    Abstract: The W-Nb co-doped VO 2 films are prepared through hydrothermal method. The effects of the Nb and W dopants are investigated respectively on the phase transition temperature ( θ c ) and optical properties of VO 2 by keeping the concentration of partner dopant at 1.0 at.%. The Nb doping induces a reduction of θ c at a rate of ~ -13.0 °C per at.% Nb as Nb is less than ~1.5 at.%. For more than 1.5 at.% Nb, the θ c shows a slight increase from ~23.0 °C. The W doping leads to a linear decrease of θ c with a rate of ~ -17.2 °C per at.% W, more effective in reducing θ c than the Nb dopant. However, the heavy W doping results in more serious deterioration of the solar energy modulation ( ΔT sol ) than the Nb doping. Therefore, taking use of the complementary advantages of W and Nb dopants, the 1.0 at.% W + 1.5 at.% Nb co-doped VO 2 realizes the room-temperature transition at 23.0 °C with a satisfactory ΔT sol of ~9.6%, much better than the 1.5 at.% W + 1.0 at.% Nb co-doped which has a θ c of ~22.1 °C and ΔT sol of ~5.3%. This work demonstrates the W-Nb co-doping is an effective doping formula in improving the performance of VO 2 for smart window applications.

    Abstract: To obtain reasonable subway vibration load is the key to many subway vibration problems. This paper uses a simplified method to determine subway vibration load in frequency domain analysis, based on ground vibration test induced by subway traveling and numerical simulation of soil-subway model. The operating steps are explained and one example for calculating subway vibration load is given. The result shows that this method is a certain degree of effective in analysis of ground vibration problems, since that it relies on ground vibration test. The operating steps of this method are simple, and also the method can reflect characteristic of randomness of subway vibration.

    Abstract: The vehicle may vibrate when it moves under or exceeding water. This vibration will interact with the flow filed around to form a fluid-structure interactiondynamics system. In this paper, the numerical simulation of a cylinder in the process of moving under or exceeding water with ABAQUS and FLUENT is presented. Simultaneously, the first three damping ratio of the system are obtained by damping identification. For different density, viscosity and velocity of water, model separately to get the impact of each factor. Besides, the continuous process of exceeding water has been discretized to obtaindifferent oscillating curvesat different positions with respect to the water,and then the change of the damping ratio is presented. Thus the damping characteristics of the system in the water-exit process have been obtained approximately.

    Abstract: Sheared edge quality of micro IT parts is an important standard to evaluate product quality. In this paper, a prediction model of sheared edge quality based on grey prediction is studied. By mapping the stroke and the burr width to be the time increment and the eigenvalue of grey system, the grey prediction model was established. The dynamic regularity of burr in actual production was attained from the precision blanking experiment and the prediction of burr width was performed. The results show that the model can predict burr width accurately and needs less sampling data. Thus, it is fit for the requirement of manufacturing.

    Abstract: Carbonyl iron is an excellent microwave absorption material. However, the high density limits its application in lightweight microwave absorbing. In this study, flake carbonyl iron (FCI) was prepared by high-energy ball milling, and mixed with TPU to prepare the TPU/FCI composites. The large shape anisotropy of FCI makes the TPU/FCI samples exhibit higher permittivity and permeability, and consequently better microwave absorption performance than TPU/SCI (spherical carbonyl iron). Then, rGO was added into the TPU/FCI composites. The permittivity of the TPU/FCI/rGO composites is significantly enhanced by a few amount of rGO (less than 0.5 wt.%). As a result, the TPU/FCI/rGO sample with m FCI : m TPU = 3:10 and 0.5 wt.% rGO consumes only half of FCI that the TPU/FCI sample with m FCI : m TPU = 6:10 uses, and shows much better microwave absorbing performance than this TPU/FCI sample, that the minimum reflection loss reaches-68.3 dB (at 3.4 mm) and the effective absorption bandwidth is up to 5.9 GHz (at 1.5 mm). The TPU/FCI/rGO materials demonstrate promising application in light-weight high-efficient microwave attenuation.

    Abstract: This article describes the research and development with the international advanced level of the screw separator, mainly used for the cleaner tailings fiber and the wastewater recycling and the use of stand-alone concentrated effect, into the plasma concentration of more than 0.5%, themaximum slurry concentration up to 60%, the device uses a unique control mechanism, without the power consumption will be able to achieve the automatic control of the plasma concentration, can efficiently remove moisture, recycled fiber, conservation of resources. 1Overview In pulping process,it will produce a certain amount of waste residue, also known as tailings. The tailings contain a large number of moisture content and fiber. Now, stacked tailings of many enterprises are in the outdoor. Severe pollution caused by a lot of stacked tailings, which don't do process.Loss of water and fiber caused great waste to the enterprise. To draw lessons from foreign advanced technology, it will design and develop the screw separator with advanced level at home and abroad, mainly used for the cleaner tailings fiber and the wastewater recycling. The current domestic pulp manufacturers don't do process tailings, direct discharge away, which is no processing equipment. So the development of the screw separator will fill the domestic blank.

    Abstract: ATmega8 of AVR chip was used in the automobile pre-heating control system. Automotive pre-heated working principle was analyzed. The system of the pre-heater was designed and the hardware composition of the heating system, the structural features and the role of each module was introduced. It was expounded the process control including the heated air intake phase, to the oil phase, ignition phase and work phase.     Abstract: In this paper, two kinds of time varying parameter identification methods which are called identification method of using broken line to approximate time varying parameter and identification algorithm with auto-regulation forgetting factor are studied. The two methods are used for short-term time-varying system parameter identification in simulations. According to the results of the simulations, the applicable conditions of the two kinds of identification methods are analyzed. The results of the simulations indicate the effectiveness of the two methods. Furthermore whether the two kinds of identification methods are sensitive to noise or not is studied by setting different noise levels in the simulations. Finally, experiments of a variable mass cylindrical shell are adopted to demonstrate the efficiency of the two kinds of time varying parameter identification methods.
