    Abstract: Glass lens molding is an effective approach to produce precision micro aspheric glass lens at high efficiency. In this paper, a new two-step isothermal glass molding process was proposed. The mechanisms of new molding process were analyzed. Finite element simulation was conducted to analyze the key factors such as the pressing load, die damage, molding time and residual stress of lens during the traditional molding and the two-step isothermal molding. The results showed that the two-step isothermal glass lens molding process may decrease residual stress and improve stress and strain distribution. Furthermore, prolong the service life of die.

    Abstract: In this paper, a method of distributed state estimation in dispatch center based on ripe data and bus topology information of substation is proposed. Substation state estimation solves the reliability issues of basic data by means of processing the redundant information in substation side. By using a large amount of data source information of substation, state estimation can be performed efficiently in substation. On the basis of the unified data standard between master center and substation, uploading ripe data and calculation nodes topology structure are acquired in dispatch center level. Data rationality and consistency check of substation improve the state estimation accuracy of topology identification in dispatch master system. And also it provides reliable data for the online analysis software.

    Abstract: To obtain a understanding of the deform mechanism and ideal strength in superhard nanocomposites nc-TiN/a-BN. we studied, using the first-principles calculation method, the geometrical stucture, the electronic density and the tensile stress-strain response of a theoretical interfacial system TiN/BN/TiN, which consists of two TiN slabs and one sandwiched BN monolayer. The calculated results show that Friedel oscillations weaken the Ti-N interplanar bonds next to the interface, where decohesion happens. A comparison with the TiN/SiN/TiN interface was done, showing that the orientation has the huger influence on the tensile strength of TiN/BN/TiN interface.

    Abstract: With the rapid development of opto-electronics communications, optics, aerospace and other industries, ultra-precision aspheric glass lenses are widely used in middle/high-grade optical opponent because of its high resolution and imaging quality. To achieve ultra-precision molding pressing of micro-lens, ultra-precision mold must be fabricated firstly. In this paper, some key new technologies were proposed for fabricating ultra-precision mold of small-size aspheric optical lens. A method of finite element simulation was employed to predict mould pressing process of the glass lens for correcting molds and improving the formation efficiency. An ultra-precision inclined-axis grinding and error compensation technology was also used to improve form accuracy of micro lens mold.

    Abstract: Considering the feasibility of the application of GIS technology and multimedia technology in campus emergency preparedness managing platform system, this paper discusses the overall design for visual campus emergency preparedness management system, where the principles of prevention and treatment for campus public emergency and this emergency preparedness visualization management system works are proposed. Then, various multimedia animation preparedness is realized by using Flash soft. By the way of analyzing various data of GIS, using professional software tool of GIS-MapInfo, taking Scilab as platform, we realize the functions of the intelligent electronic map design for HEU campus. This platform can enable visualized query and data searching, such as Eagle eye location, target finding, the shortest path searching, network communication and preparedness videos playing.

    Abstract: The U.S.A has launched the Mars Orbiter. It brought a high resolution imaging science equipment, and that is the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment camera(HIRISE). HIRISE is 0.5 m reflecting telescope, which is the highest one ever carried on a deep space mission, and it has a resolution of 1 microradian (μrad), or 0.3 m from an altitude of 300 km. HIRISE can investigate deposits and landforms resulting from geologic and climatic processes and assist in the evaluation of candidate. As a high degree of lightweight ultra-high resolution camera, the design of its FPA is unparalleled .Therefore we should study and learn it carefully. In this article, first of all we discuss and analyze the characters of the HIRISE FPA in terms of the structural layout, material selection, splicing of the CCD, the CCD package, electronics, processing and transmission, and thermal control measures implementation. Next we put forward the design method of highly lightweight space optical remote sensor FPA combined with the characters of the HIRISE FPA, which can provide a reference to the design of the FPA for some space remote sensings.

    Abstract: General materials can satisfy the structure strength requirement of space effective payload easily. But it can hardly satisfy the structure stiffness requirement of space payload. Carbon fiber composite has many excellent properties, such as high relative strength, high relative stiffness, small expansion coefficient, good fatigue resistance and excellent vibration resistance. It can be used to make space products. Firstly, this paper discussed the properties of carbon fiber composite material. Compared with common materials, such as aluminum alloy and titanium alloy, carbon fiber composite material is more suitable for applications of space instruments. Secondly, the metal part embedded technique of carbon fiber composite structure was studied. According to the carbon fiber composite structure of a space camera frame, a few structure forms of embedded part ware studied. A space camera frame of carbon fiber composite was designed and manufactured. Finally, finite element analysis and mechanical tests on the space camera frame was carried out. The results reveal that the characteristic frequency of carbon fiber composite frame is up to 104Hz.The space camera frame is of high stiffness and dimensional stability.

    Abstract: The thrust rod is the key load-bearing part of the balanced suspension on heavy commercial vehicle. In order to optimize the structure and study the durability of it, we carried out the force and simulation analysis. In this paper, the model of thrust rod and guide mechanism was simplified. Under all driving conditions, force analysis was done for fully-loaded vehicle and force calculation formulae of thrust rods in different directions were derived. Multi-body dynamics model of the vehicle was established with ADAMS and we compared the differences of the two algorithms. Then the results of the two algorithms were compared with the load spectrum test results. We find the calculated results are in good agreement with engineering requirements.

    Abstract: A new neighborhood variable precision rough set modal is presented in this paper. The modal possesses the characteristics of neighborhood rough set and variable precision rough set, so it can overcome shortcomings of classic rough set which only be fit for discrete variables and sensitive to noise. Based on giving the definitions of approximate reduction, lower and upper approximate reduction, lower and upper distribution reduction, two kinds of algorithms to confirm lower and upper distribution reduction were advanced. The modal was applied to diagnose one frequency modulated water pump vibration faults. The result shows the modal is more suitable to engineering problems, because it can not only deal with continues variables but also be robust to noise.

    Abstract: Optical glass is widely used as the most important basic material in optical field. In this paper, four different shape finishing tools are designed for polishing flat K9 glass by using magneto-rheological finishing process. Influences of the finishing tool’s shape on surface roughness are investigated and analyzed under different related parameters such as finishing time, rotational speed of tool and finishing gap. The result shows that the slotted tool could obtain better surface roughness than the non-slotted tool under the same conditions. Through changing the magnetic field intensity, finishing gap, rotational speed of tool and finishing time, an orthogonal experiment is conducted to obtain the optimal finishing process parameters.
