    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Es wird ein Vergleich des Gitterspektrometers mit einem Bleistearat-Kristallspektrometer und einem RAP-Kristallspektrometer in der elektronenstrahlmikroanalytischen Bestimmung von B, C, N, O und F in bezug auf die meßbaren Röntgenimpulsraten, die Erfassungsgrenzen und das Auflösungsvermögen gebracht. Vor- und Nachteile werden diskutiert.
    Notes: Abstract This paper describes the performance of a grating spectrometer used in an electron microprobe analyser as compared to conventional crystal spectrometers in the analysis of boron, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and fluorine. Detailed data for count rates, detection limits and resolution are given. Advantages and disadvantages are discussed.

    Notes: Abstract Definition proposals are made for stereometric analysis in general and specifically for texture, phase and elementary cell, in order to make possible a unified proceeding. Furthermore, reference numbers are presented for characterising the texture according to form, quantity, area and direction of the phase.
