    Abstract: Based on different aromatic dibromides and diamines, using Material Studio software and molecular simulation method, Poly(imino ketone) (PIK), Poly(imino ketone ketone) (PIKK), Poly(imino imino ketone) (PIIK), Poly(imino imino ketone ketone) (PIIKK), Flourene-PIIK and Naphthyl-PIIK, respectively, were designed as six different structures of polymers. And through the method of molecular mechanics and molecular dynamics the single-molecule polymer chain model and the aggregation-state model with three-dimensional periodic boundary conditions would be built. Theoretically, the established model has been verified availably after optimization based on molecular mechanics and molecular dynamics.

    Abstract: A new method of Differential Mobility Analyzer (DMA) operation using a Fast Scanning Differential Mobility Analyzer (FDMA) nanometer particle sizer has been implemented. By optimizing the flow and voltage ramps, improvements can be made in the FDMA's measurement size range, counting statistics and resolution. In this study, an electrostatic classifier was used to generate mono-dispersed particles of different sizes to calibrate the delay time of the FDMA. The aerosol from incense combustion could be measured directly by FDMA although the particulate concentration was as high as 1,011 particles cm-3. The resolution of the FDMA was 3 nm and better than the SMPS (10nm).

    Abstract: Bio-degradable polyurethane foams were prepared from the liquefied wheat straw alcohol by a reaction with isocyanate in the presence of stannous octoate, triethylene diamine and silicone oil. The influences of the catalyst, water, silicone oil, isocyanate index(IN) on the performance of the properties of the foams obtained were investigated. Furthermore, the chemical structures, thermal performance and degradation performance of the products were analyzed.

    Abstract: Fluid-solid coupling numerical method of propellers is applied to make numerical calculations of propellers made of different materials without considering the material anisotropic. Comparative analysis of hydrodynamic performance and wake flow field of the propellers are carried on under typical working conditions. The influence of the key parameters of material on the efficiency of marine propellers is analyzed. The results show that the material with greater elasticity makes the magnitude of speed increase,especiously the axial velocity. On the other hand, compared with the strong rigidity material propeller, the small rigidity material propeller increases a little in the highest value of propeller efficiency curve.

    Abstract: Recently the BIM concept that all professionals carry out collaborative work among domains and departments in the industry has attracted more and more attention by research scholars and engineers around the world. The core of the BIM technology is the information sharing and exchanging among the life cycle. In view of this key problem, this article introduces the situation of the BIM research and development in domestic and overseas, and indicates that there are several common problems existing in the BIM development, such as, the information of multiple projects cannot be stored in a centralized database; the information is lost or incorrect when importing and exporting IFC model files with popular BIM software; the application software based on BIM technology is quite few, etc. The paper points out that the realization of BIM technology shall be based on the BIM database which is based on IFC standard. After that, this paper discusses how to build the BIM database based on IFC standard, the application interface of BIM database, the function of budgetary estimates and the transplantation of structural model conversion to BIM database. Then, a few examples are given to demonstrate the feasibility and reliability of the BIM database and corresponding applications developed in this research. As a result, it is concluded that the IFC based on BIM database is the foundation of developing building collaborative platform and digital city.

    Abstract: In this paper, Al-5.6Zn-2.8Mg-1.6Cu-0.24Cr-1.1Li, Al-8.0Zn-2.4Mg-2.4Cu-1.1Li-0.18Zr and Al-11.8Zn-2.9Mg-2.8Cu-1.1Li-0.24Zr (in wt%) alloys were artificially aged at 80,100,120,140 and 160°C for different time, respectively. The ageing process, microstructure and hardness of different alloys are investigated by Vickers hardness and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). With the increment of zinc content, addition of Li to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy containing high alloying elements has little effect on the nucleation of precipitates, but the growth of precipitates has been inhibited. Very fine precipitates with high density are formed during ageing due to the existence of high alloying elements, which result in highly strengthening alloy. As the alloying content is too high to exceed the solution saturation of matrix, coarse second phases are formed in grain boundary.

    Abstract: This work uses nanoindentation and nanoscratch to measure the mechanical properties of evaporation copper thin films. The thin film is deposited on a silicon wafer substrate by using the physical vapor deposition method provided by a resistive heating evaporator. The mechanical properties are then determined by indentation test and lateral force test produced by nanoindenter and nanoscratch. The results show that, as the copper thin film is 500nm in thickness and the indentation depth increases from 100nm to 400nm, the Young’s modulus increases from 151GPa to 160GPa while the hardness increases from 2.8GPa to 3.5GPa. Moreover, both the Young’s modulus and the hardness decrease as the thickness of the thin film increases. Besides, the nanoscratch results show that the friction factor also increases as the scratch depth increases, and a thinner film thickness makes a larger friction factor. The results represent the substrate has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the thin films.

    Abstract: The straight and orderly microrods of polypyrrole(PPy) was synthesized in a microemulsion system consisted of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB), n-pentanol, water and pyrrole by chemical oxidative polymerization, in which CTAB was used as soft templates and APS was used as the oxidant. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to characterize the structure of the PPy microrods. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) was used to characterize the morphology of the samples. We discussed the impact of temperature, the adding way of the oxidant, the amount of cosurfactant n-pentanol to the morphology of PPy microrods. The results showed that straight and orderly PPy microrods with a diameter about 300nm and a length up to 20μm were synthesized when the temperature was kept at room temperature (25°C), the dropping time of APS was more than 1.5h, the ratio of CTAB to n-pentanol was 0.6:1, and the polymerization time was about 24h. We studied the growth process of PPy microrods by HTEM analysis. HTEM images revealed that the growth process of PPy changed from hollow microrods, semi-hollow microrods, and finally solid microrods.

    Abstract: Vehicle safety is a very important design element for all types of vehicles designed for use on public streets or roadways. Traditional vehicles produced with liquid fuels have a long history of creating appropriate safety countermeasures. With the onset of new electric propulsion and charging systems, proposed for large scale production, new safety design elements will need to be provided to vehicle developers. This paper attempts to summary the usually protective measures against electric shock on electric vehicles and to analyze these measures to formalize a series of important safety references for vehicle developers.
