Abstract: A new pyridinium dye, 2-{2-[9-ethyl-carbazole-3-yl]vinyl}-N-(3-sulfooxypropyl) pyridinium inner salt, has been synthesized. The photophysical properties of the dye in DMF were investigated. The dye exhibits strong orange fluorescence with quantum yield Φ = 0.1. The particles are nano-scale after 30minutes, but it will accumulate to micron-scale after 4h.

Abstract: A D-π-D type of organic dye 2,7-di[4-(N,N-diphenylamino)styryl]-9-n-pentyl-9H- carbazole (DPSPC) with diphenylamine as donor group and styrene-carbazole-styrene as conjugation bridge has been synthesized. The photophysical properties of the dye in different solvents and poly methyl methacrylate/organic modified sol-gel glasses are researched. The results indicate that the fluorescence properties of the organic dye in composite glass increase relative to that in solvents and there are no fluorescence quenching in high doped concentration in composite glass matrixes. The dye has higher stability in the composite glass than that in solution.

Abstract: Because of the problems caused by icing and snow, it is meaningful to develop coatings for anti-icing. In this paper, a superhydrophobic coating was successfully prepared by compounding fluorine-containing acrylate polymer, polysiloxane and nano-SiO 2 . Results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) showed that epoxy groups in fluorine-containing acrylate polymer were partially cross-linked with silanol groups in polysiloxane, while self-crosslinking of silanols dominates the curing reaction. It was proven that there was a positive correlation between water contact angle (WCA) and nano-SiO 2 amount, exhibiting a maximum WCA value of 153.6°. Nevertheless, the superhydrophobic coating is subject to collapse and the nano-particles could be scrubbed away during icing. As a result, the superhydrophobicity had trivial contribution to deicing in this experiment.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing recent years research achievement of similitude material, we adopt cement, gypsum, blanc fixe and water to perform matching experiment. Orthogonal test has been used in this experiment. From the calculating data, it can be received that density, elasticity modulus and ultimate compressive strength in different specimens. Meanwhile, the relationship between elasticity modulus, ultimate compressive strength and the proportion of each composition is obtained. The results show that the similitude material is recognized to satisfy actual tunnel lining properties such as elasticity modulus and ultimate compressive strength .

Abstract: According to the principle and the type of the oil pipeline corrosion, we use the square wave of wide spectrum, strong signal transmission capability and a certain duty ratio as the excitation source of the pulsed eddy current. The finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of the pipeline corrosion defects by applying the boundary conditions of square wave excitation to simulate the distributions of current and induced magnetic field in the pipeline under various defect volumes. It can solve the induced voltage variation with time on detection coil, and can accomplish the finite element analysis and the nondestructive testing about the pipeline internal corrosion defects with the insulation layer and the protection layer. The results of the study show: When there is no corrosion defect in the pipeline, the electric current in the pipeline is basically even distribution. The magnetic field is distributed for the symmetrical vortex shape from head to foot, and it has not obviously gather phenomenon. When there are some corrosion defects in the pipeline, the electric current forms partial symmetrical vortex shape in both sides of the corrosion defect, and it is obviously assembled in the defect place. The simulation results of the different size defects show that the maximum magnetic field strength and the maximum current value increase with the defect depth increasing, while the output voltage decreases with the defect depth increasing. By extracting the induced voltage signals on the detection coil in a certain excitation condition, the quantitative detection of the pipeline corrosion defects can be achieved.

Abstract: With the development trend of constant speeding and heavy loading of the railway transportation, the freight train wheels which take the way of touching area breaking are in the bad conditions of strong friction, fever load and big wheel track forces. After many times’ repeated breaking, the wheels will come to be thermal fatigue, then, result in expired puncture. In this article, according to the actual work condition of the freight train wheel, its temperature and stress fields in the process of an urgently breaking when the wheel speed is 120 km/h with the 21 tons shaft weight were analyzed and simulated by Finite Element Method. The relationship between the injury occurring on the touching area of freight wheel and the fields of the temperature and stress was also studied. The research results showed that the maximum values of the temperature and thermal stress lied in the breaking process all locate in the touching friction area between the breaking and the wheel, and the temperature rises continuously with the breaking process going on. When the value of the temperature gets to the crest value, it slowly descends. The wheel temperature reduces from the touching area to the wheel shaft, and the nearer of the distance to wheel shaft, the lower of the temperature and stress values. After the end of the breaking process, the temperature into the wheel is higher than that on the touching area, and the maximum stress exists under the wheel touching area.

Abstract: To provide scientific data of the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequences for the authentication of Pulsatilla chinesis (Bge) Regel , we extracted the genome DNA from the leaves of Pulsatilla koreana Nakai. and Potetilla chinesis Ser. collected in Jilin Province, amplified the ITS region using ITS universal primers of angiosperm, and sequenced the purified PCR products directly. Polymorphism of ITS sequences was found within P. chinensis Ser. and the sequence data suggested that our samples of this species might be related to hybridization. The obtained sequences were edited by Genetyx and reported here.

Abstract: To find the differences in the internal transcribed spacer(ITS) sequences and provide scientific data for the authentication of Potentilla chinensis and its related species, we extracted the genome DNA from the leaves of 5 common Potetilla species in Jilin Province, amplified the ITS region using ITS universal primers of angiosperm, and sequenced the purified PCR products directly. Polymorphism of ITS sequences was found within P. chinensis and the sequence data suggested that our samples of this species might be related to hybridization. Other 4 species showed intraspecies-stability in ITS sequence. The ITS sequences of these 5 Potentilla species are significantly different. So ITS sequence analysis and other methods derived from it can be used in authentication of Potentilla.

Abstract: By using the geometry modeling software Pro/E, the three-dimensional model of hydraulic shield support has been built. Considering of the loading conditions and displacement constraints which the hydraulic shield support suffers from under the actual working conditions, the static strength and fatigue strength of the hydraulic shield support were analyzed by FEM when they were in two different typical working conditions of the support height, and the weakest part which was discovered in the analysis was improved in its structure. The study results showed that the designed hydraulic shield support could meet the requests of the static strength and fatigue strength. The column of the hydraulic shield support and the ear plate which locates in the connection area of the column and the push beam are the weakest parts. The counterforce given by the ground mainly focuses on the mid-back position of the hydraulic shield support, which meets the requirements of saving labor when they were removed. In the Finite Element Analysis when the reinforcement ribs were added to the ear plate, we found that the maximum equivalent stress is reduced by 150 MPa and the fatigue life coefficient is reduced markedly as well. The possibility of the fatigue breakage was decreased largely after the structure was modified and the service life of the hydraulic shield support was improved. These prove that the improvement of the hydraulic shield support structure is reasonable and feasible.

Abstract: Clustering algorithm can effectively solve the imbalance of energy consumption of different nodes. Based on the analysis of traditional LEACH protocol, we propose an improved sensor network clustering routing protocol, which reduced the cost of control information in formation process of clusters by adopting a new kind of competition parameters of cluster head, so as to solve the problem of energy heterogeneous of network node. The simulation results show that the protocol can effectively save the energy consumption of the nodes, and prolong the network life time.
