Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, whether it is with regard to the personalized recommendation of the business or network warning by the public security organ, the identification of online users is a very important research topic. The user’s web browsing behavior data contains potential behavioral characteristics, in this paper, we utilize the time-frequency analysis method, which extracts the behavior characteristics when users accessing the network, so as to obtain the user behavior pattern and calculate the similarity between the behavior patterns for achieving the purpose of user identification. This method is verified by the weblog, and the experiment results show that the method extracts user network behavior features based on time-frequency analysis to ensure the accuracy of user identification.

Abstract: Biomass waste in agricultural and forestry production has low value, large volume, disordered texture, high water content, and high recycling costs, disturbing its biomass waste treatment. In terms of mainstream treatment methods, incineration directly releases carbon dioxide, dust, and other pollutants, while landfills produce carbon dioxide and methane with stronger greenhouse effects. In response to this problem—taking pollution reduction, carbon sequestration, and the resource utilization of biomass waste as the purpose—a mode of in-situ, harmlessness, homogenization, reduction, automation, inorganic transformation, resource utilization, and carbon sequestration is proposed, which reduces recycling costs and improves economic efficiency and operability with carbonization as the key technique. The carbonization mechanism of biomass waste was first investigated using TGA analysis to obtain the key technical parameters of in-situ carbonization, and then biomass carbonization was divided into two stages: in-situ carbonization and factory carbonization. Thus, a process is constructed for in-situ crushing, carbonization, screening, and recycling, which promotes the recovery efficiency of biomass waste, including domestic waste. Moreover, on the basis of massive experiments, a carbon-based material was invented where, through wide applications in architecture, huge carbon can be stored in building materials; thus, a novel method of biomass waste resource utilization, carbon sequestration, and artificial carbon pool construction was established. Among them, with the convenient collection of biomass waste as the premise, the economic and reasonable carbonization process is a pivotal step to guarantee the wide application of carbon-based materials, and pollution reduction and carbon sequestration are the final purposes. This novel mode is conducive to saving resources and realizing carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals with significant economic, ecological, and social benefits. The novelty lies in five aspects. Firstly, differing from current research on pollution reduction, carbon reduction, and carbon balance, further research on carbon sequestration was proposed. Secondly, the feasibility of reducing re-emission through carbon transfer was demonstrated. Thirdly, in-situ carbonization to recycle biomass waste was constructed. Fourthly, through carbonization, the inorganic transformation of biomass waste avoided carbon re-emission, especially methane emissions. Last but not the least, carbonization products achieved carbon sequestration and constructed an artificial carbon pool.

Abstract: In the blockchain system, the consensus mechanism not only helps the nodes maintain data consistency, but also has certain functions for token issuance and attack prevention. Aiming at the problems of low enthusiasm and weak centralization in Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS), this paper proposes a weak centralization consensus mechanism with more incentive effect. We replace the voting link with opportunity verification mechanism, and make the voting link that affects the enthusiasm of nodes become the embodiment of their own rights and interests, so as to strive for the maximization of their own interests. And we also introduce the method of random guess to make the selection of representative nodes more random, so as to achieve the situation of weaker center. At last, combined with the existing problems, the paper analyses the feasible solution with this mechanism.

Abstract: In the traditional medical system, individual medical data is managed by hospitals rather than individual patients. It is difficult to exchange effectively with fragmented storage, and large amounts of data are difficult to realize their potential value. With the rapid development of medical informatization, centralized storage of fragmented medical data has been unable to meet the relevant needs of the medical industry. To solve the difficulty of sharing and the complexity of confirming rights in the medical system, this paper proposes a medical data sharing model based on blockchain. The model provides reliable storage with IPFS file system, uses Proxy re-encryption to realize data sharing and ensure data proprietary rights, and uses Token economic system to measure the contribution in the sharing process, which stimulates the enthusiasm of sharing. At last, based on the existing sharing problem of medical data, the paper shows the potential solution.

Abstract: The clustering-based approach has always been an important research direction of outlier detection technology. The current detection approaches based on clustering of outliers are able to overcome the shortcoming of traditional test approach of outliers, however, most of the existing approach based on clustering to improve the choice of initial clustering center, this does not solve poor due to the sparse data clustering effect, and so cannot be radically improve the accuracy of detecting outliers. The data in the outlier detection problem can be regarded as a high degree of mixing between the normal point and the abnormal point. On the premise of reducing the loss of normal points, the set of outliers is the N samples farthest from the clustering center containing the most outliers. Inspired by this idea, an outlier detection approach based on genetic clustering for high-dimensional sparse data was proposed. By applying genetic algorithm based on traditional k-means, this approach processed the difference of original data and solved the problem of poor clustering effect caused by high-dimensional data sparsity. The experimental results show that compared with several improved k-means-based clustering approaches and outlier detection approaches, the proposed approach can reduce the loss of normal points and distinguish normal data and outlier more accurately.

Abstract: To assist in the implementation of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in China, due to the contradiction between the increasing energy consumption of residential buildings in China and the higher energy efficiency goals, this paper illustrates that the energy consumption constitution of residential buildings in the whole life cycle and then puts forward comprehensive energy efficiency strategies. With literature and statistical data, the main part of building energy consumption lies in the materialization and use phases, which both will be continually increasing, and divided into energy utilization and waste. By inducing the energy consumption in the use phase, the energy consumption of residential buildings can be further classified into the energy consumption of indoor environments, residential behavior, and public facilities, where the internal factor of continuous increase are all elaborated. Via the analysis of energy waste causes, this paper constructs a model of energy consumption in residential buildings, reveals that the key to energy efficiency in residential buildings lies in scientific decision-making, lifestyle improvement, and appropriate energy efficiency technologies and measures adoption, and points out that promoting building energy efficiency through the whole life cycle of buildings and building activities is needed to achieve carbon compliance and carbon neutrality.
