    Abstract: 〈 em 〉 This research contributes to (1) developing a learning video of Plumbing and Sanitation Practice Practice, (2) knowing the feasibility of the Plumbing and Sanitation Practice Practice video learning media, (3) knowing user perceptions regarding the Plumbing and Sanitation Practice Practice learning video applied to the Department of Education UNY Civil Engineering and Planning. 〈 strong 〉 〈 /strong 〉 This research is an R & amp;D research with a 4D model approach (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). Data collection techniques are based on research subjects in making video products for Plumbing practice learning videos, namely experts related to plumbing materials, media experts. The instrument used uses a Likert scale to measure the feasibility level of the product being developed. The results obtained are (1) the define stage, namely analyzing the initial conditions, analyzing the character of students, analyzing concepts and learning objectives, the design stage, namely designing a script for the delivery of information consisting of opening, content, closing, the development stage, namely the process of recording making a video learning until the completion of editing the resulting video and then testing the eligibility validation of the product by experts, the disseminate stage, namely the limited dissemination of the product produced in this case the learning video of plumbing work practices to samples to assess and find out the level of feasibility and usefulness of the product; (2) the level of product feasibility based on the material content made is worth 4.58 belonging to the "very feasible" category, while the assessment based on the media made is worth 4.91 belonging to the "very feasible" category; (3) The results of the disseminate that has been carried out obtain the value of the user's perception of the product which is included in the very high category, the percentage of product feasibility is 91.52% which is included in the "Very Eligible" category. 〈 /em 〉

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉   〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar pencak silat 〈 em 〉 〈 /em 〉 Siswa Kelas VIII A SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen yang berjumlah 25 siswa yang terdiri dari 25 siswa putra. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari guru, siswa dan peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi atau arsip berupa foto. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik persentase. 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar teknik dasar pencak silat dari Pra Tindakan ke Siklus I dan dari Siklus I ke Siklus II. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pencapaian hasil belajar Pra Tindakan hasil belajar teknik dasar pencak silat siswa yang tuntas sebesar 40% dan tidak tuntas sebesar 60% dengan rincian jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 10 siswa dan tidak tuntas adalah 15 siswa. Pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas mencapai 68% dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 17 siswa. Sedangkan pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas mencapai 88% dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas adalah 22 siswa. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan media 〈 em 〉 Audio Visual 〈 /em 〉 dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar pencak silat 〈 em 〉 〈 /em 〉 siswa kelas VIII A SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen tahun ajaran 2016/2017. 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: 〈 em 〉 Health care quality is one of the factor that determines the citizens’ standard of living. However, the development of Depok City as a supporting city of Jakarta is not followed by the development of health care facilities because to this day, Depok still has a shortage of hospital facilities. The hospital needed by Depok City must be able to accommodate high patient loads, capable of serving 10 major illness Depok City residents had, and it’s a green hospital in accordance with the direction of the Directorate General of Health and Community Development Efforts Republic of Indonesia. Green hospitals are hospitals that utilize the potential of nature, reducing the negative impact of the hospital to the environment, and inventing a good quality healing environtment in hospitals. The concept of green hospitals is achieved through the implementation of elements of the green hospital concept in the design process of this hospital which is; a suitable location, selection of materials that are environmentally friendly, water conservation in hospitals, waste treatment in an integrated manner, utilization of alternative energy, energy efficiency in hospitals, increasing service performance and efficiency, as well as the embodiment of healing environtment in a hospital to speed up patient recovery. In addition to the implementation of the element of green hospital concept, the hospital is also implementing hospital design standards that apply in Indonesia. The hospital is expected to be one of the first hospital in Indonesia to implement the concept of green hospital holistically. 〈 /em 〉

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 〈 em 〉 Porang is a corm plant and a type of herbal plant that can grow up to 1.5 meters. The geographical location and economic conditions in Jatisari Village have the potential to develop porang cultivation in wet fields in Tanduran Hamlet to become an Agroporang Tourism Village. A tourism village is a tourism asset based on the prospect of a town that includes attractions with various unique features that can be empowered and developed into tourism products to attract the attention of tourists. Jatisari 131 Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) students do community service and focus on helping the Jatisari Village Government to develop Tanduran Hamlet into an Agroporang Tourism Village. The development of a tourist village is a process of building and advancing a tourist village. The implementation method involves the Jatisari Village apparatus determining the priority activities to be carried out first. The work program is jointly prepared, and funding is shared in its implementation. The results were that the community increased their awareness of environmental cleanliness. There were signposts to the tourist village, the installation of a photo booth to attract tourists to take selfies and make pamphlets and promotional videos. The work program that has been implemented has increased the public's interest in visiting tourist villages, although the numbers are not yet significant. It is necessary to improve further work programs to enhance the quality of the tourism sector as a source of regional income. 〈 /em 〉 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 Traditional merchants’ profits are not limited to revenue gained over and above costs and expenses, but also include perks such as satisfying life's demands while maintaining a sense of happiness and long-term business relationships. The purpose of this research is to describe the phenomenon of the meaning of profit for traders in the perspective of Gresik culture. This research method is with a qualitative paradigm using an ethnographic approach. Collecting data using participant observation and in-depth interviews conducted by snowball. Test the validity of the data using the member check. Data analysis using the Spradley model. The research results that have been found, the meaning of profit for traders in the perspective of Gresik culture is courtesy, trust, and empathy. 〈 /p 〉 Keywords: culture; profit; trader; traditional market

The method used is a normative legal research methods (legal research), with the approach of the statute .Data sourced from legislation, library materials, and interviews. Qualitative data was analyzed in such a way and set out in writing a descriptive analysis. The results of this study illustrate that the independence of the corruption judiciary is determined from the independence of its institutions, the courts, and the judges. The intervention against corruption court decision is not aimed at her agency or the judicial process, but addressed to the judge overseeing the corruption case, in the form of feedback, criticism and even censure which was published in a newspaper that has led to contempt of court. 〈 /em 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 〈 strong 〉 〈 em 〉 Key words: 〈 /em 〉 〈 /strong 〉 〈 em 〉 Independence 〈 /em 〉 〈 em 〉 of corruption court, and constitutional system. 〈 /em 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p align="center" 〉 〈 strong 〉 A 〈 /strong 〉 〈 strong 〉 b 〈 /strong 〉 〈 strong 〉 s 〈 /strong 〉 〈 strong 〉 t 〈 /strong 〉 〈 strong 〉 ra 〈 /strong 〉 〈 strong 〉 k 〈 /strong 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 Tujuan Penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kemandirian pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi dalam sistem ketatanegaraan di  Indonesia.  Metode yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian hukum normatif ( 〈 em 〉 legal research 〈 /em 〉 ), dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan ( 〈 em 〉 Statute approach 〈 /em 〉 ) .. Data yang  bersumber dari perundang-undangan, bahan pustaka, dan hasil wawancara. Data kualitatif kemudian dianalisis sedemikian rupa dan dituangkan dalam bentuk tulisan secara diskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini memberi gambaran bahwa bentuk kemandirian pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi ditentukan dari kemandirian lembaganya, proses peradilannya, dan hakimnya. Adanya intervensi terhadap putusan pengadilan tindak pidana korupsi bukan ditujukan terhadap lembaganya atau proses peradilannya, tetapi ditujukan kepada hakim yang menangani perkara korupsi, berupa tanggapan, kritik dan bahkan celaan yang dimuat dalam berita surat kabar yang sudah mengarah pada 〈 em 〉 contempt of court 〈 /em 〉 . 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 〈 strong 〉 Kata kunci: 〈 /strong 〉 Kemandirian Pengadilan Tipikor, dan sistem ketatanegaraan. 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: 〈 p align="center" 〉 〈 strong 〉 〈 em 〉 Abstract 〈 /em 〉 〈 /strong 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 〈 em 〉 Thi 〈 /em 〉 〈 em 〉 s research discussed about the development of the constitution in Indonesia which has been determined since August 18 1945. The approach used in this research is yuridis normative, while the source of data is secondary data. The result of this research indicates that the constitution in Indonesia has ever been changed several times. It can be seen from UUD 1945, UUD rIS, UUDS 1950 and them turned back again to the UUD 1945, which has been approved for from times and it is valid until now on. The changeover of the constitution in Indonesia is caused by internal and external factors. It is also influenced by the real condition of law political which brings the impact to the change of the constitutional system in Indonesia. 〈 /em 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 〈 strong 〉 〈 em 〉 Key words : 〈 /em 〉 〈 /strong 〉 〈 em 〉 The development, constitution, Indonesia 〈 /em 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p align="center" 〉 〈 strong 〉 Abstrak 〈 /strong 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 Penelitian ini membahas tentang perkembangan konstitusi di Indonesia yang telah ditetapkan  sejak tanggal 18 Agustus 1945. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, sedangkan sumber datanya berupa data sekunder, analisisnya menggunakan diskriptif kualitatif.   Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa konstitusi di Indonesia telah mengalami perubahan beberapa kali, diantaranya adalah UUD 1945, UUD RIS, UUDS 1950 dan kembali lagi ke UUD 1945 hingga mengalami perubahan sampai ke 4 (empat) kalinya dan berlaku hingga saat ini. Perubahan konstitusi di Indonesia disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal dan faktor internal serta dipengaruhi oleh kondisi politik hukum yang ada kemudian berdampak pula pada berubahnya sistem ketatanegaraan di Indoensia. 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 〈 strong 〉 Kata kunci : 〈 /strong 〉 Perkembangan, Konstitusi, Indonesia. 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 Kampong 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 chicken is an indigenous chicken that gains popularity among consumers 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 and 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 it has good 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 potentials 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 as a livestock commodity 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 . But, the problem is 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 most kampong chicken were kept in free range system without any standard of the rearing procedure and time. The farmer 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 s 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 will 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 sell their chickens 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 by market’s requests 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 . 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 T 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 h 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 e 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 study aims to determine the agribusiness production and marketing 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 sub-system 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 of 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 kampong 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 chickens. A hundred 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 kampong 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 chicken farmer 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 s 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 from 9 sub-districts in Batang 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 Regency 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 were interviewed. 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 Respondents were chosen by simple random sampling. 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 Each f 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 armer 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 owned 4-120 kampong chickens with average 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 number 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 of 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 6 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 .76 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 heads 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 per farm. The 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 poultry 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 production sub-system consisted of six constituent variables, namely administration/bookkeeping, location, maintenance technology, maintenance system, business continuity and sanitation. Each constituent variable produced score of 1.44; 1.75; 1.68; 2.77; 1.55 and 2.03 respectively with the average value of 1.87. These results indicated that the applications of agribusiness 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 production 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 sub-systems were in the 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 moderate 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 category. The assessment of the marketing sub-system application included five variables namely marketing scale, marketing objectives, marketing technology, market information and pricing with the following scores 1.52, 1.76, 1.41, 1.85 and 1.18 respectively; or have an average value of 1.54. 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 This result 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 show 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 ed 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 that the marketing sub-system has 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 a 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 moderate c 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 ategory 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 . 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 Improving the production system 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 which consisted of 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 the bookkeeping record, increase the number of rearing 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="EN-US" 〉 scale 〈 /span 〉 〈 span lang="IN" 〉 and sanitation process would improve farm productivity.
