Abstract: Cermet while maintaining the excellent properties of ceramic materials, but also have the advantages of a metal material, is an important new engineering materials. In this paper, prepared by calcination of alumina - aluminum metal-ceramic composite material powder, and its characterization as a basis to provide raw materials for preparing high performance metal ceramic material. According to the research, with the calcination temperature is increased, the rate of change gradually increase the weight of aluminum. Calcined at a temperature of 600¡æ, the oxidation of aluminum surface the best. With the firing time increases, the rate of change in the weight of aluminum powder showed an increasing trend. When 8h, oxidation of aluminum surface better. Through this experiment, process optimization can be found in the calcination temperature was 600¡æ, calcination time is 8h, the best coating effect aluminum surface, coating evenly, clean interface, the reaction layer thickness of about 700nm, the prepared package type composite powders the best results.

Abstract: We experimentally report that electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) in the nonlinear propagation of probe beam, four-wave mixing (FWM) images and in a cascade three-level atomic systems. It is shown that by changing the frequency between pumping fields or dressing fields, respectively, the properties of the measured signals including the intensity and spatial images are affected greatly, including the electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT), Aulter-Townes splitting. By changing the laser frequency we can control the four wave signal, Moreover, the AT splitting effect due to spontaneous emission was also observed under EIT conditions..

Abstract: For molecular biological detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, PCR methods with primers targeting different regions specific for mycobacterium tuberculosis complex are used worldwide. In this study,256 whole blood samples were detected using multiplex PCR.2 of all samples were found to be PCR positive. Homogenous comparison of Mycobacterium bovis specific genes with Mycobacterium bovis AF2122/97 all reached up to 99%.

Abstract: Kinetic information acquisition of shot throwing is significant for the train of shot put athletes. This paper presents a novel sensor system based on a 9 degrees of freedom inertial measurement unit, which provides attitude information of shot throwing in real time. The sensor system is designed with modularized structure and installed in the digital shot which has almost the same size and weight as the standard shot for females. A multi-target and multi-parameter information acquisition platform is constructed to acquire kinematics information. With the help of the sensor system, the coaches can combine attitude information with kinematics data to analyze the shot throwing movements.

Abstract: The powder metallurgy (PM) nickel-base superalloy FGH96 was extruded at temperature from 1050°C to 1180°C,and the as-extruded samples in the extrusion temperature 1050°C were heat-treated at from 1000°C to 1100°C during 10min, 30min, 60min and 90min apart. The microstructure of recrystallization, γ' phase and growth behavior of grain were discussed. The results indicate that the extrusion temperature have a severely influence on the dynamic recrystallization and γ' phase behavior. The content and pattern of γ' phase is influenced by extrusion temperature and the big size of γ' phase in the grain boundary hinder effectively the growth of dynamic recrystallized grain. The degree of dynamic recrystallization is completed when the extrusion temperature increases. When the extrusion temperature reach 1100°C, the big size of γ' phase lie the grain boundary dissolves gradually and the grain grows obviously. As the heat temperature of as-extruded samples increases, the small size of γ' phase dissolves early and the degree of recrystallization is completed. When heat temperature reach 1080°C, the small size of γ' phase begin to dissolve and the recrystallization grain begins to grow, for the strain energy is given off and existence of interface energy. When heat temperature reach 1100°C, the recrystallization grain become uniform, for the pinning of big size of γ' phase. As the time of heat treatment elongate, the recrystallization grain size increase and the content of γ' phase decrease. When the heat temperature is 1080°C, the final microstructure is fine and uniform grain due to the pinning of big size of γ' phase. When the heat temperature is 1100°C, large of big size of γ' phase dissolve and the largest grain size reach 8μm. The nucleation and growth of recrystallization grain is influenced by small size of γ' phase and the fast growth of recrystallization grain is due to the big size of γ' phase in the grain boundary.

Abstract: Based on the traditional injection molding technology, micro-injection molding of UV curing experiments has been conducted. The injection molding and repeatability of the parts which have micro-structure were mainly studied. The experimental results show that: the mold-ability and repeatability of micro-structure are significantly infected by UV radiation energy and forming temperature. In order to achieve a good repeatability, it is necessary to use a sufficiently high intensity ultraviolet radiation and appropriate molding temperature during micro-injection of UV curing.

Abstract: The large-scale high-speed landslide has a strong destructive power which seriously threatens human lives and belongings. In order to study the dynamic process of large-scale high-speed landslide disasters and find the causes, the back analysis is made to study the Frank slide, a typical large-scale high-speed landslide disaster which happened in Canada, by combining dynamic model equation and method of finite volume discretization. At the same time, the simulation realizes the reappearance of the dynamic process of large-scale high-speed landslide disasters. It is can be seen from the calculation results which are identical to the actual situation that the established theoretical model and the numerical solution are effective. Besides, the low bottom friction parameter obtained from the back analysis shows that the decrease of the friction resistance is one of the most important causes of large-scale high-speed landslide. The further analysis reveals that several factors such as high-speed motion, fluid pressure on the sliding surface and high normal stress can reduce the friction resistance on the sliding surface.

Abstract: Based on the combination of UV curing and injection molding, a new concept named "chemical manufacturing" is proposed in this paper. A cylinder with a diameter of 6mm and a height of 10mm was used as the molding sample;A single factor analysis was used to determine the effects of the intensity of ultraviolet, the duration of ultraviolet irradiation and the distance between UVLED device and product surface on the formability of UV-curing injection molding. The experimental results showed that the intensity of UV radiation, the UV irradiation duration and the distance between UVLED device and product surface have a significant effect on the UV-curing molding of the product. With the increase of ultraviolet radiation intensity and UV irradiation duration, the forming quality of the products increases, while with the increase of the distance between UVLED device and product surface the forming quality of products declines.

Abstract: In order to provide the theoretical basis for synthetic fiber dyeing with natural dyes, the dyeing properties of chrysophanol on Poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT) fiber were investigated. The appropriate dyeing condition was 0.5g•dm-3 Paregal O in the dyebath, pH=5 and the final temperature at 100°C~110°C. The dye uptake of chrysophanol on PTT fiber was relatively small, and the building-up property of chrysophanol on PTT fiber was poor. The adsorption of chrysophanol on PTT fiber accorded with Nerst Partition Relation. The partition coefficient decreased with the temperature rising while the dyeing affinity (-△μ0) increased with the temperature rising.

Abstract: In this article, the distributions of droplet nuclei with pathogens which was evaporated from the droplets released by cough was and trace gas CO 2 were compared to study the airborne characteristics of droplet nuclei. The infectious isolation room model with steady particle source model was built. The particle source was built according to the size distribution of the droplet nuclei with pathogens which was evaporated from the droplets released by cough. The CO 2 source was build at the same location with the particle source and released in the same way. The simulation result showed that the distributions of droplet nuclei and CO 2 which were simulated by CFD were similar under the same ward airflow. This proved that these droplet nuclei could suspend in air and move with airflow. it was feasible to use tracer gas CO 2 as trace gas to solve the validating the numerical simulation of droplet nuclei distribution in infectious isolation room.
