    Abstract: Các hợp chất bán dẫn nhóm AIIBVI từ lâu là đối tượng được quan tâm nghiên cứu trong chế tạo vật liệu nano. Để phục vụ cho các mục đích ứng dụng, các hạt nano bán dẫn hay các chấm lượng tử dựa trên các loại bán dẫn này thường được chế tạo dưới dạng cấu trúc lõi/vỏ để tăng hiệu suất huỳnh quang. Việc bọc thêm một lớp vỏ silica cho các hạt nano này sẽ hạn chế huỳnh quang nhấp nháy và độ độc hại của các chấm lượng tử, hơn nữa sẽ tăng tính hợp sinh cho các ứng dụng đánh dấu. Trong nghiên cứu này, các hạt nano CdS/ZnS dạng keo được chế tạo trực tiếp trong môi trường nước cho phát xạ huỳnh quang trong vùng xanh. Các hạt nano CdS/ZnS/SiO2 sau đó được chế tạo bằng cách bọc vỏ silica cho các hạt nano CdS/ZnS qua phương pháp Stöber. Cường độ huỳnh quang của các hạt nano CdS/ZnS/SiO2 phụ thuộc vào sự tạo thành vỏ SiO2 bao quanh các hạt nano CdS/ZnS hay phụ thuộc vào chất xúc tác có trong phản ứng. Thời gian sống phát quang của các hạt nano CdS/ZnS/SiO2 được xác định dài hơn so với thời gian sống phát quang của các hạt nano CdS/ZnS, thích hợp cho các ứng dụng đánh dấu.

    Abstract: Flood damage is becoming increasingly severe in the context of climate change and changes in land use. Assessing the effects of these changes on floods is important, to help decision-makers and local authorities understand the causes of worsening floods and propose appropriate measures. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of climate and land use change on flood susceptibility in Thua Thien Hue province, Vietnam, using machine learning techniques (support vector machine (SVM) and random forest (RF)) and remote sensing. The machine learning models used a flood inventory including 1,864 flood locations and 11 conditional factors in 2017 and 2021, as the input data. The predictive capacity of the proposed models was assessed using the area under the curve (AUC), the root mean square error (RMSE), and the mean absolute error (MAE). Both proposed models were successful, with AUC values exceeding 0.95 in predicting the effects of climate and land use change on flood susceptibility. The RF model, with AUC = 0.98, outperformed the SVM model (AUC = 0.97). The areas most susceptible to flooding increased between 2017 and 2021 due to increased built-up area.

    Abstract: The use of remote sensing images for the interpretation of underwater substrate objects depends on their reflectance spectrum of different water depths. Thus, the water column correction step is important in the interpretation. Two commonly used water column correction methods are Lyzenga’s depth invariant index (DII) method and Sagawa’s bottom reflectance index (BRI) method. To evaluate the role of each method in Khanh Hoa waters, Tuan Le water, with a high seagrass coverage and moderate turbidity, and Thuy Trieu Lagoon, with high biodiversity of seagrass species and turbidity water, were selected as representatives. 70% of the survey data was used for ground training data of seagrass (dense and patchy), muddy-sand and sand features and the interpretation of both methods, whereas the remaining 30% of the survey data was used for validation of the mapping results. The maximum likelihood classification approach was used to extract the seagrass map and evaluated by overall accuracy as well as the Kappa coefficient. The processing results show that, in Tuan Le water, using the DII method gives an accuracy of 82.1% and the BRI of 80.1%; and in Thuy Trieu Lagoon, the DII method has an accuracy of 80.67% and the BRI of 80.0%. These results demonstrate that both methods have high accuracy results in both areas, but the method of BRI gives better results.

    Abstract: Polygonum hydropiper L. was cultivated on alluvial soil (Pb = 2.6 mg/kg, dry weight) and Pb contaminated soil (Pb = 1,380 mg/kg dry weight) without and with amendment of 2 g organic fertilizer/kg soil and 2.5; 5.0; 10.0 g NPK fertilizer/1kg soil. After 45 days of cultivation, the growth in height and biomass of P. hydropiper in Pb contaminated soil without amendment of fertilizer was lower than that in alluvial soil, but the Pb content in the above-ground part of the P. hydropiper was higher. In the formula 4, on Pb contaminated soil (Pb = 1,380 mg/kg dry weight), when amending 2 g of microbiological organic fertilizer + 5 g NPK fertilizer per 1 kg of soil (with the total nutrients amended were: N = 0.25, P2O5= 0.52, K2O = 0.15, and organic matter = 0.21 g/kg soil), growth of P. hydropiper was optimal (its height and biomass were up to 244.0% and 284.9% in comparison to that of before experiment) and their Pb extraction potential was promoted to the highest level among the formulae used. The average level of Pb accumulated in the above-ground part of P. hydropiper cultivated at formula 4 was 1,098.3 mg/kg dry weight (DW) after 45 days of cultivation that was 1.6 time higher than the one of formula 2 without fertilizer amendment (687.8 mg/kg DW). The potential of Pb extracted and stored in the above-ground part of P. hydropiper cultivated at formula 4 after 45 days was 479.2 g/ha that was 2.85 time higher than the one of formula 2 without fertilizer amendment (168.02 g/ha). Nghể răm Polygonum hydropiper L. được trồng theo 5 công thức trên đất phù sa không ô nhiễm chì (Pb = 2,6 mg/kg khô) và đất ô nhiễm chì (Pb = 1380 mg/kg khô)không bón phân và có bón phân với các liều lượng 2 g phân hữu cơ vi sinh/1 kg đất và 2,5; 5,0; 10,0 g phân NPK /1 kg đất. Sau 45 ngày thí nghiệm trồng cây, tăng trưởng về chiều cao và sinh khối của cây trên đất ô nhiễm Pb không bón phân thấp hơn trên đất phù sa, nhưng hàm lượng Pb trong phần trên mặt đất của cây cao hơn. Ở công thức (CT) 4, trên đất ô nhiễm chì (Pb = 1380 mg/kg khô) khi bón phân với liều lượng 2 g hữu cơ + 5 g NPK/1 kg đất (với tổng hàm lượng dinh dưỡng được bón là: N = 0,25, P2O5= 0,52, K2O = 0,15, và chất hữu cơ = 0,21 g/kg đất) thì tăng trưởng của câynghể răm đạt tối ưu (chiều cao và khối lượng đạt 244,0 % và 284, 9% so với trước thí nghiệm) và tiềm năng hút thu Pb của chúng cũng được thúc đẩy cao nhất trong số các công thức được sử dụng. Lượng Pb trung bình tích lũy trong phần trên mặt đất của nghể răm ở CT 4 đạt 1.098,3 mg/kg khô sau 45 ngày trồng, cao gấp 1,6 lần so với cây ở công thức 2 không bón phân (687,8 mg/kg khô). Khả năng loại bỏ Pb từ đất ô nhiễm của nghể răm khi được bón phân ở CT4 đạt 479,2 g/ha sau 45 ngày trồng, cao gấp 2,85 lần so với cây ở CT 2 không bón phân (168,02 g/ha).

    Abstract: Tóm tắt: Đặt vấn đề: Đánh giá kết quả bước đầu về tính an toàn, tính hiệu quả của phương pháp nội soi sau phúc mạc điều trị niệu quản sau tĩnh mạch chủ dưới. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả 16 bệnh nhân (10 nam và 6 nữ) được mổ nội soi sau phúc mạc (NSSPM) điều trị niệu quản (NQ) sau tĩnh mạch chủ dưới (TMCD) từ tháng 1/2014 đến 12/2018 tại Bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Đức và Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội. Kết quả: Có 10 bệnh nhân nam, 6 bệnh nhân nữ, độ tuổi trung bình 36 (17-62). Thời gian mổ trung bình: 90 phút (60-120), lượng máu mất trung bình: 30ml (20-40), thời gian rút dẫn lưu sau mổ: 2,5 ngày (1-3), thời gian nằm viện trung bình: 4 ngày (3-5), trung tiện sau mổ: 5 giờ (4-6), đau sau mổ ít: VAS 1 điểm Kết quả sau phẫu thuật: thành công 100% không có tai biến trong mổ, không có bệnh nhân nào chuyển mổ mở, không có xì rò nước tiểu hoặc áp xe sau mổ. Có 1 trường hợp tụt JJ sau mổ 2 tuần, bệnh nhân đau tức hông lưng bên phải sau đó đặt lại JJ trong 1 tháng, bệnh nhân ổn định. Tất cả bệnh nhân được đánh giá lại sau 3 tháng, khám lâm sàng, siêu âm và chụp UIV cho kết quả tốt, bệnh nhân hài lòng. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật NSSPM điều trị niệu quản sau tĩnh mạch chủ dưới an toàn và hiệu quả, thời gian phục hồi ngắn, đau sau mổ ít, có tính thẩm mỹ cao. Abstract Introduction: To assume the initial results of retroperitoneal laparoscopic for retrocava ureter in Viet Duc University Hospital and Ha Noi Medical University Hospital. Material and Methods: Descriptive study of 16 patients were operated to repair of retrocaval ureter by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery of from January 2014 to December 2018. Results: All procedures were laparoscopically completed with no open conversion, the median age was 36 years (17-62). 62.5% was male (10 of 16) and 37.5% was female (6 of 16), the median operation time was 90 (60-120) minutes, the mean amount of blood loss was 30 ml (20- 40) ml, median hospital stay was 4 day (3 -5). The median drainage time was 2 days (1-3) The JJ-stent was removed 4 weeks after surgery. There was no complications such as urinary fistula, no abdominal cavity abscess. There is one patient who was migrating the ureter catheter two weeks after operation, he was a new JJ and maintained one month. Patients have been following up after 3 month, every year, intravenous urinary imaging and ultrasonography performed at 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery, showed no ureteral stricture inserted along the anastomotic tract, perfect ureteric anastomosis and a decrease of hydronephrosis level, confirmed at ultrasonography and intravenous urinary imaging. Conclusion: The initial result of retroperitoneal laparoscopic approach to repair retrocava is feasible and safe. Patients have achieved a good treatment with short hospital stay, painless, good aesthetic aspect, and an excellent minimally invasive treatment option for retrocaval ureter. Moreover, a thorough review of published data supports our viewpoint that laparoscopic surgery should probably be the first-line treatment for retrocaval ureter.     Abstract: Typhoon Noru (2022) was a historic storm that caused significant damage to the central region of Vietnam. Typhoon Noru has caused strong winds and torrential rainfall in Da Nang, Quang Nam, and Quang Ngai. Quang Nam Province saw many trees and power lines fall, and many areas were flooded. The Da Nang government has reported the typhoon toppled many trees, blew the rooftops of three houses, damaged the walls of several schools, and caused a power outage at some 3200 substations. It resulted in widespread flooding in coastal areas and downstream from the Vu Gia-Thu Bon River river basin. This study evaluates the impact of Typhoon Noru. The results show that: (1) The numerical simulation was applied to re-analyze the offshore meteorological field with the Coupled Ocean–Atmosphere–Wave–Sediment Transport (COAWST) model as an input for 2D wave propagation and hydraulic models; (2) The study couples the 1D and 2D models in MIKE FLOOD to simulate the flood and inundation caused by Typhoon Noru in the study area. The calibration and validation results of the 1D hydraulic model, the 2D wave propagation model, and the 2D hydrodynamic model were reasonably good, with a Nash coefficient ranging from 0.84 to 0.96 and a percent bias (BIAS) of −0.9% to 7.5%. The results of the simulation showed that the flood and inundation caused by Typhoon Noru resulted in significant damage in two districts: Thang Binh in Quang Nam province and Hoa Vang in Da Nang province. The practical significance of these results is that they provide valuable support for warning systems and troubleshooting efforts related to the impact of typhoons.
