Abstract: In the Southeast Sulawesi region, the area most frequently experiencing drought and clean water crises is Dana Sub-District, Watopute District, Muna Regency. This disaster was caused by physical and social factors. This study aims to describe the mitigation efforts of drought and clean water crisis in the Dana Sub-District, Watopute District. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The population in this study were all the heads of families in Dana Sub-District, totaling 604 people. The sample in this study was selected using simple random sampling technique where the sample was randomly selected as much as 10% of the total population, so the sample in this study was 60 people. The results showed that the drought and water crisis in the Dana Sub-District, Watopute District occurred due to climate change and geomorphological conditions of the area as well as the lack of cooperation in the community in paying water bills. The peak of drought and clean water crisis in this region often occurs from July to November. To overcome this, various efforts have been made by the community, for example taking water from rivers and springs, buying clean water, and collecting water in storage tanks. Furthermore, the local government has also issued several policies, namely the development of the District Capital City Drinking Water Supply System and procurement of water pumps from springs, but according to the local community these government policies have not been effective. Furthermore, water dropping is also not maximally done because the community is less cooperative in paying water bills.

Abstract: This research aim to know differences mastery of geography concept of students who are teached with phet-based computer-based models and students are teached conventional on basic material know the earth at MAN I Kendari. The population of this study is All students class X MAN 1 Kendari enrolled in the 2015/2016 school year consisting of 3 classes with the number 86. The sample of this study is class X IPS2 and X IPS3 selected by using Barlet test that the results of all classes are homogeneous to the level Α = 0.05, indicated by the value of χ2 hit = 274.59 〈 χ2 = 5.99 Analysis of data in this study through descriptive and inferential analysis From the analysis of descriptive pre-test the experimental class obtained the maximum value of 53.3 and the minimum value of 13.3, the average value 32.82 and standard deviation of 10.27, while the control class pre-test obtained a maximum value of 50 and a minimum value of 6.6, the average value 29.11 and deviation standard 10.57. Post-test experimental class obtained maximum value 93.3, minimum value 30.6, average value 70.23 and standard deviation 15.19; While the control class post-test obtained a maximum value of 90, a minimum value of 25; Average value of 61.42 and standard deviation of 15.43. From inferential statistical results to test the hypothesis shows that hypothesis I, obtained the value -t (1-α / 2) / dk 〈 thit 〈 t (1-α) t (-0.975) (54) -1.331 〈 2.00, (interpolation) With α = 0.05 this shows no significant difference between the mean pre-test of the experimental class and the control class pre-test. In the second hypothesis, the value of t (0.975) (54) 1.673 (2.153 〉 1.673) indicates that the average post-test grade of the experimental class is better than the average post-test value of the control class. Hypothesis III, obtained the value of thit 〉 t (0.975) (54) 1.673 (1.673 〈 1.792) which means that there is a significant difference between the gain value of the experimental class and the control class gain. This means that computer-assisted learning is more effective than conventional learning in an effort to improve the mastery of student learning concepts of class X on the subject of knowing the earth with 95% confidence level (α = 0.05).

Abstract: Landslides that occurred in Kendari City from the past few years have caused casualties, precisely in 2017 in Kampung Salo, Kendari District. The occurrence of landslides is influenced by several factors, namely from the type of soil, rainfall, slope and land use. This research aims (1) To map landslide prone zones using geographic information systems; and (2) To produce information to find out landslide-prone zones so that they can be avoided. The research method used was overlay method of analysis techniques, which was through scoring and weighting. The results of the landslide-prone map study were made using GIS with ArcSIG 10.1 software application through the overlay process in the form of shp format. Furthermore, adding up all parameter scores so that the minimum and maximum values of the city of Kendari are obtained for areas not prone to landslides of 3405.09 ha or 12.69% covering the sub-districts of Kambu, Baruga, Poasia, Mandonga and some regions, the area is prone to landslides of 5574.34 ha or 20.78% covering the Abeli sub-district, Baruga, Puwatu area which is quite prone to landslides of 12041.48 ha or 45% covering the Abeli sub-district, Baruga, a small portion of Kaida, Kambu, Mandonga, Puwatu, and Wua-Wua in areas that dominate potential prone to landslides of 40.78 ha or 1.27% or 15.05% covering parts of Abeli, Kendari and Kendari Barat sub-districts, while areas that are very prone are 4038.34 ha or 15.05%, which include Kendari, Kendari Barat, Mandonga, Abeli and part small sub-districts of Poasia, Puwatu, and Baruga.

Abstract: Problems that often arise in tourist objects, namely inadequate and supportive infrastructure facilities. Infrastructure that is often a concern is road access to tourist attractions, availability of parking lots, landfills to public toilets. The research objectives were to describe: 1) the condition of the Kali Biru tourist attraction; and 2) the tourism potential of Kali Biru. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with 25 respondents. The data in this study were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1) the Kali Biru tourist attraction has tourism potential which can be seen in terms of adventurer potential which includes accessibility and infrastructure contained in the Kali Biru tourist attraction. These potentials vary from those that are still maintained to those that are not maintained so that more attention is needed, repairs and improvements in a better direction; 2) The beauty of the sea water at the location of the tourist attraction is also a potential main natural attraction in Kali Biru. The clear blue and clean sea, the presence of coral reefs, geomorphological appearance in the form of views around directly facing mangroves and there is a sunrise, can spoil the eyes of tourists to visit again.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and describe the influence of: Organizational Innovation (IO) through Self-Concept (KD) on teacher performance (KG) at SMAN in Kendari City. Technique Probability Sampling using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Data retrieval was carried out using instruments developed by the researchers themselves based on theories built by experts by first being tested on 80 teachers empirically to determine validity and reliability, data analysis techniques were: 1) Analyst prerequisite test, namely normality test, evaluation of univariate outliers and multivariate outliers, evaluation of multicollinearity, evaluation of Goodness-of-fit criteria, reliability and variance extract, 2) Structural Equation Modeling was used to test hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that organizational innovation through self-concept on teacher performance has a positive and significant effect. This finding means that the involvement of organizational innovation through self-concept mediation will improve teacher performance. This is also shown by the results of the indirect effect test (indirect effect) that there is a direct influence of organizational innovation on self-concept of 0.255 and a direct effect of self-concept on teacher performance of 0.260., p-value testing both Sobel test (0.033), Aroian test (0.038), goodman test (0.028), all three are less than the value of = 5%. Based on the three tests, the results of the indirect effect test on organizational innovation through self-concept have a significant effect on teacher performance.
