    Abstract: Labeling cardiovascular drugs probes with a fluorescent tag is an alternative method of measuring drugs activities and distributions in vivo, and further using of advanced tools to diagnose or detect cardiovascular diseases. Using this approach, a fluorescent probe (betahistine-Flu, 1) of Betahistine-based was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and LC-MS, and its UV-Vis absorption spectral and fluorescence spectral, and fluorescence imaging in cell model were investigated. It was found that the fluorescent probe display strong green fluorescence, and have good optical effect in cell. This study reveals a good and interesting results of betahistine-directed fluorescent probe, and its may be a possible candidate for cardiovascular disease diagnosis and analysis in vivo.

    Abstract: The fuzzy-PID control approach was used on the velocity control of the unmanned helicopter. Furthermore, a novel parameter self-tuning method was presented that the parameters of the PID controller were self-tuned based on the parameters of the last control period according to the deviation and its variation ratio, adequately considering the control information of the last control period. The increments of the PID parameters were calculated by the fuzzy inference system. Matlab simulation and the hardware-in-loop simulation were performed, the simulation results verified the feasibility and the effectiveness.

    Abstract: Structure and principle of a new kind of diphase opposition giant magnetostrictive self-sensing actuator (SSA for short) is introduced, for which a kind of double outputs high-precision NC stable voltage power is designed. With the method of combining with the hardware design and the software setting, the controllability and reliability of the actuator are greatly improved. And the whole design becomes more reasonable, which saves the cost and improves the practicability. In addition, based on the micro controller unit (MCU) with high-speed control, the scheme design of the real-time separation circuit for dynamic balance signal can effectively identify out and pick up the self-sensing signal which changes from foreign pressure feed back. Then the SSA real-time, dynamic and accurately control is realized. The experiment results show that the voltage power can high-speed and accurately output both output voltages with high current, and that the self-sensing signal decoupling circuit can isolate the self-sensing signals without distortion

    Abstract: The moisture distribution in the transformer and variation mechanism of moisture in oil is analyzed in this paper, and using relative saturation and temperature as characteristic parameters, a detail scheme of on-line monitoring moisture content in transformer oil is put forward. The polyimide-based capacitive humidity sensor and temperature sensor are employed in on-line monitoring moisture content in oil. Computer is utilized to sample and analyze the data that sensors send out. The experiment on test transformer confirms that the sensors can work reliably, and reflect the moisture content in transformer oil accurately. The method that the paper proposes can realize the purpose of on-line monitoring.

    Abstract: This paper presents a Model-Based approach to develop UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) autopilot software. It employs Simulink to design the flight controller, Stateflow to implement control logic and Matlab coder to automatically generate embedded C code from the model developed. Software in the loop (SIL) and hardware in the loop (HIL) simulations are performed in the laboratory to validate the software developed. Flight trial cost and risks are minimized and the design cycles are greatly shortened. The feasibility and the effectiveness of the approach are verified through results from lab simulations and field trials.

    Abstract: With the assistance of diethylenetriamine(DETA), well-crystalline PbSe cuboidal structures with different concave faces in each plane have been successfully prepared through a hydrothermal process using Na2SeO3 as selenium source at 180 °C for 48 h. The products have been characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, field-emission scanning electron microscopy and luminescence spectroscopy. The field emission scanning electron microscopy showed that the edge lengths of these cuboidal crystals ranged from 1.5 to 2.5 µm, and the edges of a cube crystal extend outwards from its core with a tiny cubic center leaving step-like faces. The shape evolution of PbSe crystal from eight-dendritic structure to cuboidal structure was observed and the possible growth mechanism was proposed. Results revealed that the temperature played a crucial role in the final morphology of PbSe microstructures, and other factors such as the solvent composition and the molar ratio of metal/chalcogen were also discussed. The photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of as-prepared PbSe crystals shows the photoluminescence emission spectrum consists of a main intense peak at 435 nm and a shoulder at 420 nm. This synthesis method could be extended to the morphogenesis of other inorganic crystals with complex forms.

    Abstract: Organic light-emitting materials D1~D3 containing triphenylamine donors, bipyridine acceptors and olefinic linkers were synthesized and characterized. The optical, electrochemical properties of materials were studied by UV-Vis spectra, fluorescence emission spectra and cyclic voltammetry method. The results show that the maximal absorption peaks of three compounds are in the range of 404nm~408nm and fluorescence emission peaks at the region of 534nm~557nm in dichloromethane solutions, respectively. Cyclic voltammetry measurement showed that these compounds had HOMO energy level in the range of-5.02eV~-5.16eV, which is proper for hole injection. The properties indicate that these compounds have potential for the application as light-emitting materials or hole-transporting materials.

    Abstract: There are some problems existing in open loop system with stepping motor as driving motor, such as lower servo precision, without compensation for step losing of stepping motor and so on. This paper presented a new approach called quasi-close loop control. With the help of the method, the control accuracy will be similar to that of close loop system and can be obtained, and the system will have the same stability as that of open loop system. With MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer as control unit and grating scales for measuring displacement, a quasi-close loop control system was built on NC lathe. The practice shows that the quasi-close loop control system has advantages such as high control accuracy, good stability and high cost performance. It is suited to economical NC machine tools and has wide application prospects.

    Abstract: A novel and high efficient PbO 2 electrode has been fabricated in the present study for refractory wastewater treatment. The traditional Ti plate is made into honeycomb by electronic corrosion to be used as electrode basement. The novel surface topography improves the specific surface area of the electrode material and enhances the adhesion of surface coating. SnO 2 -Sb layer is deposited between basement and PbO 2 layer which reduces the thermal stress and improve electrode life. Rare earth element La is doping into PbO 2 layer to improve the lattice structure and the catalytic performance. Finally, F ion is adding into the catalytic layer to improve the smoothness of the material surface. Characterized by SEM and XRD, results showed that the electrode prepared has novel surface morphology. Pollutants degradation results and electrode life test showed that the PbO 2 electrode investigated in the present study has great advantage compared with traditional electrodes and has good application prospect.

    Abstract: Abstract. This paper had an improvement research on the annealing process of AISI4145H steel by changing the processing parameters of heat treatment in laboratory. An experimental physical simulation was conducted between 650 °C and 740 °C. The effect upon the hardness of AISI4145H steel under different temperature and holding time investigated. And the condition of Φ 150 mm AISI4145H steel that was heated and warmed up in an annealing furnace was tested by adopting a black box. Results showed that the Ac1 of AISI4145H steel was 757.2 °C and the Ac3 was 787.7 °C. By the annealed conditions that sample was heated at 710 °C for 1h, cooled to 500 °C in furnace and cooled in air in turn, we found its hardness was HRC 21.4 and meet the needs of industrial production. New process of the present work shortened holding time of workpiece, increased cooling rate of annealed, shortened the annealed time about 24 h, effectively increased production efficiency, and reduced production costs.
