Abstract: Original difference method based on three sequential frames is a common method in the moving objective detection. After the introduction of the original method, the formation cause of the internal cavity in vehicle region was analyzed. Then, an improved difference method based on three asymmetric frames, which were abstracted according to the judgment rule of optimal frame interval, has been proposed in this paper. The area of the moving vehicle region is assumed as the criterion to calculate the best frame interval. In the improved method, the best benchmark frame and the best auxiliary frame were firstly abstracted out and used to subtract the current frame separately. Subsequently, the two difference images were transformed to binary images separately. Lastly, the final moving vehicles were detected in the current frame after logical "and" operation was carried out between the two binary images. The experimental results showed that the improve difference method based on three asymmetric frames can effectively reduce the internal cavities in the vehicle region, comparing with the original one.

Abstract: Because the complexity and The diversity of the fault of large-scale power generation equipment system, it is difficult to carry out the analysis and evaluation for risk of equipment failure definitely and accurately. In the present analysis, most of them are complex function formulas, and not only is it difficult to understand, but also in poor operating in practice. At the same time, it is fail to be divided according to different faults of different devices In the issue of risk classification in the present study, so that the risk classification is not reasonable. This article is based on the research about equipment failure risk assessment, and by risk factors analysis to classify the risk of different failure for different devices. Maintenance mode selection is no longer based on the device but a combination of criticality analysis, and we can propose appropriate maintenance mode in the light of different fault of different equipment.

Abstract: This letter presents the morphology of femtosecond Bessel beams induced high-aspect-ratio structural change regions in bulk silicon carbide. An axion is engaged in transforming Gaussians beams to Bessel beams, which are then focused on the surface or below the surface of the sample by combination of a plano-convex lens and a microscope objective. The sample is scanned by the focused femtosecond Bessel beams at the preset patterns. Through this method, the high-aspect-ratio uniform laser induced structure change regions have been produced and the highest respect ratio can reach 206 with the depth of 330 μm, the width of 1.6 μm in optimized conditions of appropriate focusing position and pulse energy. This result is attributed to uniform energy distribution in the long propagation distance of Bessel beams with nondiffracting. This technique will have great potential applications to make high-aspect-ratio microgrooves in wide-gap and transparent materials.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the calibration for the open-channel flow meter; the online calibration equipment was introduced. The velocity-area method was adopted as the measurement principle. The real time velocities and liquid level of different feature points in the open-channel were measured automatically. The flow rate of the open-channel was calculated and the online calibration was done.

Abstract: Mg72.5Zn26Y1.5 (at.%) quasicrystal alloys were investigated under different solidification conditions. The cooling curves were gathered by the multi-channel temperature acquiring system and the corresponding microstructures were analyzed. The morphology, microhardness and volume fraction of quasicrystals were detailedly studied. The effects of cooling rate on the above three aspects were also studied and the relation schema among them were exhibited. The results show that the quasicrystal size tend to smaller, its microhardness and volume fraction gradually increased, and the quasicrystal morphology changed from bulk polygon to petal-like and finally changed to plat X-shape with the elevated cooling rate from 2.3K/s to 181.2K/s. However, the quasicrystal nucleation will be restrained and amorphous matter will be created if the cooling rate exceed the critical point which make against the formation of quasicrystals with high performance.

Abstract: This paper introduces the composition, function, system construction and construction technology of ACF Inorganic Fibers Wool Board External Thermal Insulation System (Abbreviation: ACF System), and also evaluated its properties. Results showed that all the performance indexes of this system meet the requirement of company standard. The good effect has been achieved in its application in energy-efficient retrofit in existing building of Xicheng District, Beijing. It demonstrates that the ACF System not only satisfies the building energy efficiency requirements but also owns a good fire resistance property as a new building fire-resistant insulation system. It possesses a prospect market and extending significance.

Abstract: Using the integrated method of finite element and multi-body dynamics to build leaf spring model considering assembly pre-stress. Based on the stiffness testing platform, the simulation platform has been built. Finally , the experiment results verified the stiffness simulation results. The results show that the leaf spring model considering assembly pre-stress accords to the leaf spring property, the simulation result agrees with the experiment result and verify the accuracy of the modeling method. The results from the stiffness simulation platform and the test platform have high consistency, so the simulation platform can be used for the stiffness testing of leaf spring like this.

Abstract: The U.S.A has launched the Mars Orbiter. It brought a high resolution imaging science equipment, and that is the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment camera(HIRISE). HIRISE is 0.5 m reflecting telescope, which is the highest one ever carried on a deep space mission, and it has a resolution of 1 microradian (μrad), or 0.3 m from an altitude of 300 km. HIRISE can investigate deposits and landforms resulting from geologic and climatic processes and assist in the evaluation of candidate. As a high degree of lightweight ultra-high resolution camera, the design of its FPA is unparalleled .Therefore we should study and learn it carefully. In this article, first of all we discuss and analyze the characters of the HIRISE FPA in terms of the structural layout, material selection, splicing of the CCD, the CCD package, electronics, processing and transmission, and thermal control measures implementation. Next we put forward the design method of highly lightweight space optical remote sensor FPA combined with the characters of the HIRISE FPA, which can provide a reference to the design of the FPA for some space remote sensings.

Abstract: Mg72.5Zn26Y1.5 quasicrystal alloys were investigated under different solidification conditions. The specimens of Mg-Zn-Y alloys with cooling rates from 13.2K/s to 69.8K/s were gathered by a designed multi-channel temperature acquiring system and then the microstructures and phase evolution of the alloys were analyzed. The results show that the precipitation temperature of icosahedral quasicrystal phase (I-phase) increased with cooling rate increased from 13.2 K/s to 69.8K/s. The microstructure was mainly made up of α-Mg, I-phase and Mg7Zn3 phase. Meanwhile, the quasi-crystalline morphology was significantly different in the experiments. It changed from five (six) petals to the big pentagon with the decreased cooling rate.

Abstract: General materials can satisfy the structure strength requirement of space effective payload easily. But it can hardly satisfy the structure stiffness requirement of space payload. Carbon fiber composite has many excellent properties, such as high relative strength, high relative stiffness, small expansion coefficient, good fatigue resistance and excellent vibration resistance. It can be used to make space products. Firstly, this paper discussed the properties of carbon fiber composite material. Compared with common materials, such as aluminum alloy and titanium alloy, carbon fiber composite material is more suitable for applications of space instruments. Secondly, the metal part embedded technique of carbon fiber composite structure was studied. According to the carbon fiber composite structure of a space camera frame, a few structure forms of embedded part ware studied. A space camera frame of carbon fiber composite was designed and manufactured. Finally, finite element analysis and mechanical tests on the space camera frame was carried out. The results reveal that the characteristic frequency of carbon fiber composite frame is up to 104Hz.The space camera frame is of high stiffness and dimensional stability.
