Abstract: The microstructure evolution during aging at high temperatures is usually used to thermodynamically simulate those cases of aging at low temperatures but for a very long time for P92 steel, because high temperature can accelerate the microstructure process. Therefore, in the present research, in order to comprehensively understand the microstructure evolution mechanisms during aging at especially high temperatures, the as-tempered P92 steel was exposed at 790 °C. Optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were employed to characterize the microstructures. The dominant mechanisms at the four stages in microstructure evolution process during thermal exposure are (I) dislocation annihilation, (II) lath broadening and equiaxed subgrain nucleation, (III) equiaxed subgrain growth, (IV) recrystallization nucleation and growth. The martensitic lath broadening is dominated by both the motion of “Y”-type lath boundary and the combination of parallel lath boundary. The subgrain growth is by virtue of both the combination of the equiaxed subgrain and the bowing out of subgrain boundary.

Abstract: The rheological property of the drilling fluid was one of the focus problems in deep-water drilling, which was widely concerned. In the article, the viscosity-temperature properties of commonly used water soluble polymeric solution, polymeric brine solution, bentonite slurry, polyacrylamide-potassium chloride drilling fluid with different densities and water-base drilling fluid systems commonly used for China offshore well drillings were studied. 4°C-to-20°C viscosity ratio and 4°C-to-20°C YP ratio were used to judge the thickening level of drilling fluids due to low temperature. The experimental results show that on the condition of without considering the influence of pressure on the rheological property of water-base drilling fluid, its viscosity and yield point raised obviously with the decrease of temperature, but the increase level is proximately the same, its 4°C-to-20°C apparent viscosity ratio is basically within the 1.50. Analysis indicates that the viscosity of water-base drilling fluid depends on the viscosity of dispersed media. The performance of water medium determines the viscosity-temperature property of the water-based drilling fluid. It is proposed that in deep water drillings, if a water-base drilling fluid is used, it is not necessary to emphasize the influence of deep water and low temperature on the flowability. On the condition of guaranteeing wellbore stability and borehole cleaning, it is more suitable for using the water-base drilling fluid with low viscosity and low gel strength for deep water well drillings.

Abstract: The correlation between intermetallic compound (IMC) and interface bonding state of the pure Al/08Al steel clad plate after 645°C/1h diffusion annealing was studied using the SEM. The results indicated that after 645°C/1h diffusion annealing for the pure Al/08Al steel clad plate, the IMC grew continuously along the interface with the thickness of 2-6 μm, while, at some regions grew abnormally with the thickness up to 10-30 μm. Moreover, some intrinsic defects at the interface, such as voids in the abnormally grown IMC and micro cracks along the interface were observed. The voids were possibly caused by huge difference of Al and Fe in diffusion coefficient, which is known as Kirkendall effect. On the other hand, the micro cracks could be attributed to the thermal stress during the cooling process because of larger difference of thermal expansion rate between Al and Al-Fe IMC. The intrinsic defects at the interface of Al/Steel could supply a novel way to correlate the morphology of IMC and interface bonding strength.

Abstract: The compressed air energy storage (CAES) has a promising application prospect to ease electic load and match intermittent renewable energy, such as solar and wind energy. The release process influences the output power and system performance. In this paper, a mathematical model is built to simulate the release process of a micro-CAES system with screw expanders. The results show that the rotation angles of suction, expansion and discharge processes are depended on the volume ratio. The chamber volume of 2 nd stage expander is larger than the 1 st stage one for two expanders. In the constant suction pressure (CSP) condition, the mass remained in the tank is lower slightly than it in the various suction pressure (VSP) condition for the same set pressure in the tank. The CSP condition needs more time to finish the release process. The decrease of air temperature in the CSP condition is smaller than it in the VSP one. The power output decreases with time in the VSP condition, but it is a constant value throughout the release process in the CSP condition. All the average output and the total work in the VSP condition are larger than them in the CSP condition.

Abstract: This paper puts forward structure and realization method of the voltage-controlled band-pass filter based on the current feedback operational amplifier (CFA) which uses bi-quad loop filter circuit model to design the new filter circuit. Input voltage signal is input to voltage-controlled band-pass filter circuit composed by an analog multiplier AD835 and a current feedback operational amplifier AD8001 which are the core. Using the voltage signal to adjust the center frequency of the filter, the filter has wide frequency band and good high-frequency performance. This paper describes the design principles, infers the design formulas and designs the circuit of the voltage-controlled first-order and second-order band-pass filter.Through the simulation, the filter can realize the scope of the center frequency from 200KHz to 10MHz.

Abstract: The aims of this work were to investigate the influence of feedstock properties of different part of cassava residues (cassava rhizome (CR), cassava stalk (CS) and cassava leaf (CL)) and operating temperatures on the pyrolysis characteristics and the kinetic parameters. Pyrolysis experiments of three selected biomass feedstock were conducted using a fixed-bed reactor. It was shown that the bio-oil yield of cassava stalk reached the maxima at 600°C, and the char yield reduced with the temperature, whereas the gas yield increased with temperature. The cassava rhizome presented higher thermochemical reactivity than the other samples. The activation energy of cassava stalks was 37.57 kJ / mol and that of cassava rhizome (39.42 kJ / mol) increased slightly. The activation energy of cassava leaf (22.85 kJ / mol) was lowest of the three samples.

Abstract: Both coal mine and land are important natural resources that human depend on for existence and development. Coal mining has contributed greatly to the development of economy and society in China. Meanwhile, subsidence induced by coal mining has seriously affected human life, ecological environment and development of regional economy in mining area. Thus, aiming at coal mining subsidence area, this paper puts forward two kinds of land reclamation techniques containing engineering reclamation technology and biological reclamation technology, which can scientifically guide land reclamation practice, coordinate relationship between human and land and relax ecological crisis.

Abstract: This study, conducted with the dynamic simulation equipment under constant conditions of water temperature 30°C and flow rate 0.4 m.s-1, is intended to simulate dynamically the fouling process on stainless steel tube heat exchanger of three types of fouling microorganisms, iron bacteria (IB), sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) and slime forming bacteria (HB), which are isolated from the slime in the bottom of circulating cooling tower. This experiment was tested through the on-line monitoring of fouling resistant and analysis of the characteristics of heat transfer ,the results indicate that induction period for the formation of biofouling in the stainless steel tube by slime-forming bacteria is 56 h, Iron bacteria is 25h, and sulfate-reducing bacteria is 22h. Among these bacteria, the greatest impact on the heat transfer is taken by the iron bacteria, and the sulfate-reducing bacteria are next.
