    Abstract: Picking peanuts is the key operational link and the core technology of peanut combine harvester. On the basis the theoretical analysis of picking mechanism and structural parameters of the half-feed picking roller, and combined with the picking performance experimental, the structural parameters of the picking blades and blades quantity of picking roller were studied. The results show that: when the straight-shaped blade is picking, the picking force is strong, the broken branch and seedling phenomenon is serious, peanut broken rate and peanut with handle rate are higher; the arc-shaped blade reduced peanut damage, and effectively reduced the rate of the peanut with handle. The picking blade radian has a large impact to the peanut broken and loss rate. When the blade radian is 70° and the blade radius is 35mm, total loss rate is the lowest on the picking segment of the blade. The blade quantity has significant influence to the peanut broken and loss rate. The peanut broken rate of the 8 blades is 2 to 3 times of the 4 and 6 blades; the picking net rate of the 4 blades is much lower than 6 and 8 blades. The self-design the picking roller is 6 arc-shaped blades, the blade radius is 35mm, and the blade radian is 70°. The study provides the design basis for the research and development of the half-feed peanut picking device.

    Abstract: Under the dual pressure of the energy and environmental protection, hybrid vehicles is becoming the mainstream of automotive industry development in the new century. In this paper,it is conducted theoretical research aimed at that hybrid electric vehicle powertrain control system (ISG).It is designed C8051F020 MCU for the electronic control unit (ECU), made the use of Hall sensors, through the signal acquisition, A/D conversion processing, multi-channel acquisition ECU determine the car's driving conditions and the analysis and calculation based on the amount of signal acquisition, respectively, to control the engine via the CAN bus, motor and battery to increase vehicle power, save fuel and reduce the amount of emissions purposes. It has design more reasonable ISG control system based on theory in the design.

    Abstract: In order to reduce the postoperative inflammation by the slow release of drugs at the beginning of implanting, drug-loaded apatite coatings and chitosan-apatite composite coatings on the NiTi alloy surface were prepared in the Simulated Body Fluid concentrated by five (5×SBF) under constant bubbling of carbon dioxide gas by biomimetic synthesis method. The composition and surface morphology of the coatings were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Additionally, a bacterial inhibition test was conducted for evaluating the drug slow release effects from the drug-loaded coatings. The results indicated that the porous apatite coatings with the flake structure could be deposited using the 5 times Simulated Body Fluid, and the drug-loaded chitosan-apatite composite coatings with better drug slow release effect were obtained. The incorporation of chitosan into the coatings could effectively control the drug release rate and was favorable for achieving better drug slow release effects.

    Abstract: The effect of negative pulse voltage on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of microarc oxidation film of A356 aluminum alloy treated by microarc technique was investigated by SEM, coating thickness gauge and electrochemical workstation etc. The results show the negative pulse voltage greatly influences the microstructure and corrosion resistance of microarc oxidation film by its electrode reaction. The film thickness increases while the size of pore and roughness of the film surface decreases initially and then increases with negative pulse voltage increasing. The microarc oxidation treatment considerably improved corrosion resistance, and the highest corrosion potential was -1.16V, which was 0.38V higher than that of substrate, and the corrosion current was lower than that of substrate about three orders of magnitude.

    Abstract: Aiming at the key problem in determining the modal parameters of bearings finite element model (FEM), an equivalent model to investigate the bearings dynamic parameters was proposed based on the Sjoväs load integral formulae, and several unequal units of spring and damper were applied; an experimental device for testing the bearings dynamic parameters was developed. The comparison of experimental results and simulation results showed that the proposed modeling approach could accurately analyze the modal parameters of bearings, and the relative errors of corresponding vibration frequencies in the radial and the axial directions could be controlled within 3%.
