Abstract: Pesticide pollutions have become increasingly severe. Especially the extensive production and application of chlorpyrifos have resulted in the environmental pollution and ecological damage. The employment of the immobilized microorganism degradation of chlorpyrifos in soil is a kind of effective technology without secondary pollution. The best ratio of immobilized carrier has been determined by comparison among different carriers for chlorpyrifos degradation. Based upon the adoption of Bacillus LLBD4, pH value, temperature and initial concentration of chlorpyrifos were studied in this experiment. The results showed that the combination of 10% of PVC, 1% of activated carbon and 0.5% sodium alginate can be served as the best carrier, furthermore, chlorpyrifos degradation efficiency reached the peak when the pH was set to 7.0, the initial concentration of chlorpyrifos was 100 mg·L -1 at 30°C, reaching about 83%.

Abstract: It is a difficult task to binarize image under uneven illumination, and this problem is always met in the image recognition system, such as two-dimensional barcode scanning terminal. In this paper, an efficient approach is proposed to binarize image which can tolerant uneven illumination and different light intensity. The method initializes thresholds with local average gray level and adjusts thresholds by calculating light density ratio. Due to characteristic of our approach, it can even obtain a sound result by limiting number of iterations which will seriously reduce computations and space cost. According to experiments, we can find that our method can achieve a good performance and meet the real-time requirement and quality demand for barcode scanning terminal.

Abstract: Abstract: Purpose To screen out the optimal conditions of cross-linking reaction of preparing for an injectable cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel(CHA-gel) with higher resistance to hyaluronidase and research for its viscoelasticity and anti-enzyme degradation properties. Methods The CHA hydrogels were prepared with different molecular weights of PEG as cross-linking agent, such as PEG400, PEG1000, PEG6000, PEG10000, PEG20000. The optimal preparing conditions were determined by single factor test and orthogonal experiment. The Enzyme-resistant degradation properties in vitro of CHA-gels were analysed by carbazole and spectrophotometry. Its viscoelasticity was also compared with natural HA-gel by Stabinger method. Results the results of range analysis and variance analysis show that the pH of CHA solution and the ratio of cross-linking agent to HA were significant factors. The optimal preparing conditions of the parameters are 1.5% of HA, 0.001mol/L NaOH, at 37°C, reacting 4hr and 1:15 PEG20000/HA (g/g). Under these conditions, the CHA-gel has excellent Enzyme-resistant properties, R=85.1%, an high percentage of enzyme-resistant property. Its viscoelasticity can reach 61.3×10 4 mPa.s, three times as much as natural HA-gel. Conclusion The CHA-gel with excellent physicochemical properties can be prepared under the optimal conditions, which can set foundation for developing better mechanical and Enzyme-resistant properties products of CHA-gel.

Abstract: Plant growth cabinet, as a kind of green, environmental, efficient, energy-efficient, closed plant growth environment, can provide the temperature, humidity and others that are required in the process of plant growth and development. We design an intelligent measure and control software based on Android system to achieve information collection and display of the environmental data in the cabinet and the plants’ morphological data. It also could remotely monitor the plant growth process in real time and do the intelligent regulation of the control node. In order to collect and send environmental data and video in real time that don’t affect the operation of the software interface, Android background Service technology has been adopted. The communication of Activity and Service that is realized by BroadcastReceiver, has realized the run of users operation interface and background program in the same time, improve the interactivity and real time of the software. The experimental results show that the software has realized the local and remote intelligent measure and control for the plant growth cabinet.

Abstract: Superhydrophobic surfaces have been a hot topic during the last decade owing to their great potential in widely application. In this work, we report on a facile and low-cost two-step method to fabricate superhydrophobic surface on steel substrates. The as-obtained surface shows an interesting hierarchical structure composed of microscale flowerlike cluster and nanoscale particles, which is similar to that of a lotus leaf. After further modification with stearic acid, the resultant surface exhibits remarkable superhydrophobic properties. The water contact angle is as high as 155°. Moreover, the superhydrophobic properties are long-term stable.

Abstract: Methanobactin (mb) is a small copper-binding chromopeptide produced by methanotrophs. In this paper, a quantitative assay method for the content of mb was developed. The mb produced by Methylosinus trichosporium 3011growth with methane and methanol as carbon sources were detected from the culture supernatants by the CAS colorimetric assay at wavelengths 605 nm. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of copper ion on mb production by methane-growth and methanol-growth Methylosinus trichosporium 3011. The results of our experiments prove that Methylosinus trichosporium 3011 is able to utilize methanol as sole source of carbon and energy to produce mb. Cells grown on both methane and methanol exhibited differences in the accumulations of mb which were dependent on the concentration of copper (Ⅱ) present in the growth medium. An increase in the concentration of copper (Ⅱ) in the growth medium decreased mb content in the supernatant solutions. However, the mb was shown to exhibit maximal concentration at 0.5µmol/L copper (Ⅱ) with methanol as carbon source in contrast to the mb from cells grown on methane which as maximum concentration at 0 µmol/L copper (Ⅱ).
