Abstract: Environmental data transferring method based on cell network is featured with good signal coverage, reliability and without network development, therefore, this method has a large application value and prospect. In order to satisfy the demand of long distance, wirelessly environmental parameters sensing, an environmental parameters sensing system based on SMS (Short Message Service) module is developed. The system can measure environmental parameters, and send them by SMS. And also, this system can connect with PC (Personal Computer) as a remote environmental parameters acquiring terminal. Experiment results show that, the environmental parameters sensing system fulfill sensing environmental parameters and sending by SMS successfully.

Abstract: The friction behavior of a high-purity bulk titanium aluminum carbide (Ti3AlC2) material dryly sliding against low carbon steel was investigated. Tests were performed using a block-on-disk type high-speed friction tester under sliding speed of 20 m/s and 60 m/s, several normal pressures from 0.1 to 0.8 MPa. The results showed that the friction coefficient is as low as about 0.18 for sliding speed of 20 m/s and only 0.1 for 60 m/s, and that almost not changes with the normal pressure. The reason could be related with the presence of a surface layer on the friction surface. The layer was analyzed to consist of Ti, Al and Fe oxides, which played a lubricate part inducing the friction coefficient decrease on the friction surface.

Abstract: Using C/C composite and chrome bronze as a friction couple, the frictional wear properties of C/C composite with electric current is studied in this paper. The results have shown that current, velocity and load are important factors to affect the frictional wear properties of C/C composite with electric current. Wear rate of C/C composite increases with the increase of arc energy .The coefficient of friction and the wear rate increase with the increase of velocity when the electric current is constant of 100A. The coefficient of friction increases but the wear rate decreases with the increase of load when the electric current is constant at 100A. The coefficient of friction decreases but the wear rate increases with the increase of current when the load is constant of 80N. Comparing with no electric current, the coefficient of friction of C/C composite with electric current decreases but the wear rate of that increases obviously. The wear mechanism of C/C composite is mainly of electric wear caused by arc erosion under the condition of current-carrying.

Abstract: Optical components with complex surfaces or microstructures are more and more widely used, but it is very difficult to manufacture these components by using traditional mechanical fabrication methods. Fast Tool Servo (FTS) system driven by piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) can manufacture these complex surfaces or microstructures efficiently and accurately, owing to its high response frequency, good dynamic performances and high stiffness. In this paper, the cutting characteristics are studied in the FTS machining process, and the identifying algorithm of tool interference is given. A set of high-powered FTS system is developed, which consists of PZT, fast feeding device, DSP28335 control panel and ultraprecision machine tool. The testing results indicate that the FTS system’s motion resolution is 1nm, the stroke is 90μm, and the response frequency is 220Hz while moving distance is 36μm. On the basis of above work, three kinds of typical workpieces with complex surfaces are manufactured by using FTS system. The measuring results indicate that surface accuracy can reach PV 0.14μm, the roughness is less than Ra 12nm, and the means are presented to improve the machining accuracy.

Abstract: The surface figure of the primary mirror in a large aperture telescope is one of the key factors influencing imaging quality. Space telescopes are used in weightless environments, which is different from the ground environment for optical machining and testing. Therefore the effect of the deformation induced by gravity on the imaging quality is not negligible and the mirror support is to be carefully designed to unload the gravity during the course of machining and testing. In this paper, finite element analysis software is adopted to simulate and compare the deformation induced by gravity of a metre-scale aspheric lightweight primary mirror with different support methods and different working conditions. The results are then imported into MetroPro software supplied by ZYGO Corporation, to remove the tilts and rigid body motion of the mirror and calculate the primary aberrations from the deformation. Finally, sensitivity analysis of support deformation is implemented and the principles of mirror support design are summarized. The research is instructive for design, machining and testing of large aperture mirrors.

Abstract: Introduce the current development of distributed generation, the structure and protection configuration of existing distribution network, and the fault current insert of different kinds of distributed generation was introduced. Through the distribution network in different positions to join distributed generation, the influence of the join of distributed generation on the existing protection of distribution network was analyzed, which included the serious interference to the sensitivity and selectivity of the original protection, the refusal of line protection, the action error of non- fault line protection. The influence of distributed generation on automatic reclosing, and the effect between fuses was discussed, to some extent, and base on the discussion some appropriate countermeasures are proposed.

Abstract: It is an urgently problem to be solved that how to test a weapon system-of-systems capabilities in a joint operational context. Firstly, based on the capability assessment of weapon system-of-systems, a procedure of weapon system-of-systems capabilities evaluation strategies design space is proposed. Secondly, supported by agent-based simulation tools, an exploratory analysis example is given which uses the fractional factorial design and stepwise regression fit. This paper makes a better try on the measures selected of the system-of-systems capabilities in the early period of weapon equipment acquisition.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the spatial catapult dynamics of spatial catapult on-orbit separation problem equipped with a separate rail, providing the basis for separation of ground testing and separation system design. under the premise of separation requirements as well as the arbitrariness of locations of the spring and rail, By using newtonian dynamics, as well as momentum theorem and angular momentum theorem, the dynamic model of the separating motion was formulated in translational inertial reference frame .Solution examples with different initial conditions were offered ,and the accuracy of the model is verified via the solution of numerical simulation.

Abstract: Traditional models of power plant boiler superheater are incapable of simulating the operating conditions under large disturbances with high precision. To resolve this challenging problem, this paper presents a nonlinear lumped-parameter dynamic model of power plant boiler superheater. The present model describes the dynamic processes of the pressure-flowrate and the enthalpy-temperature channels with sufficient consideration of their coupling effect. To better capture the distributed-parameter property of superheater temperature, the multi-segment lumped-parameter modeling method is employed for modeling the enthalpy-temperature channel. Dynamic responses of the last-stage superheater of a 600 MW controlled circulation boiler to disturbances of the spray water flowrate, the superheater inlet enthalpy, and the absorbed heat flux are simulated. Simulation results show that dynamic responses of the present model are reasonable, and the model has high precision, which can meet the requirements for full scale simulation and control system simulation.
