Description: Land-surface reflectance, estimated from satellite observations through atmospheric corrections, is an essential parameter for further retrieval of various high level land-surface parameters, such as leaf area index (LAI), fraction of absorbed photosynthetically active radiation (FAPAR), and surface albedo. Although great efforts have been made, land-surface reflectance products still contain considerable noise caused by, e.g., cloud or mixed-cloud pixels, which results in temporal and spatial inconsistencies in subsequent downstream products. In this study, a new method is developed to remove the residual clouds in the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) land-surface reflectance product and reconstruct time series of surface reflectance for the red, near infrared (NIR), and shortwave infrared (SWIR) bands. A smoothing method is introduced to calculate upper envelopes of vegetation indices (VIs) from the surface reflectance data and the cloud contaminated reflectance data are identified using the time series VIs and the upper envelopes of the time series VIs. Surface reflectance was then reconstructed according to cloud-free surface reflectance by incorporating the upper envelopes of the time series VIs as constraint conditions. The method was applied to reconstruct time series of surface reflectance from MODIS/TERRA surface reflectance product (MOD09A1). Temporal consistency analysis indicates that the new method can reconstruct temporally-continuous time series of land-surface reflectance. Comparisons with cloud-free MODIS/AQUA surface reflectance product (MYD09A1) over the BELMANIP (Benchmark Land Multisite Analysis and Intercomparison of Products) sites in 2003 demonstrate that the new method provides better performance for the red band (R2 = 0.8606 and RMSE = 0.0366) and NIR band (R2 = 0.6934 and RMSE = 0.0519), than the time series cloud detection (TSCD) algorithm (R2 = 0.5811 and RMSE = 0.0649; and R2 = 0.5005 and RMSE = 0.0675, respectively).

Description: Present studies focus on improving anti-slide property of tyes on ice-snow road by changing material modification of tyre tread and designing groove. However, the basic reason causing starting slide, long braking distance, turning slide slip and so on of tyres used in winter is that tyre tread materials are unitary and homogenous rubber composite which can’t coordinate driving demands of tyres in winter under muti-work condition, and can’t exert their best property when starting, braking and sliding slip. In order to improve comprehensive anti-slide property of tyres, this paper discusses about changing structure, shape and distribution proportion among haploid materials of tyre tread rubber. Polyploid bubber tyre tread technique based on artificial neural network which is in favor of starting, braking and anti-slide slip is optimized and combined. Friction feature and anti-slide mechanism on ice-snow road of polyploid rubber tyre tread are studied using testing technique of low...

Description: The paper constructed engineering vehicle refurbished tire computer geometry model, mechanics model, contact model, finite element analysis model, did simulation study on load-deformation property of engineering vehicle refurbished tire by comparing with that of the new and the same type tire, got load-deformation of engineering vehicle refurbished tire under the working condition of static state and ground contact. The analysis result shows that change rules of radial-direction deformation and side-direction deformation of engineering vehicle refurbished tire are close to that of the new tire, radial-direction and side-direction deformation value is a little less than that of the new tire. When air inflation pressure was certain, radial-direction deformation linear rule of engineer vehicle refurbished tire would increase with load adding, however, side-direction deformation showed linear change rule, when air inflation pressure was low; and it would show increase of non-linear ...

Description: In this paper, the response of the upper ocean to typhoon Megi is analyzed and studied by using the sea surface temperature (SST), 500hPa height field and wind field of NCEP reanalysis data and Argo buoy data. The results show that sea surface temperature (SST) will decrease significantly after typhoon, and on the right side of typhoon path cooling is more obvious than the left; the temperature changes dramatically on the right side of Megi path, and correspondingly the depth variation in mixed layer is also intense, and the distance between buoy and the center of the typhoon will al so affect the severity of the temperature variavtion, the salinity may increase or decrease after typhoon, it depends on the evaporation and precipitation or other relevant factors in this area.

Description: In order to understand the influence of anthropogenic aerosols on radiation in the urban boundary layer, we measured atmospheric aerosol mass concentrations (PM 10 and PM 2.5 ), integrated solar radiation, wind and temperature at different layers of a 325-m iron tower. A typical heavy haze process occurring during the period of October 2004 was analyzed. It is observed that the inversion layer and the weak wind was the most important factor causing the accumulation of pollutants. The results show that the PM 10 concentrations under polluted day conditions is about 84 times (537.1μgm −3 ) higher than those on clear weather conditions (6.4μgm −3 ). The difference in the solar radiation between 2m and 280m became smaller (93.07 Wm −2 to 16.07 Wm −2 ) when pollution turned heavy, while the attenuations rate changed large (16.76% to 20.96%)

Description: With quick development of urbanization and mechanization, there exist some problems in the cities, such as traffic jam, traffic safety, and traffic pollution and so on. It is extremely urgent for the city to develop green transport, in order to relieve these problems and push forward low carbon ecological construction in Harbin. Strategy research of Harbin city green transport and sustainable development is done from the eight aspects of building public transport system of integration, bicycle, walking, and slow-moving system and so on based on analyzing demands of low carbon ecology on city green transport development, and Harbin traffic development state.

Description: The vehicle refurbished tire test system was constructed, got load-deformation, load-stiffness, and load-compression ratio property laws of engineering vehicle refurbished tire under the working condition of static state and ground contact, and built radial direction loading deformation mathematics model of 26.5R25 engineering vehicle refurbished tire. The test results show that radial-direction and side-direction deformation value is a little less than that of the new tire. The radial-direction stiffness and compression ratio of engineering vehicle refurbished tire were greatly influenced by radial-direction load and air inflation pressure. When load was certain, radial-direction stiffness would increase with air inflation pressure increasing. When air inflation pressure was certain, compression ratio of engineering vehicle refurbished tire would enlarge with radial-direction load increasing, which was a little less than that of the new and the same type tire. Aging degree of o...
