    Abstract: In the domain of computer supporting collaborative work (CSCW), various software packages have been developed for the product development. To solve the problem of the low efficiency of product development in heavy truck, the requirements of heavy truck development in collaborative design are analyzed, and then the system architecture and integration structure is proposed, on the basis, a collaborative design platform is developed and implemented in a heavy truck enterprise. The collaboration between design department and sales department, suppliers, after-service department based on the platform is implemented, which lays a solid basis for the improvement of product development speed and after-service level.

    Abstract: The existing problems on the manufacturing process planning and management of China are introduced, a variety of manufacturing process analysis and optimization processes are integrated, product, process and technology resources are systematized, then the information model is established. The architecture of a process analysis is proposed, on the basis, a platform of process planning, management, analysis and improvement is constructed, through integration with the CAPP system, the function of process planning, analyzing and optimizing has been implemented. By application in an auto heavy plant, the desired effect of data sharing, staff collaboration, process optimization is achieved.

    Abstract: Thermal anchor is one of the key components in ITER magnet supports to maintain the low temperature for superconductor coils. The sufficient attachment of the cooling pipe to the support plates is needed to minimize the risk of helium leakage. Brazing is one of the best choices. Three kinds of special brazing filler, including SnPb brazing filler, Ag-based and Cu-based brazing filler, were developed, which have good thermal conductivity, and toughness for brazing connection of SS 316LN at both room temperature and 77K environment. Some brazing technologies, including induction brazing, vaccum brazing, fire brazing, and arc brazing, have being investigated.

    Abstract: In this study, a novel polyhydroxy triazine charring agent (PT-CA) was synthesized through the solid-state reaction of triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) and pentaerythritol. Meanwhile, the molecular structure of the chemical compound was determined by FTIR, elemental analysis and thermalgravimetric analysis (TG).Then it is combined with microencapsulated ammonium polyphosphate (MAPP) and melamine phosphate (MP) to impart flame retardance and dripping resistance for polypropylene (PP).The fire performance of treated PP was investigated by limiting oxygen index (LOI) and vertical burning test (UL-94).It has been found that the treated PP with the optimal flame retardant formulation of MAPP:MA:PTCA=18:6:6 (weight ratio, formulation 10) gives an LOI of 31.5 and UL-94 V-0 rating.

    Abstract: Finite-resolution digital receiver is considered to be a potential solution to meet the severe demand of ADC that results from wideband of IR-UWB signal. However, the quantized distortion is totally different from full-resolution quantized signal. In this paper, the finite-resolution quantized signal model is derived. Based on the correlation receiver, estimation and detection performance of finite-resolution and full-resolution digital receiver are analyzed in the paper. The analytical results agree with the numerical results exactly and the template estimation performance using midtread quantizer is better than that using the adjacent midrise quantizer.

    Abstract: With the development of society, the problem of aging will be taken more and more seriously by every country. China has been entered into the aging society in the year of 2000. Children always felt helpless in taking care of the aged dues to the nuclear families become more and more prevalent since the reform and open policy. In order to prolong the Chinese traditional culture and answer for the security of elderly living at home possibly, looking for a new system of taking care of the aged has profound significance. In this paper, falling back on the intelligence of Internet of Things (IoT)[, a solution is introduced to solve the security problems of elderly living at home. The solution can contribute to a situation satisfied by elderly, children and society, due to that it cannot only disturb childrens work as little as possible but also ease the burden of country.

    Abstract: The failure of civil engineering structure will lead to heavy losses. So, identifying structural damage is necessary as early as possible. The excellent localization performance of lifting wavelet transform will facilitate significantly damage diagnosis. On the base of wavelet energy distribution of structural acceleration response, taking advantage of characteristics of lifting wavelet and entropy, the structural damage identification method based on lifting wavelet entropy is proposed in this paper. And the lifting wavelet time entropy index and the relative lifting wavelet entropy index are established. The new method and damage indexes are verified in numerical simulation and laboratory test of simple beam. The analysis results show that lifting wavelet time entropy can identify structural damage moment and the relative lifting wavelet entropy can identify structural damage location. The feasibility of method proposed is instructed.

    Abstract: Mesoporous titania nanoribbons are synthesized via an optimized soft hydrothermal process and the derived titania ion-sieves with lithium selective adsorption property are accordingly prepared via a simple solid-phase reaction between Li2CO3 and TiO2 nanomaterials followed by the acid treatment process to extract lithium from the Li2TiO3 ternary oxide precursors. The physical chemistry structure are characterized by XRD, TEM/HRTEM, SAED and N2 adsorption-desorption analysis; and the lithium selective adsorption properties are tested by the adsorption isotherm measurement and demonstrated with the distribution coefficient of a series of alkaline and alkaline-earth metal ions. Though the high temperature calcinations and lithium insertion-extraction process resulted in the agglomeration of nanostructure to large bulky particles, it implied that that the low-dimensional titania nanoribbons might be functionalized to lithium ion-sieves with remarkable adsorption capacity and selectivity, promising in the utilization of lithium extraction from aqueous resources including brine or seawater.

    Abstract: Locality sensitive hashing is the most popular algorithm for approximate nearest neighbor search. As LSH partitions vector space uniformly and the distribution of vectors is usually non-uniform, it poorly fits real dataset and has limited search performance. In this paper, we propose a new Bi-level locality sensitive hashing algorithm, which has two-level structures to perform approximate nearest neighbor search in high dimensional spaces. In the first level, we train a number of cluster centers, then use the cluster centers to divide the dataset into many clusters and the vectors in each cluster has near uniform distribution. In the second level, we construct locality sensitive hashing tables for each cluster. Given a query, we determine a few clusters that it belongs to with high probability, and then perform approximate nearest neighbor search in the corresponding locality sensitive hash tables. Experimental results on the dataset of 1,000,000 vectors show that the search speed can be increased by 48 times compared to Euclidean locality sensitive hashing, while keeping high search precision.

    Abstract: Multi-robot system is one of the important study topics of robotics. Many near field wireless communication technologies are used in different systems nowadays. In this paper, the Zigbee module is chosen as the wireless communication solution for Multi-P3-AT-Robot Platform since it can build the Ad Hoc Network. Tests of the combination of different network topology structure and data sending mode were made using two platforms and three platforms. According to the test results and the application requirement, the star network topology and the broadcasting mode is configured in the Zigbee module which is used to build the Ad hoc network for multi-P3-AT-robot platform. Through the ability of self-organizing network, each platform can realize data interaction with other robots, and task planning & coordination between platforms. Moreover, the communication between each two platforms will not be affected although the connection may change due to the movement of the platform.
