    Abstract: To solve the problem of automatic recharging path planning for cleaning robots in complex industrial environments, this paper proposes two environmental path planning types based on designated charging location and multiple charging locations. First, we use the improved Maklink graph to plan the complex environment; then, we use the Dijkstra algorithm to plan the global path to reduce the complex two-dimensional path planning to one dimension; finally, we use the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm (IFOA) to adjust the path nodes for shorting the path length. Simulation experiments show that the effectiveness of using this path planning method in a complex industrial environment enables the cleaning robot to select a designated location or the nearest charging location to recharge when the power is limited. The proposed improved algorithm has the characteristics of a small amount of calculation, high precision, and fast convergence speed.

    Abstract: This study examined the characteristics of internet rumors in the user-generated content (UGC) mode, analysed the advantages of using the blockchain technology to curb internet rumors, and proposed a framework of the internet rumor reporting system based on the blockchain incentive mechanism. With Truffle as a development framework, intelligent contracts such as create, read, update, and delete were created using Solidity. The end users were connected to the blockchain using the MetaMask plugin. Finally, rewards were obtained by the participants, and the decentralizing program Dapp was created. The results showed that the TRUES could support multiuser reporting and execute intelligent contracts automatically and efficiently in a complex internet rumor environment; for the range of 1–2896 participants, virtual currency rewards could be obtained in 0.5–2.5 d. The conclusion showed that the internet rumor reporting system under the blockchain incentive mechanism had the characteristics of multilevel management, and distributed ledger and digital signatures contributed to the retention and traceability of rumors. Intelligent contracts and consensus mechanisms have obvious advantages in dealing with the complex forms of internet rumors.

    Abstract: As the economy grows rapidly and IoT technology advances rapidly, the logistics industry as a service industry is growing rapidly around the world. The logistics industry, meanwhile, is the one that can best play the role of IoT. The rapid development of the logistics industry has brought great competition challenges to the logistics industry. To solve the competitive problems of the logistics industry cluster, this article introduces the research on the upgrade path and strategy of the logistics industry cluster based on the Internet of Things and uses the analytic hierarchy process, investigation method, and expert evaluation method to build the IoT technology information model and logistics cost. According to the established optimization model, the following are proposed: analyzing the problems existing in the logistics industry cluster, giving an upgrade path from the four aspects of manufacturing, technology, structure, and service, and giving specific strategic suggestions from the aspects of talents and enterprises. The accuracy rate of current analysis is as high as 90%, and the implementation rate of upgrade paths and strategy recommendations is as high as 95%.

    Abstract: Although the research results of mobile teaching mode at home and abroad have been involved in all aspects of education and teaching and provided a lot of useful reference for subsequent researchers, the lack of research on WeChat interactive translation teaching mode makes the practical research in this field urgent. As China’s education industry continues to pursue international development, it is necessary to train a large number of international talents who have an international perspective, are familiar with international rules, and can participate in international affairs and international competition. However, to become an international talent, you must first have superior English communication skills and be able to deal with various international situations proficiently. The English education goals at the basic education stage are simply beyond reach and can only be cultivated through professional and systematic college English courses. This shows that college English education is at a crucial position in the future development of education. This study attempts to explore how to apply the interactive teaching mode supported by WeChat network platform in translation teaching and English learning of high school students, so as to improve students’ autonomy in translation practice, promote students’ personalized learning, and improve students’ interest and ability in English learning. Based on the investigation of a senior high school in our city, the school began to implement the interactive translation mobile teaching mode based on WeChat in September 2018. The experiment selected the change of students’ English learning achievements in a certain semester and judged whether the mobile teaching mode was conducive to the improvement of learning performance based on t-test. We also need to collect the needs of teachers and parents for the WeChat based mobile teaching mode and judge whether the mode can be promoted. The experimental results show that this teaching mode has an obvious effect on the improvement of students’ English scores, especially in the eighth grade, whose scores have increased from 72.6 to 75. Through the construction of WeChat based interactive translation mobile teaching mode, parents can fully understand the key points of English learning and make English tutoring more targeted and timely. This teaching mode is worthy of promotion in senior high school English course learning.
