Abstract: We present a simulating experimental method used for studying the influence of impact mass on damping performance of impact dampers. The free mass in the impact damper had equal total mass but different size individual. We tested the damping effect of the damper under the same external force separately. The main results obtained in the experiments indicated that the impact damper had a good damping effect in the resonance region of the main system. The mass value of the free mass participating in vibro-impact was variable. In addition, the damping of the main system was related to the size of the free mass. In the conditions of equal total mass and same material, the size of the free mass was smaller, the effect of the vibration control was better.

Abstract: Focusing on the dredging problem in Yellow River irrigation district, the whip-impact sediment dredging technology is put forward in the Xingjiadu Irrigation District. The finite element model of dredging process is built and the flow characteristic and behavior under design condition is studied, which can provide a theoretical basis for the feasibility of the whip-impact sediment dredging technology. Also, it can provide effective measures for the improvement of sediment dredging effects and whip-impact equipments.

Abstract: The generations of agricultural and forestry wastes (AFWS) are increasing rapidly with developments of agriculture and forestry in China, and AFWS are commonly treated by composting. The objective of this work was to explore the effect of different microbial agents on biodegradation of AFWS. Three microbial agents in the research were P hanerochaete chrysosporium (PC) , Coriolus versicolor (CV) and GP (agent developed from laboratory with high lignocellulose degradation ability). All the composts inoculated the different microbial agents matured in 58 days. Compared with CK(without exogenous micro agent), composts with micro agents inoculated increased the duration of high-temperature fermentation period, reduced the maturity time, and increased lignocellulose degradation rate. PC and GP inoculated to AFWS produced the higher quality compost with respect to C/N ratio, GI, pH, total organic carbon (TOC) content, and humic acid content.

Abstract: It is urgent for agricultural and forestry wastes (AFWS) to be handled efficiently as the generations of them are increasing rapidly in China. The paper studied the bacterial community variations in composting of AFWS with different three microbial agents by PCR-DGGE. Three microbial agents in the research were P hanerochaete chrysosporium (PC) , Coriolus versicolor (CV) and GP (agent developed from laboratory with high lignocellulose degradation ability). DGGE profiles indicated that the populations of bacteria reduced from warming period to high-temperature phase fistly, then increased till cooling period, and finally descended during maturity period for all the composting treatments. The populations of bacteria in composting with GP innoculation keeped on a high level during high-temperature phase, cooling period and maturity period. In the early phase of the high temperature composting, Bacillus sp., Uncultured Bacillus sp., Pseudomonas sp., Uncultured Pseudomonas sp., Micrococcus sp., Brevibacterium, Sphingomonas sp., Aminobacter aminovorans and Uncultured Acinetobacter sp.were rich, and became the dominant flora of the period. The number of the same dominant flora in AFWS composting with GP and CV innoculations was the most during the high-temperature phase. Simultaneously, the number of the same dominant flora in AFWS composting with GP and PC innoculations was the most during cooling period. Therefore, GP has a good prospect in AFWS composting process for resource utilization.

Abstract: Green manufacturing is a new model to solve current environmental problems in manufacturing, and the process route determination of the product machining process is one of the key problems. According to the existing machining process and equipment of mine fans impellers, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to assist in building the optimized decision-making model and multi-criteria assessment indicator system and help draw decision. It is concluded that processing technology route of using steel plate stamped is better than that of using aluminum ingot cast for mine fan impellers. The decision coincides with fan impellers actual production.

Abstract: Petroleum has been less and less in the earth. However, only small part of the oil can be withdrawn from the oil well by the traditional method. Hydraulic fracturing is an effective way to improve the production of the oil well, in which the proppant plays an important role. As the low density proppant has the advantages of providing high flow conductivity and decreasing the consumption of the proppant, one kind of low cost and low density ceramic fracturing proppant were developed. The mechanical properties and densities of the samples were measured; then the specimens were identified by XRD and the microstructure was observed by SEM. The result showed that, when using bauxite, quartz, clay and manganese mineral as the main constituent, the ceramic proppant prepared meets the requirements of the Chinese petroleum and natural gas industry standards (SY/T 5108-2006) , in addition, it has the advantage of low cost and low density.

Abstract: A novel method for fabrication of self-supporting microbridge based on a-si films with tilted support legs for bolometer is studied in this paper. Based on the research of diffractive characteristics when the light passing through the mask in proximity lithography, we found if the distance of mask and photoresist is suitable, the intensity distribution curve of Fraunhofer diffraction (far field diffraction) at the border of contacthole is suitable to fabricate microbridge with tilted legs. By use of the method, the constant change of photoresist thickness around the contacthole can be realized using the far field diffraction proximity lithography. Then transfer the outline of photoresist to the sacrificial layer by plasma etching. Thus the fabrication of microbridge with tilted support legs was carried out easily, and this method has the advantages of low cost, simple and feasible.

Abstract: In this paper, one thin microwave absorbing sheet employing carbonyl-iron powder (CIP) and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) was prepared. The pattern and static magnetic properties of CIP were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. The electromagnetic parameters and loss mechanisms of CIP were measured and discussed. The microwave absorption properties of composite sheets with different thicknesses and CIP ratios in matrix were investigated by measuring reflection loss (RL) in 2-18GHz. The results showed that the microwave absorption properties could be optimized by controlling CIP content and thickness of sheet. For the sample with the weight ratio (CIP:CPE) of 10:1 and 1mm thickness, the absorption bandwidth (RL below -4dB) achieved 14GHz (4-18GHz).

Abstract: We conducted two campaigns to study total mercury (THg) and methyl mercury (MeHg) in water bodies of Xiaolangdi reservoir, which were constructed in 2001 and drained for desilification in early June every year. The first campaign was conducted in May 2010 and 7 sampling sites were selected from upstream to the dam. The second campaign was conducted in Nov. 2010 and 3 sampling sites were selected in Nov.2010. Our results showed that the average THg(30.5ng/L) concentration of water bodies in main channel of xiaolangdi reservoir was higher that of in tributary (19.3ng/L) and declined from upstream to downstream water body. Drainage of reservoir could decline mercury in water and water residence time was an important variable affecting mercury accumulation. The MeHg concentration had the same trend compared to THg from upstream to downstream water bodies. Mingzhudao, luoyu and dam water bodies were 0.045ng/L, 0.039ng/L and 0.037ng/L water bodies, respectively.

Abstract: Many testing methods are used to evaluate the volume stability of steel slag sand, but none of them can legalized widely, which hinders its extensive use. Three typical methods-chemical analysis method, steam powdering ratio and mortar bar linear expansion rate under hot-water curing condition are compared in this investigation. The results showed that though chemical analysis method could rapidly judge the volume stability, the content of free CaO and MgO wasn’t precise because of the interference of calcium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide in aging steel slag sand; the maximum powdering ratio reflected the uneven distribution of expansion components ; mortar bar expansion rate visually presented the volume stability of steel slag sand when used in mortar or concrete. So it was a synthetic application in order to decide the volume stability of steel slag sand.
