek, amelyek célja egy virtuális plant biztosítása a valós járműről, virtual prototyping alapú fejlesztésekhez. Ebben a cikkben egy rövid bevezetés után néhány egyszerűsített járműmodell kerül bemutatásra.

    Abstract: Diagnosis of bearings with advanced methods gained remarkable roles in the previous years. This article focuses on the manufacturing defects and methods to reveal and classify them. During manufacturing several faults could emerge because of the grinding operation, tool wear and chatter vibration. Inproper handling of the bearing parts because of the collosion to each other and the storing box that causes deformation. To reveal these problems several methods are applied in industry. For deeper surface analysis nitric acid can be used to initate the finished surface of the roller then natrium-carbonate that nautralize the elements. Vibration analysis in its standard Fourier form is not a new achivement but other mathematical tools could be applied to condition monitoring such as wavelet transform. It is an efficient tool for analyzing the vibration signal of the bearings because it can detect the sudden changes and transient impulses in the signal caused by faults on the bearing elements. In this article five different wavelets, Daubechies, Gaussian, Coiflet, Mexican hat, Meyer are compared according to the Energy to Shannon Entropy ratio criteria to reveal their efficiency for fault detection.

    Abstract: Az életciklus költségnek fontos szerepe van a beruházási döntésekben a megújuló energia hasznosítására alapozott rendszerek esetén. Mivel a gépészeti rendszerek karbantartási költsége általában jelentős részét  teszi ki az életciklus költségnek, a karbantartási stratégia nagy hatással van a megtérülésre. Az ipari termelésben alkalmazott karbantartási technikákat (diagnosztika, állapotfelügyelet, adatfeldolgozás, integrált informatikai rendszerek, gépi tanulás, automatizált döntéshozatal) célszerű bevonni a megújuló energia rendszerek tervezésébe, alkalmazásuk esetén elérhetők azok az előnyök, melyek a termelő szférában mindennaposak. Ebben a cikkben azt vizsgáljuk, hogy a karbantartási stratégiának milyen hatása van az életciklus költségre, és bemutatjuk a korszerű állapotfelügyeleti rendszerek alkalmazásából adódó előnyöket.

    Abstract: Tapered roller element bearings are generally applied in machines and transmission gearboxes. In manufacturing outer ring, inner ring and the rollers usually suffer damages. It is a challenging task to reveal and classify the defects. This paper presents an efficient method for fault classification by support vector machines. The faults on the bearing parts created by laser beam machine have similar shape and surface topography as the grinding faults from the manufacturing process. Vibration signature is collected by sensitive transducer and high resolution data acquisition unit. A test-rig is constructed to model the circumstances of the operation of the built-in tapered roller bearings. Moreover, test-rig is planned with the aim to mitigate the harmful vibration components from the environment that influence the precision of the vibration measurement. Feature extraction is executed by wavelet decomposition. Decomposition level is determined by FFT considering the structural frequencies of the bearing elements. The proper wavelet is selected by the Energy-to-Shannon Entropy criteria from Daubechies and Symlet wavelet families. The fault classification is done by R Cran software using support vector machine classifiers. Time domain parameters of the vibration signature such as kurtosis, skewness, crest factor and range are provided to the classifier. Classification rates are high enough to ensure the efficiency of the method in all cases in the study.

    Abstract: This paper considers a comparison of six wavelets for bearing fault diagnosis. Five wavelets Symlet_05, Symlet_08, Daubechies_04, Daubechies_06, Daubechies_08 are typical ones which are used for fault diagnosis due to several researches. The purpose is to design a new discrete wavelet which has higher efficiency to reveal minor defects on the bearing rings. Defects derive from either manufacturing or operational problems. Detecting of tiny manufacturing defects, especially manufacturing grinding marks is quite difficult due to their special geometrical shapes, however they can cause serious problems in machines during operation. Therefore, it is an important task to diagnose these marks with the most adequate methods. The transient vibration signal model of the defect is established for signals generated by tapered roller bearing on the outer race. The wavelet creation used the sub-optimal algorithm devised by Chapa and Rao. The applicability of the matched wavelet is tested for identifying this kind of bearing failure. The new wavelet analysis and synthesis filter coefficients are determined which define the designed wavelet. To determine the efficiency of the designed wavelet and to establish comparison with the other wavelets, a test-rig was constructed with high-precision measuring sensors and devices. By using the Maximum Energy-to-Shannon Entropy criteria the efficiency of the wavelets is determined. The designed wavelet is found to be the most effective to detect the manufacturing fault compared to the others in this article. The final purpose is not only to detect the faults but to determine their sizes. By analyzing the entry points of the rollers into the defects, the de-stressing point and the exit points of the rollers from the defects the width of the grinding marks is calculated. It is proved that the new-designed wavelet obtains the most precise way for fault width measurement. Finally, the size of the failure is measured by a contact type Mahr Perthometer to compare the results to the calculated parameters and validate them. The width deviation is only 1.18 % in the case of the new-designed wavelet which is remarkable precision level for bearing fault analysis.

    Abstract: In this paper, a review is presented on automotive vehicle dynamics modeling. Applied vehicle dynamics models from various application fields are analyzed and classified in the first section. Vehicle dynamics models may be simplified because of different reasons: several control/estimation/analysis methods are suitable only for simplified models (e.g. using control-oriented models), or because of the computational cost. Detailed/truth models of vehicle dynamics represent another field of vehicle dynamics modeling, these models play an important role in the virtual prototyping of vehicles. In the second section, the main modeling considerations of vehicle dynamics are presented in longitudinal, lateral and vertical directions. Various physical effects must be considered in the case of vehicle dynamics modeling, a lot of these effects are significant only in a specific direction of the vehicle body, which is the main potential of model simplification. The section presents vehicle modeling considerations in all of the three translational directions of the vehicle body.

    Abstract: The optimization of manufacturing and production processes with various computer software is essential these days. Solutions on the market allow us to optimize and improve our manufacturing and production processes; one of the most popular software is called Tecnomatrix, which is described in this paper. Tool condition monitoring is a vital part of the manufacturing process in the industry. It requires continuous measurement of the wear of the cutting tool edges to improve the surface quality of the work piece and maintain productivity. Multiple methods are available for the determination of the actual condition of the cutting tool. Vibration diagnostics and acoustic methods are included in this paper. These methods are simple, it requires only high sensitive sensors, microphones, and data acquisition unit to gather the vibration signal and make signal improvement. Extended Taylor equation is applied for tool edge wear ratio. Labview and Matlab software are applied for the measurement and the digital signal processing. Machine learning method with artificial neural network is for the detection and prediction of the edge wear to estimate the remaining useful lifetime (RUL) of the tool.
