    Abstract: To improve the techniques of molecular beam epitaxy, the electron bombardment evaporator for high temperature evaporation in ultra-high vacuum is designed, and then its performances, such as power-temperature relationship, stability of beam flux as well as molecular beam distribution, are tested by using Ag source. Through adjusting the electric current of tungsten filament can achieve the remarkable heating power in high-voltage, and the crucible temperature rises with increasing heating power, and it exceeds 1600°C at around 60W. The evaporator can reach thermal equilibrium state in a quite short time and produce a highly stable beam flux of Ag at low deposition rate. A 9mm diameter homogeneous flux platform area is obtained at the position 60mm away from the nozzle, and this area can provide high quality beam flux for molecular beam epitaxy. These results show, the electron bombardment evaporator can meet the demands for ultra-high vacuum molecular beam epitaxy growth completely.

    Abstract: Pile foundation thermal response test method was adopted to measure the heat transfer capacity of the pile foundation U-pipe heat exchanger. The heat pump system of pile foundation buried pipe was designed. BIN method was adopted to calculate the annual dynamic load of office in Shanghai and annual energy consumption, and its energy-saving effect was determined by comparing with the air-cooled heat pump air conditioning system. Finally, annual cost method was employed to study the investment and annual operating expenses of pile foundation buried pipe heat pump air conditioner systems, and their economy, advantages and disadvantages by comparing with those of the air-cooled heat pump air conditioning system were analyzed.

    Abstract: Pile foundation thermal response test method was adopted to measure the heat transfer capacity of the pile foundation U-pipe heat exchanger of large buildings in Shanghai. The heat exchanger system of pile foundation buried pipe was designed. CFD numerical simulation method was adopted to analyze temperature distribution characteristics of a single concrete pile and dense arrangement of concrete piles heat exchanger. Further, the number and spacing of ground heat exchanger with U-type pile foundation was optimized design . Finally, the U-shaped heat exchanger was buried in the pile base system which was designed to require 24 piles and pile spacing at 12m.

    Abstract: As a new method for dealing with any nonlinear or non-Gaussian distributions, based on the Monte Carlo methods and Bayesian filtering, particle filters (PF) are favored by researchers and widely applied in many fields. Based on particle filtering, an improved particle filter (IPF) proposal distribution is presented. Evaluation of the weights is simplified and other improved techniques including the residual resampling step and Markov Chain Monte Carlo method are introduced for SINS/GPS integrated navigation system. The simulation results confirm that the improved particle filter outperforms the others.

    Abstract: According to the structure feature of aircraft’s attitude heading reference system and procedure of fault diagnosis, this paper sets up multi-layer neural network model structure for fault diagnosis of complex equipment, and applies the model to the fault diagnosis of attitude heading reference system in aircraft. The conclusion is that the method can effectively reduce the complexity of fault diagnosis for complex system, and imp rove diagnosis rate and efficiency of attitude heading reference system. At the same time, it also provides a new method and theory to diagnosis the non-linear system.

    Abstract: DMC-PID cascade control strategy was adopted to apply on high accuracy constant temperature air conditioning system because constant temperature room had large inertia, delaying, a few interference factors characteristics. The construction type of DMC-PID cascade control system was designed and the prediction model of inner loop and outer loop was determined, and then MATLAB software was applied to simulate and compare robust stability, tracking performance, anti-jamming capability characteristics of DMC-PID cascade control algorithms with other algorithms. Through studies, the overshoot of DMC-PID cascade control of room temperature reduced 2% in comparison with the PID algorithm, but was much larger than that of DMC algorithm. Its regulation time was nearly the same to that DMC algorithm, but cut down 25% in comparison with the PID algorithm. At last, the simulation result showed DMC-PID cascade control strategy application on temperature control of high accuracy constant temperature room had feasibility and effectiveness, and the control strategy had strong robust stability, tracking performance, anti- disturbance ability characteristics.

    Abstract: The nonlinear dynamics model is used to describe the change of aircraft icing thickness and icing deformation accelerations is viewed as dynamic noise in this paper. Then, a dynamic prediction model of aircraft icing thickness is established with the theory of adaptive kalman filter. And the adaptive kalman filter method based aircraft icing thickness prediction model is employed to forecast aircraft ground icing thickness and compared with support vector machine, BP neural network prediction method. The result of the instance simulation and analysis indicates that the adaptive kalman filter method based aircraft icing thickness prediction posed in this paper is reliable, simple and rapid, and the model has high prediction precision which can realize real-time tracking and prediction and has definite value of both theory and practice.

    Abstract: Construction induced vibration may cause damage of buildings, disturbance of occupants, and sensitive equipments in buildings surrounding a construction site. The prediction of the construction vibration risk is essential for making decisions before the determination of construction method. Previous methods focus on the prediction based on quantitative analysis. The framework of a new method using fuzzy logic to predict the construction vibration risk is proposed in this paper. This method integrates the knowledge and experience from experts and simulates the inference process of human brain using Mamdani fuzzy inference principle. It is a convenient and economical method when used to provide support for project manager making decisions in primary phase of project.

    Abstract: Fault detection and diagnosis methods for non-linear system based on wavelet neural networks are researched. Wavelet analysis and back propagation neural networks are fused, and the algorithmic is inferred. Method of wavelet neural networks is used in fault diagnosis for the lubricant system of the aero-engine. Results of simulation and tests show that, this method, which is good to fault diagnosis for non-linear systems, does better in convergence speed, and is not sensitive to the inputs of the net.
