    Abstract: A landslide model test under the artificial rainfall was built according to the rainfll-induced landslide in Fujian mountainous area. The rainfall intensity, the slope types (mainly on vegetation coverage) and the grade of side slope were the main factors in the test. The rainfall threshold of rainfall-induced landslide on shallow bedrock was obtained from the test. The relationship between the cumulative precipitation and slope angle and slope surface types was analyzed from the orthogonal experiment by multiple regression analysis. Results show that most slope failures are caused by the infiltration of rainwater. Conclusion show that when the slope angle and vegetation cover are given, critical hazard threshold can be predicted, and the corresponding landslide sliding time can be gained by combining with the rainfall intensity.

    Abstract: There are most important features hiding in the higher-order statistics information of the images. They are extracted by classical fast-fixed independent component analysis (FastICA algorithm) which requires a large amount of calculation and it is sensitive on the selection of initial point. To overcome the two shortcomings, an improved FastICA algorithm is proposed and mathematical models are constructed. And they are applied to obtain the basic vectors from the images. Finally, take litchi fruit image in natural environment as an instance and experiment with Matlab software. The results show that there are less computation and stronger stability of the improved FashICA algorithm used to extract image features.

    Abstract: Virtual Instrument Technology represents the future direction of development of the instrument. At present, it is very popular that Virtual instrument is applied to test technology experiment in developed countries. The virtual integrated experimental platform of testing technology was designed based on the LabVIEW software, including signal generator, signal superimposed meter, digital filters, signal spectrum analyzer, noise signal detection and analysis system. The comprehensive experimental platform can replace the traditional equipment and can easily extend its functionality. It can provide students with a virtual integrated experimental platform.

    Abstract: Based on the Rankine earth mechanics theory, the mechanics model that the helical blade working in earth is simplified in this paper, and an experimental platform for discovery the relationship that between helical blade structure parameters and the driving torque is designed when the helical blade working in the earth. Through a series of experiments, comparative analysis the effect of the helical blade width, pitch on the driving torque, the experimental results verified the feasibility of the helical blade operation way of working in the earth, which laid the theoretical foundation for the subsequent development of the spiral in the earth device.

    Abstract: Parallel welded steel truss component is widely used in construction, tower, bridges, aerospace and other fields. And the welding residual stress is distributed complicatedly in many areas and directions, which will definitely deform the welded steel truss or even crack it. So, it is necessary to do aging treatment to avoid such thing happened, as well as improve the accuracy and reliability. Vibratory stress relief (VSR) is a new kind of technology which may eliminate the residual stress in metal component with high efficiency, energy-saving, environment protection and low cost compared with thermal stress relief (TSR). But its technical effects vary with the vibration parameters. To the parallel steel truss structures, the excitation parameter of VSR is determined by welding residual stress distribution and the natural mode of vibration. The residual stress concentration areas can get enough vibration, if the parallel steel truss component vibrates with different kinds of natural mode of vibration, which will obtain good effect of eliminating stress. Firstly, the inherent vibration mode of parallel welded steel truss component is measured by the modal analysis technology. Secondly, multiple intrinsic modes are chosen according to principle of making all the welding residual stress concentration regions and directions get enough vibration and then main technical parameters are determined such as excitation frequency, excitation point and support point. In this paper, two examples are given out: the specimen 1is treated with the transverse bending vibration mode and torsion vibration mode respectively according to the above method. As for specimen 2, it is treated with 3 exciting frequencies which are located automatically by the vibration aging machine. The residual stresses of the two specimens are measured before and after their vibrations with blind holes method. Results show that after vibration aging, the welding residual stress peak figure of the Specimen 1 is reduced by an average of 48.65% and the mean value of that dropped by an average of 32.50%. Correspondingly, the residual stress peak value of the Specimen 2 shows a decline of 3.38%, its average fell by an average of 2.55%.

    Abstract: The efficiency of our rock roadway is generally not high, January footage is generally around 60m, which greatly affected the normal mine production mining to succeed. Optimize the blasting parameters, support technology and strengthen the construction organization and management measures is to solve the Rock Lane embrasure low utilization rate, blasting the poor, loop footage and low problem. The experiments show that: the three new mines using the above measures, the rock roadway construction speed from the original 60 m per month to 120 m / month, improve efficiency of 100% quality and efficient excavation of the rock roadway to reach the test purpose. Of the success measures and methods to provide reference for other similar mine rock roadway quality and efficient construction.

    Abstract: In this paper, the five-fingered hand with linkage mechanism is presented. Four-link mechanisms are used in the design of the finger. Based on the analysis on the geometrical constraint to linkage mechanisms and mechanically coupled, the mathematical model of the linkage parameters for the finger is obtained. An example is given, and motion simulation is carried out, which demonstrate the effectiveness of the mathematical model.

    Abstract: Rosin is reputed as green petroleum because it is renewable, not expensive, and environmental friendly. China is rich in rosin resources. In the paper, rosin was used as material to prepare a rosin Gemini surfactant, bisquaternary ammonium salt(BQA) of rosinate. The specific method was as follows: firstly, the rosin was modified by acrylic acid and a carboxylic acid group was introduced to the rosin. Secondly, the modified rosin reacted with the epoxy chloropropane, the intermediateⅠwas obtained by the way. Thirdly, the intermediate reacted with dimethylamine in the mole ratio of 1:3, the reaction time of 4.5h at 80°C. By this way the intermediateⅡwas synthesized. Finally the intermediateⅡ reacted with the epoxy chloropropane and distilled water in the mole ratio of 1:3:3, the reaction time of 4.5h at 80°C. Liquid chromatography(LC) analysis proved that the purity of the product was 90.8% and the yield of BQA was 67%. The chemical structure of this rosin derivative as a BQA was also conformed by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) analysis. As Gemini surfactant, the surface activities of the product were characterized. Its critical micellar concentration(CMC) was 4.0×10 -4 mol/l. Its foaming power of the product was 250mm at 0s, 200mm at 5min. The emulsifying power of the product was 56min. Since the product has good surface activities and it is obtained easily from rosin. It has a promising future as a surfactant.

    Abstract: 2-(2′-Hydroxyphenyl)-5-amino-2 H -benzotriazole was synthesized and subjected to acylamidation to yield three new ultraviolet (UV) absorbers. The largest absorption wavelength and the relationship between the concentration and the maximum absorbance of the UV absorbers were measured in dimethylsulfoxide. Then the four benzotriazole type UV absorbers were dispersed and applied onto polyester fabrics with the high temperature and pressure dyeing method. The stabilizing effect against UV light of the finished fabrics was studied by ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) and UV transmittance measurement.

    Abstract: According to the requirements of the functional safety temperature transmitter high reliability, this paper selects the micro-power voltage reference, the reset monitor, the D-type flip-flop and the OR gate to design the functional safety temperature transmitter protection circuit for fault status. The protection circuit takes power from the data line of HART fieldbus by micro-power voltage references. According to the control signal of the functional safety transmitter, the protection circuit utilizes the state latch of D-type flip-flop, and realizes the functional safety temperature transmitter protection circuit for fault status.
