Abstract: With the development of cryogenic refrigeration and superconductive technology, capillary porosity wick used in spacecrafts feature an excellent heat transfer conduction capacity, high surface area to volume ratio, uniform heat and mass transfer and self-driven force of capillary. Low temperature capillary panel have a great application potential. In this paper, a new ceiling cooling panel of capillary suction core (CCPCSC) which was confected by polypropylene plastic and porous media of potassium citrate–gypsum is put forward. The structure of CCPCSC was introduced and the cooling performance was tested to compare it with SRHTP. The results show that the performance of CCPCSC is much influenced by different proportions of materials. However, comparing to regular SRHTP, the cooling capacity of the CCPCSC is improved by 36.6%–57.7% under the same condition. The results of this paper provide a theoretical basis for the application of porous media in low temperature environments.

Abstract: Thermal expansion coefficients of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 7−x with the tetragonal and orthorhombic structural phases were measured by the method of differential parallel-plate capacitance. There exist anomalies near 205 K for orthorhombic phase and between 92–130K for tetragonal phase, respectively. We suggest that the former may be related to the lattice instability, indicating that there is a strong electron-phonon interaction; the latter may be result from the structural phase transition which damages the high T c superconductivity. In the meantime, a small jump of the thermal expansion coefficient at T c was observed in the orthorhombic phase and from this the pressure effect was estimated.

Abstract: Negative differential thermal resistance (NDTR) was investigated in a system consisting of two dissimilar anharmonic lattices exemplified by Frenkel–Kontorova (FK) lattices and Fremi–Pasta–Ulam (FPU) lattices (FK-FPU). The previous theoretical and numerical simulations show the dependence of NDTR are the coupling constant, interface and system size, but we find the segment size also to be an important element. It’s interesting that NDTR region depends on FK segment size rather than FPU segment size in this coupling FK-FPU model. Remarkably, we could observe that NDTR appears in the strong interface coupling strength case which is not NDTR in previous studies. The results are conducive to further developments in designing and fabricating thermal devices.

Abstract: Venture capital is an important force in promoting technological innovation and social progress. Research regarding the attention on venture capital can help understand the development and social influence of venture capital, which is conducive to the policy guidance and incentive to the industry. With the rapid development of information technology, the Internet has become the main source and dissemination channel of information, and search engines have become an important interface for information. Through a deep analysis of the search index of venture capital, we can find information that is more important. Based on the principle of time series visualization, we have transformed the time series data of attention on venture capital into complex networks and analyzed its network characteristics. We collected the Baidu index of Chinese venture capital from January 1, 2018 to November 25, 2019 and constructed a time series network based on PC plus mobile search, PC search, and mobile search. The results show that the convenience of the mobile terminal offers makes it the primary mode of tracking the industrial dynamics of venture capital, especially hot news. Relatively, PC terminal search is more stable than mobile search, more focused on industry reports, and refers to long-term followers of venture capital. Both degree distribution and centrality distribution of the three networks show that abnormal peaks and lows are few and the number of key time points in the time series of search on venture capital is insignificant. However, the clustering results show obvious segmentation effect that the peak effect of hot news is evident.

Abstract: High-orderly nanotubes of titania were fabricated by anodic oxidation of pure titanium substrate in different electrolytes containing fluoride. Different morphological nanotubes of titania were obtained through controlling the different pH value of inorganic electrolytes, and it was found that nanotubes of titanium oxide would not formed when pH value was above 6. The morphological and structural properties of nanotublar products were characterized by SEM. The synthesized nanotubes of titania in organic electrolytic solutions containing fluoride was of 60 μm in length. The experiments demonstrated the length and orderliness of nanotubes of titanium oxide in organic solutions were much better than those in inorganic solutions.

Abstract: Using nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulations, we investigate thermal rectification in mass-graded lattices with a new type on-site potential which has a physical picture of the double-well. By adjusting the ratio of harmonic on-site potential and anharmonic on-site potential, we could obtain the optimal heat transport and the best thermal rectification. In addition, we observe the reversal thermal rectification by changing the ratio of on-site potential and analyzes the mechanism of thermal rectification through the power spectrum. At last, we also study the heat flux and thermal rectification in a different case of average temperature and mass gradient.

Abstract: We study microscopic entropy of the near-extremal rotating black hole in four-dimensional (4D) 𝒩 = 2 supergravity with four charges set pairwise equal from AdS 2 /CFT 1 correspondence. This correspondence is realized in terms of asymptotic symmetries of the AdS 2 geometry and a two-dimensional near-horizon effective quantum theory of residual fields from a dimensional reduction proposed by Robinson and Wilczek. We compute the relevant central charge and derive the microscopic entropy of this near-extremal black hole by Cardy formula. Our results can be extended to more general near-extremal rotating black holes in 4D supergravity. They further support the notion that black hole entropy is generally controlled by near-horizon conformal symmetry.

Abstract: Most of the existing researches on public health events focus on the number and duration of events in a year or month, which are carried out by regression equation. COVID-19 epidemic, which was discovered in Wuhan, Hubei Province, quickly spread to the whole country, and then appeared as a global public health event. During the epidemic period, Chinese netizens inquired about the dynamics of COVID-19 epidemic through Baidu search platform, and learned about relevant epidemic prevention information. These groups’ search behavior data not only reflect people’s attention to COVID-19 epidemic, but also contain the stage characteristics and evolution trend of COVID-19 epidemic. Therefore, the time, space and attribute laws of propagation of COVID-19 epidemic can be discovered by deeply mining more information in the time series data of search behavior. In this study, it is found that transforming time series data into visibility network through the principle of visibility algorithm can dig more hidden information in time series data, which may help us fully understand the attention to COVID-19 epidemic in Chinese provinces and cities, and evaluate the deficiencies of early warning and prevention of major epidemics. What’s more, it will improve the ability to cope with public health crisis and social decision-making level.
