Abstract: Nowadays, we can use different websites that help us make decisions about various aspects of our lives. However, privacy protection prevents websites from providing personalised guidelines to users. We propose a novel doctor‐ranking system (DRS) based on multi‐criteria group decision‐making (MCGDM) method to address the problems of privacy protection. The following aspects differentiate our proposed DRS model from previous works: (a) textual information reviews are used to identify user preferences and complementary criteria, (b) criteria weights are determined by term frequency inverse document frequency (TF‐IDF) instead of Delphi method or expert opinion, (c) intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) are used to replace sentiment analysis to express subjective user criteria, and (d) VIsekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranjie (VIKOR) method for MCGDM with IFSs is used to solve the doctor‐ranking problem. We apply our proposed model to datasets from Haodf.com to compare the performance of our method with that of sentiment analysis and technique for order performance by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) methods. The experimental results show that our method provides accurate ranking and increases the reliability of DRS.

Abstract: It was to explore the role of motion recognition technology based on the convolutional neural network (CNN) model in guiding the aerobic exercise of college students and its impact on their physical and mental health, providing a scientific and effective method for students to have a healthy body and mood. 256 college students were randomly divided into control group (appropriate aerobic exercise was selected by self-evaluation, and exercise was performed spontaneously) and observation group (aerobic exercise under the guidance of machine learning model-based motion recognition technology), 128 cases in each group. The changes in the physical and psychological status of the two groups of college students were evaluated after one year. The recognition rate of CNN algorithm test results (92.98%) and the recognition accuracy of stationary, walking, running, squatting, hand raising, seated position, lunge, and other movement states were higher than those of recurrent neural network (RNN) (52.22%) and deep neural network (DNN) (40.21%) algorithms ( P 〈 0.05 ); after 1 year of exercise, the 800/1,000 m running performance, standing long jump performance, 1 min sit-up performance, vital capacity, maximal ventilator volume per minute (MVV) and vital capacity/body mass index, stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), ejection fraction (EF), heart rate (HR), ejection time (ET), mean systolic ejection rate (MSER), mean velocity of circumferential fibre shortening (MVCF) of the observation group were superior to those of the control group, and tension, anger, depression, fatigue, panic, energy, self-related emotions, and the improvement of total mood disturbance (TMD) score were also superior to those before exercise. The improvement effect of physical fitness, cardiopulmonary function, and mentality of college students in the observation group was better than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Aerobic exercise can effectively improve the physical fitness, cardiopulmonary function, and adverse mentality of college students, and through the assistance of machine learning, exercise recognition technology can further improve the effect of aerobic exercise, which is worthy of application and promotion.

Abstract: This paper proposes an architecture scheme for realizing the power equipment data acquisition IoT monitoring network using the latest Internet of Things technology. At the same time, a power equipment data acquisition and monitoring system based on Narrowband Internet of Things (NB-IoT) and exclusive-OR (XOR) encryption algorithms is designed. The system is mainly researched and designed from the aspects of monitoring terminal software and hardware design, data encryption processing, and remote data management cloud platform. This paper installs a big data analysis processor and a network routing processor based on the Internet of Things technology and modifies the system memory, display, and connection circuit to optimize the system hardware equipment. Finally, the system conducts experimental tests to monitor the state of power equipment, such as transmission and distribution towers, power manhole covers, cable tunnels, and distribution line knife gate temperature. The experimental results show that the system can realize low power consumption, comprehensive coverage, low-cost unified access, and centralized management of power equipment status information in different power scenarios. The application of this system dramatically improves the reliability and efficiency of the operation and maintenance of terminal equipment of the power system. The promotion of this system has a great application value.

Abstract: Hesitant fuzzy sets (HFSs) are beneficial tools for expressing the hesitancy of decision makers (DMs) to access alternatives in daily life, thereby enabling the membership of an element to a set that is represented by several possible values. This study proposes an interval bound footprint (IBF), which describes the fluctuation range of the values of hesitant fuzzy elements (HFEs) arranged in order. In addition, a few similarity and entropy measures for HFSs are deduced. First, the interval bound footprint, upper bound footprint, and lower bound footprint for HFEs are defined and their corresponding properties are discussed. Subsequently, several similarity and entropy measures for HFSs are presented based on IBF. Lastly, a hesitant fuzzy multi‐criteria decision‐making method based on the proposed similarity and entropy measures is introduced. We use a numerical example to discuss the differences among the proposed similarity measures and the applicable environment based on the risk preferences of the different DMs.

Abstract: The rise of Internet of Things (IoT) technology promotes the rapid development of location services industry. The idea of smart connectivity also provides a new direction for Location-Based Social Networks (LBSNs). However, due to limited calculate ability and internal storage space of IoT devices, historical location data of users is generally stored in the central server, which is likely to cause the disclosure of users’ private data. In this paper, we propose a Blockchain-enabled Privacy-Preserving Location Sharing (B-PPLS) scheme, which is a new framework that not only protects user location privacy but also provides effective location sharing services for users. For B-PPLS, location data owners can share the location area instead of location coordinates to Requesters, in order to realize the location privacy preserving. Also, the Merkle hash tree is utilized to divide the location area, so as to realize the multilevel privacy preserving. Furthermore, four algorithms are proposed to achieve the four stages of initialization, location record, location sharing, and location verification, respectively. Finally, we analyze the security of the proposed B-PPLS scheme and compare the performance with other related location privacy-preserving schemes by experimental evaluation.

Abstract: In this work, we study the self-interference cancellation (SIC) capability of two basic radio frequency (RF) SIC schemes: auxiliary antenna cancellation and multireconstruction-path (MRP) cancellation (including particular two-reconstruction-path balun cancellation), and derive their cancellation capability in detail. Theoretical results show that auxiliary antenna cancellation capability and balun cancellation capability are related to the ratio of bandwidth to carrier frequency, the latter is further related to an angle ratio; that is, the ratio of the angle between the self-interference vector and the first fixed delay vector to the angle between the two fixed delay vectors, and common MRP cancellation capability is essentially related to the channel response of self-interference and the canceller frequency response. Numerical results confirm a perhaps obvious intuition: MRP cancellation outplays auxiliary antenna cancellation to cancel self-interference, especially when multiple self-interference paths exist, and MRP cancellation with more reconstruction paths achieves higher cancellation capability.
