    Abstract: On the basis of shortage existing in traditional ERP system, this paper puts forward a novel ERP framework based on Service-Oriented Architecture. Through publishing functional components into well packaged, reusable, easily maintained and cross-platform used services and using the WS-BPEL language to arrange those independent services, those business processes of ERP can be achieved to construct ERP system and integrate existing systems rapidly ultimately.

    Abstract: Li 3 V 2 (PO 4 ) 3 /C is prepared by sol-gel combined with ball milling method (SG-BM). The composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), C-S analysis and galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements. The structural characterization shows that the composite prepared by SG-BM is composed of the well crystallized Li 3 V 2 (PO 4 ) 3 with the space group P21/n and 6.2 wt.% amorphous carbon. SEM and TEM results show that the prepared composite has uniform size distribution with the narrow range of 0.5-1.5μm, and its surface is covered by a smooth and uniform carbon layer with thickness of about 10nm. Galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements indicate that the composite exhibits high rate capability and excellent cycling stability. The prepared composite delivers a discharge capacity of 131.1mAh/g, 128.9mAh/g, 122.6mAh/g and 113.8mAh/g at 0.5C, 1C, and 10C, respectively. The capacity retention of 100% is achieved after 50 cycles at 1C. This outstanding electrochemical capability is attributed to the ultrafine particles with narrow size distribution and the well-covered carbon layer with proper thickness.

    Abstract: We have developed extremely high efficiency orange phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes based on an orange phosphorescent material, employing the structure of phosphorescent dye-doped hole transporting layer to improve the power efficiency. The device shows a bright orange emission at approximately 564 nm (Commission Internationale d’Eclairage (0.49, 0.50)) and a maximum brightness of 31030 cd/m2 at a driving voltage of 7.6 V. The power efficiency of device has reached 83.56 lm/W at turn-on voltage of 2.2 V. Moreover, this power efficiency has the potential to be raised to 150 lm/W if the light outcouping can be further improved.

    Abstract: This paper introduced the design ideas of university teachers website platform to exchange their experiences, which was based on LAMP architecture and the SupeSite management system. LAMPs advantages of rich web resources, cross-platform, high-performance and SupeSites advantages of intelligent selection and in-time updating are taken consideration. It described the construction process of the platform carefully and systematically. After introducing the function of the website of www.ncutedu.com , we focused on the users' operation and the administrators maintenance of this system. The platform put into use meets the needs of browsing, communicating and sharing. It plays a positive role in autonomic and cooperative learning.

    Abstract: Aiming at water security issues existed in water resources development and utilization, studied the water resources carrying capacities of fifteen farms in Jiansanjiang branch bureau in 2008. Used grey correlation analysis to establish evaluation indices system. Entropy theory was introduced into weight calculation. Synthesized evaluation results of traditional matter-element model, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and fuzzy matter-element model to grade water resources carrying capacities. The results show that water resources carrying capacities of Farm Shengli, Qindeli, Qianshao and Qianfeng are gradeⅠ; carrying capacities of Farm 859, Daxing, Qinglongshan, Qianjin, Honghe, Yalvhe and Nongjiang are gradeⅡ; carrying capacities of Farm Qixing, Chuangye, Hongwei and Erdaohe are gradeⅢ. The study achievements provide scientific evidences for water resources protection and sustainable utilization in Jiansanjiang branch bureau.

    Abstract: For the large number of waste cotton/hemp blend fiber, the molding technology of manufacturing waste blend composites was designed and optimized by mixed hot pressing in this paper, and the mechanical properties of composites were analyzed. Through the orthogonal experiment, the optimum conditions were given as follows: cotton, hemp, TPU fiber composite: the ratio of waste blending fiber 40:60,hotpressing temperature180°C,the concentration of TPU 60%,hotpressing pressure 10Mpa,.The density of composite made by this condition was1.220 g/cm2. Under above conditions, the composites had the density 1.220g/cm2, the tensile strength32.30Mpa, the bending strength 28.51Mpa and the energy absorption of impact 37.25 KJ/m2, heat transfer coefficient 0.0018W/M•K.

    Abstract: According to the present situation that the urban ecotope assistant decision-making method is limited to qualitative analysis, this paper intends to explore a way to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, in order to make objective and accurate decision-making, take the research on assistant decision-making method a step further. The urban ecotope sustainable development indicators system (UESDIS) is structured. There are three-layer, four dimensions and thirteen individual indicators in the UESDIS. And on that basis, the weight of UESDIS is confirmed by AHP-Entropy model, the qualitative analysis is transformed into quantitative analysis. Then combined the impulse process method, the urban ecotope assistant decision-making model is constructed. At the same time, in order to achieve the purpose of assistant decision making, the planning conditions are deeply analyzed and then the development trend of ecosystem factors are got. Also, the application of the model is shown by specific examples.

    Abstract: The conventional music retrieval system is mostly based on accurate matching of keywords, and it is difficult to satisfy the demand of intelligent retrieval. This paper presents a system of music retrieval based on the frequently-used rules of Chinese text. The system not only retains the conventional retrieval, but also is added the frequently-used rules of Chinese text that is “the attribute of the entity” (such as “the singer of the song”) into it. Firstly, the system segments the words of user’s query requests and checks that whether the user’s inputs comply with the rule of “the attribute of the entity”, and then it decides to adopt what kind of retrieval that is retrieval of text rules or conventional retrieval. The experiment proves that the system is better to satisfy the demand of user’s query requests than conventional music retrieval system while coping with the text rule of “the attribute of the entity”.

    Abstract: We have investigated the properties of the ultra-thin layer all-fluorescent nondoped white organic light emitting diodes based on blue-emitting binaphthalene derivative (BN) and ultra-thin green and red emitters. By optimizing the thickness of BN, we found that the device exhibited a high color rendering index (CRI) of 84 and high chromatic-stability with the Commission International de L’Eclairage coordinates shifting from (0.26, 0.32) to (0.27, 0.33) as the luminance increased from 40 to 10645 cd/m2. In addition, we also achieved a low current efficiency roll-off, which current efficiency only reduced from 3.77 cd/A to 3.36 cd/A when the current density increased from 13 mA/cm2 to 104 mA/cm2. High CRI and low efficiency roll-off are of significance for the applications of organic light-emitting diodes in display and lighting.

    Abstract: Aiming at air rolling bearing vibration signals low SNR and nonstationary characteristics, taking wavelet theory and principles of the wavelet noise reduction for air vibration signals of rolling bearings to conduct wavelet noise reduction processing.By means of the simulation signal wavelet noise reduction processing and fast Fourier transform, the contrast analysis of the vibration signals after wavelet noise reduction and FFT transform and the original signal directly to the result of the fast Fourier transform, and thus prove the validity of the vibration signal wavelet noise reduction. Through the actual vibration signals of bearing conductnoise reduction processing, the result is a further indication of the superiority of wavelet noise reduction in eliminate noise interference.
