    Abstract: This paper describes a parallel three degrees of freedom delta mechanism used for pick-and-place. It has the advantages of simple integral structure, strong bearing capacityhigh precisionkinematics and dynamics performance. According to this mechanism wide development prospect, the company study on the inverse kinematics inverse dynamics analysis and the static analysis by using ANSYS finite element analysis Software of Delta. These analyses have laid a good theoretical foundation for future research. These researches provide possible for widely used in foodpackingautomated assembly line occasions of small and medium-sized enterprises.

    Abstract: The small spatial displacement of the piezo tube scanner limits the AFM(Atomic Force Microscopy) scanning range, especially when facing up to cell topography scanning. And the low dynamic property of normal AFM tube scanner tube restricts the imaging speed. In order to achieve large scanning range and rapid scanning motion simultaneously, a special atomic force microscopy is designed. The 100um scanning range is obtained by the new scanner which is composed of the flexure guide structure instead of peizo tube. Furthermore, a new acquiring image method is used to eliminating AFM nonlinearity error. Using this scanning system, some large biological cells are imaged in liquid environments with 30 lines per second.

    Abstract: This paper chooses the listed companies in cultural media industry as the subject, selects 23 listed companies as the sample, utilizes the finical data during the period of 2002 and 2011 and employs the principal component analysis and linear regression methods to carry on an empirical research on the relationship between capital structure and profitability of the listed companies in cultural media industry. The research results show that the asset-liability ratio and profitability have significantly negative correlated relationship, and shareholders equity ratio has significantly positive correlated relationship with profitability, however, the relationship between liquidity ratios and profitability is not significant. Therefore, optimizing the capital structure can be recognized as an important way to improve the capability of listed companies in cultural media industry.

    Abstract: When common epoxy coatings were applied directly on high temperature (usually about 70°C) steel surface, some defects would occur in coating film, such as bubbles, pinholes, loosen and poor quality flow leveling property, etc. These defects lead to reduction in coating’s adhesion, physical properties and anti-penetrability, shorten service life of coatings greatly, making coating losing their protection function. Main reasons for those defects were analyzed briefly in this paper. In high temperature environment, solvents or other volatile organic compounds (VOC) in coatings will volatilize faster than in normal temperature environment, coating may undergo poor quality flow leveling properties, which couldn’t be fixed by itself. Research and development of a new type epoxy coating were introduced in this paper. Several methods were proposed, including selecting suitable resins, adding high boiling point solvent into coating, using leveling agent and other additives. After these modifications, coating’s construction adaptability was improved and could be applied directly on high temperature steel surface. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results show that the coating film prepared in high temperature condition have equivalent fine structure with film prepared in normal condition. The physical properties, anti-penetrability and anti-corrosion were also discussed in this paper

    Abstract: The hydrochloric acid pickling process which is widely applied in carbon steel pickling ensures high speeds with little pollution. In this research, hydrochloric acid pickling process was introduced into stainless steel pickling to improve the surface integrity. Research indicated that the impedance spectrum obtained from 430SS in HCl solution consisted of a capacitive loop at high frequencies and an inductive loop at low frequencies. As the concentration of hydrochloric acid rose, the radiuses of the capacitive loop decreased.And the corrosion potential of 430SS in hydrochloric acid solution moved to positive direction with band to a narrow 0.1V.And high HCl concentration more markedly influenced the charge-transfer resistance.

    Abstract: This paper presented a new improved Prony algorithm based on neural network to train weights.The algorithm solved some problems that difficulty and low precision during matrix inversion in Prony method. According to real-time transform characteristics of low frequency oscillation in power system, the algorithm used limited data windows in on-line parameter estimation and pattern recognition, and improved pattern recognition precision. The simulation results proved that this proposal algorithm has some features of directly ,effective, high reliability, less calculation amount and minor error when it be used to analysis oscillation characteristics and mode identification. So it is suitable for identification of low frequency oscillation mode in power system.

    Abstract: The effect of soil water stress on the physiology of Sophora japonica Golden stem was studied in order to reduce the irrigation water. The results showed that the growths of the plants were suppressed after treated with flooding for 15 days, which was embodied in the decreasing of qP, ETR, Fv/Fm and the content of pigment, the increasing of the content of MDA and qN. The growth and appearance of plants were suppressed after flooded for 23 days. The drought stress suppressed the growth of plants, which was embodied in the decreasing of qP, ETR, Fv/Fm, the content of pigment, the water content of leaves, the increasing of the content of MDA, qN after treated for 19 days. The qP, ETR, content of pigment were increased after treated with slight drought or middle drought for 19 days. The best irrigation method for Sophora japonica Golden stemin the landscape land was the content of water in the soil between 18% and 30%, which did not affect the growth or landscape effects. The application of S. japonica Golden stem in the landscape and architecture should be avoided in the place which would be flooded for more than 15 days

    Abstract: The electric power steering system (EPS) is a combination of mechanical and electrical control system. EPS’control strategy used commonly has two kinds: current PID control and fuzzy control .The current PID control based on the difference between target current and feedback current is a curren closed-loop control system and the fuzzy control is a mechanical closed-loop control system based on the difference between forces of the upper part and the lower part of the steering shaft . Taking the margin of the mechanical and electrical closed-loop control system, this paper, a torque feedback loop for the outer ring, a current feedback loop as the inner loop, designed a dual-loop control system, the output of the fuzzy control determined a target current, and then proceed to current PID control, fast-track the target torque. The simulation shows the dual closed-loop fuzzy PID control is superior to two commonly used control strategies so that electric power steering system has a better tracking ability and stability.

    Abstract: Rain-wind induced vibration (RWIV) is a violent oscillation that appears on cable stayed bridge under rainy weather. Many researchers agree that the rivulets (specially the upper one) play an important role during the vibration. In present work, the upper rivulet’s effect is focused. A circular cylinder with an arches attachment on its surface is modeled to take the place of cable- rivulets system section in RWIV. Using finite volume method (FVM), 3D Flow past the cylinder-arch model is simulated for subcritical Reynolds Number (Re, ≈6.8×10 4 ). Large Eddy Simulation (LES) method is drawn in as a closure of turbulence model. The attachment locating at different positions are calculated. The results show many differences between cylinder-arch model and bare circular cylinder, including force coefficients change dramatically and velocity distributions in wake zone vary remarkably. Responses of cylinder-arch system driven by aerodynamic forces are also studied. Fourth order Runge-Kutta Method is introduced to solve second order ODEs that describe the vibration of cylinder model. The first four modal response are calculated and then added to analyze cable oscillating properties.
