Kurzfassung: With the gradual maturity of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, it is urgent to change and innovate the traditional media communication paradigm. Current research and application areas include language processing, image recognition, AI systems, intelligent video technology, and text recognition. With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, it is used in all walks of life in society. All sectors of society have also set off the exploration and application of artificial intelligence. In the field of news communication, artificial intelligence technology brings opportunities and challenges to the news industry in publishing news content forms and organizations. Exploring the new development trends and countermeasures of the news industry in the era of artificial intelligence has become a key topic for the news communication industry and academia. With the support of the huge communication network, the information transmission of short video news is more abundant. While people obtain information, it can also enhance the interactivity of the news. In a fast-paced society, short video news is undoubtedly closer to life. However, due to some reasons, human factors lead to incomplete access to information. In this paper, an intelligent neural network is proposed to be applied to an intelligent robot or intelligent system so that it can better obtain information to edit short video news and disseminate it, and compare it with the existing such machines or systems on the market today. This paper analyzes the development of short video news dissemination based on artificial intelligence and proposes improvement strategies based on specific examples.

Kurzfassung: This paper investigates single‐machine scheduling in which the processing time of a job is a function of its position in a sequence, a truncation parameter, and its resource allocation. For a convex resource consumption function, we provide a bicriteria analysis where the first is to minimize total weighted flow (completion) time, and the second is to minimize total resource consumption cost. If the weights are positional‐dependent weights, we prove that three versions of considering the two criteria can be solved in polynomial time, respectively. If the weights are job‐dependent weights, the computational complexity of the three versions of the two criteria remains an open question. To solve the problems with job‐dependent weights, we present a heuristic (an upper bound) and a branch‐and‐bound algorithm (an exact solution).

Kurzfassung: The emergence of fiat money is studied in a multiple-matching environment in which exchange is organized around trading posts and prices are determined with a dynamic monopolistically competitive framework. Each household consumes a bundle of commodities and has a preference for consumption variety. We determine the endogenous organization of exchange between firms and shoppers, the means of factor payment (remuneration), and the prices at which these trades occur. We verify that the endogenous linkage of factor payments with the medium of exchange can lead to a monetary equilibrium outcome where only fiat money trades for goods, an ex ante feature of cash-in-advance models. We also examine the long-run effects of money growth on equilibrium exchange patterns. A key finding, consistent with documented hyperinflationary episodes, is that a sufficiently rapid expansion of the money supply leads to the gradual emergence of barter, where sellers accept both goods and cash payments and workers receive part of their remuneration in goods.
