Summary In the present work we have constructed the orthonormal complete set of spatially extended magnetic Block functions in the subspace of the lowest landau level which can be uniquely represented by the Hilbert space of entire functions,i.e. the Fock-Bargman space, and discussed its application to the problem of fractional quantum Hall effect.
