Abstract: The purpose of this work was to investigated the carbothermic reaction of fluorapatite process by the means of thermodynamics analyses, XRD and element analysis, respectively. Thermodynamic calculations indicated that phosphorus can be prepared by heating the mixture of Ca 5 (PO 4 ) 3 F 2 and C at 1173K under the system pressure of 100Pa. CO cannot react with Ca 5 (PO 4 ) 3 F 2 in the carbothermic reduction process at 973-1873K and 100Pa. Experimental results demonstrated that phosphorus can be produced by the reaction between Ca 5 (PO 4 ) 3 F 2 and C, the main reaction phase is P 2 (g), CO(g), CaO and CaF 2 , and with increasing temperature, the greater degree of response. The best technology conditions, the molar ratio of Ca 5 (PO 4 ) 3 F 2 to C is 1:7.5 at 1723K for 1h when the system pressure was about 100Pa. This study to provide experimental evidence for preparation of phosphorus by carbothermal reaction of fluorapatite in vacuum.

Abstract: For complex controlled object with the large time delay link, it was difficult to get effective control effect by means of traditional fuzzy control algorithm. Aimed at enhancing the control quality in control precision and so on for complex system, the paper proposed a sort of fuzzy intelligence control strategy. It fused the expert control experience combing with human simulated intelligence control, designed the control rule, proposed the mode of running controller and explored the principle of parameter calibrating layer. The system simulation experiment explained that the control effect was much better than optimal PID control in dynamic and steady quality. The results show that the fuzzy intelligent control strategy is reasonable and feasible, high in control precision, better in dynamical and steady control effect, and it represents very strong robustness.

Abstract: Efficient production of PCB is the electronic industry’s needs, while drilling is an important part in the printed circuit board manufacturing process. The drilling path optimization is crucial for improving the efficiency. Inspired by the shortest path algorithm, this paper used genetic algorithm for solving the shortest to optimal path selection of PCB drilling process and find the best path according to the specific circumstances of PCB drilling to achieve high efficiency drilling. The algorithm which has been used in the different points for practice is proved to be reasonable and efficient. The method can be optimized for fast global search, greatly reducing the computation, it is robust, efficient, can be a good solution for PCB drilling path optimization problem.

Abstract: This paper studied effect of different pretreatment process on Yunnan phosphorus building gypsum strength and crystal morphology such as washing method, lime neutralization method, flotation method and Hans method. A lots experiment result indicated that basic properties of phosphorus building gypsum of different pretreatment methods could satisfy related building materials products technology requirements. While inorganic impurities could be effectively removed by lime neutralization method and washing method, as well as organics could be better removed by flotation method, however, compared with other methods, the Hans method possessed the best effect about removing soluble phosphorus, fluorine and organic compounds in phosphogypsum , and had other benefit such as low cost, easy operated and high strength.

Abstract: Added appropriate amount of microwave activation coal gangue intoⅠ42.5 Portland cement, there were not negative influence to Portland cement properties such as fineness, setting time, volume stability, pozzolan activity, strength by physical and mechanical experiments and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) ; though there was micro expansion during hydration and hardening process, the volume stability of microwave activation coal gangue cement mixtures also could satisfy relevant state technology standards; compare to tradition thermal activation coal gangue, microwave activation coal gangue could be changed better cement additives, and could more remarkable reduce product cost and save energy.

Abstract: Auditory phase-synchronization near 40Hz is reportedly related to sensory stimulation. This study applied the phase synchrony analysis and Bi-coherence analyses to analyze the electroencephalographic measurements. Four experimental stages were conducted with 34 healthy high school students to collect the data: (A) resting with eyes closed, (B) listening to the classical music, (C) resting with eyes closed, and (D) listening to popular music. The result shows that the whole brain phase-synchronization occurs at 40Hz and lasts about 400 ms, which is quite different from the estimated 40Hz phase-coupling lasting about 20–25 ms in previous studies and seems to play an important role in inducing auditory attention loss. Additionally, the result also shows that hypersynchronous states may affect perceptual processing. This study develops an original nonlinear time serial analytical approach and suggests that 40Hz phase-synchronization might be an important indicator in perceptual process.

Abstract: Efficiency is a critical performance for a high-power ultrasonic transducer composed of 1-3 piezocomposites and geometric parameters of the composites can influence the efficiency of the transducer. The effect of inter-rod responses in the composite matrix on the efficiency was experimentally investigated in this study. For analyses, four PZT4-epoxy composite ultrasonic transducers with various volume fractions and inter-rod spacing were fabricated in-house. The experimental results demonstrated that the inter-rod coupling of the 0.1-mm spacing could significantly degrade the efficiency of the composite probe at about 1.0 MHz resonance since the 0.1-mm spacing between PZT4 rods was so small as to cause a high interference. At the same volume fraction, the transducer engineer should take the inter-rod coupling into account for the design of the high-power ultrasonic transducer.

Abstract: This article completely investigates from nonwoven to PET/PU composite board on the variations of absorption coefficient by using standard impedance tube with four microphones. Recently, PET/PU composite board is becoming a popular and functional material because of the high flexibility in the abilities, such as thermal protection, chemical-proof, acoustic-resistance and etc.. Thus, it is important to realize the variations of absorption capability from single material to complete composite material, and can feedback some suggestions to the designer. Results shows that nonwoven only has a stable increase in absorption coefficient with the frequencies because of the inherent porous characteristics. With the substantial properties, foam has lower absorption coefficient and two peaks occurring in the higher frequencies. These both peaks are caused by the resonance between wave and foam at specified frequency. With an additional nonwoven in the rear side of composite foam, absorption coefficient of PET/PU composite board will effectively increase. Based on the diverse applications, absorption coefficient of PET/PU composite board can be flexible modulated to consistent with the requirements.

Abstract: To help understand the ground motions of the topographic site, the workers of Seismic Bureau of Gansu province deployed a temporary array of seismometers around the Wenxian hill and recorded ground motions from Wenchuan aftershocks. Only 11 aftershocks were recorded on all stations across the hill, these data were collected to facilitate studies of site response, wave propagation effect, and correlations of mainshock damage with local site conditions. In this paper, we analyze the weak motion data as well as the strong-motion data, and conduct comparisons of peak ground accelerations, seismic spectra analysis, and spectral ratio analysis. A more complete description of the site’s amplification, its relationship to topography, and its relationship to earthquake source effects are provided. The result shows that the ground motion was consistently amplified at station at or near the top of the hill compared with stations at the base of the hill and the amplifications frequency dependent and has its maximum at the resonant frequency of the site.
