Abstract:
ResumoObjetivo: Avaliar os níveis pressóricos dos indivíduos atendidos em um ambulatório de enfermagem em uma instituição de ensino superior. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo observacional, transversal, descritivo e retrospectivo, por meio da análise de registros de pacientes atendidos no período de agosto de 2011 a dezembro de 2015 no Ambulatório de enfermagem (Unicuidar) do Centro Universitário de Anápolis - UniEvangélica considerando o atendimento ao púbico, sexo, idade e níveis pressóricos. Resultados: Foram analisadas 5.723 fichas de atendimentos onde foi verificado que houve uma diferença estaticamente significativa (p=0,0003) mostrando que mulheres buscam mais o atendimento em serviços de saúde. O mesmo ocorreu com relação a faixa etária (p=0,0001), sendo amais frequente de 21 a 40 anos (41,2%) envolvendo tanto acadêmicos quanto funcionários. Os funcionários (46%) são a categoria que mais procura os atendimentos oferecidos (p=0,0001). Com relação aos níveis pressóricos, constatou-se que a maioria (75%) dos participantes são normotensos (p=0,0001). Conclusão: O UniCuidar contribui para o desenvolvimento de habilidades, comportamentos e atitudes para a análise crítica e reflexiva entre as interfaces do conhecimento teórico e prático, proporcionando mais oportunidades aos acadêmicos, capacitação profissional e técnica-científica na formação do futuro enfermeiro. Novas pesquisas deverão ser realizadas com o intuito de verificar a abrangência do serviço UniCuidar no atendimento dos indivíduos que o procuram.Palavras-chave:Níveis pressóricos. Enfermagem. Methods: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive and retrospective observational study, through the analysis of records from patients from August 2011 to December 2015 at the Nursing Outpatient Clinic (Unicuidar) of Centro Universitário de Anápolis - UniEvangelica, considering Pubic care, sex, age, and blood pressure levels. Results: A total of 5,723 patient records were analyzed, showing that there was a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0003) showing that women seek more care in health services. The same occurred in relation to the age group (p = 0.0001), being more frequent from 21 to 40 years (41.2%) involving both academics and employees. The employees (46%) are the category that most seeks the services offered (p = 0.0001). Regarding pressure levels, it was observed that the majority (75%) of participants were normotensive (p = 0.0001). Conclusion: UniCuidar contributes to the development of skills, behaviors and attitudes for critical and reflexive analysis between Interfaces of theoretical and practical knowledge, providing more opportunities for academics, professional and technical-scientific training in the training of future nurses. New research should be carried out with the purpose of verifying the scope of the UniCuidar service in the care of the individuals who seek it.Keyword:Pressure levels. Nursing outpatient clinic.
