Abstract: The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of seed priming techniques on germination characteristics of C. maxima Duch. cultivar (Beiguan). Treatments were combinations of 3 levels of priming (distilled water, NaCl and PEG6000) and non-priming (control) with 3 replications. Concentrations of NaCl solution were 50, 100, 150, 200 mmol•L -1 , and polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000 were 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, respectively. Seeds were primed using the above priming materials for 24 hours at 20°C in the dark, respectively. The results showed that different priming techniques could have various effects on germination of Beiguan seeds. Hydropriming (distilled water), NaCl priming and PEG6000 priming (10%) all improved the germination characteristics of Beiguan, compared to the control. NaCl priming was more effective than hydropriming and PEG6000 priming and was the most successful technique in this study. These findings indicated that seed priming techniques could accelerate germination process and were simple and cheap, we should propose these methods to farmers.

Abstract: BaZr 0.25 Ti 0.75 O 3 (BZT) ceramics were prepared by conventional ceramic process at a relatively low sintering temperature and with an addition of Li 2 O as the liquid-phase sintering aid. X-ray diffraction characterized results showed that the main crystal phase of the samples with 1.0wt% Li 2 O additive sintered at 1050°C~1250°C for 4h presented perovskite structure. The dielectric properties of BZT ceramics have been investigated. The dielectric constant of 1.0wt% Li 2 O doped BZT sintered at 1150°C decreased, and the dielectric loss increased by 0.0012 compared with that of the pure BZT sintered at 1450°C.

Abstract: The light-thermal sensitive microcapsule is synthesized by interfacial polymerization method. Photoinitiator sensitometric characteristic effecting on the light-thermal sensitive microcapsule is analyzed from light curing and imaging density. The curing property and imaging density of the light-thermal sensitive microcapsule are studied by FT-IR and thermal imaging technique. Results of the infrared spectra show that the free radicals induce the unsaturated-C=CH bond of encapsulated trimethylol propane triacrylate (TMPTA) crosslinking, when the microcapsules are exposed. But curing rate and degree of photopolymer TMPTA induced by photoinitiators is distinctly difference at the same exposure times. The results also show that the light curing has relations with the light absorption ability of photoinitiator and the exposure light. Thermal imaging results show that the developing density of light-thermal sensitive microcapsule gradually decreases with the exposure time prolonging, because photopolymer curing production forms the parcel role for dye precursor and decreases the combination opportunities of dye precursor and developer. The results of thermal imaging are consistent with that of the infrared spectrum. When microcapsule samples are exposed by high pressure mercury lamp light, the initiation efficiency of Irgacure 907 is more than that of Irgacure 184.

Abstract: The landscape industry has become one of the industries with higher resource and energy consumption, and the implementation of urban low-carbon landscape construction is of great significance to improve the ecological environment. In this study, the method of low-carbon landscape construction was studied from two aspects including the carbon source control and carbon sink, as well as both direct and indirect effect. The results showed that the low-carbon landscape construction can be controlled from five aspects including landscape planning, landscape design, low-carbon landscape technology, low-carbon landscape behavior and low-carbon policy. Through a series of low-carbon measures, carbon emissions can be controlled at a reasonable level during the urban landscape construction, which also promotes the sustainable development of urban ecological environment.

Abstract: Punching shear is a common failure mode occurring at the slab-column connection region of a reinforced concrete (RC) flat plate. Progressive collapse of RC flat plates poses a significant scientific question on the post punching behaviour of such a structural system. The challenge lies in the complex interactions amongst various internal actions including large unbalanced moments and shear forces. Existing numerical models are unable to differentiate the influence of each individual action within the connection region after punching occurs. Therefore, a new numerical model is required to model these actions individually as well as to evaluate their interrelationships. This paper thus aims to propose a numerical method to investigate the structural response of RC slab-column connections by using a micro model, based on a representative post punching failure experiment. In the micro model, concrete is simulated using solid elements whilst the reinforcement is modelled with truss elements. In this micro model, the constitutive laws and failure criteria of materials play a crucial role in describing the model’s structural behaviour. A typical structural response is discussed and a calibration method is established. Ultimately this study is expected to facilitate the development of an effective, yet simplified numerical model for future progressive collapse simulation of slab-column connections.

Abstract: This paper selected wetland area in Ganjiahu as research area which impacts of human activity was evident and analyzed the soil enzyme activity of each five edge land-use types (reed wetland, salt meadow, Populus euphratica, Haloxylon ammodendro, farm land), results showed that: Under the effects of different land use types, the impact of the enzyme activity causes its surface layer soil to the catalase to be higher, and in the vertical direction, the soil enzyme activity assumes declining trend along with the depth change. It`s the biggest changing scope among each layer of the enzyme activity in the Populus euphratica. Secondly, each layer of the farmland and reed wetland enzyme activity has the sub-change scope. The average value of enzyme activity of urease exists a declining tendency from the soil surface to the bottom, in which the changing scope of the enzyme activity of each layer in the salt meadow is the biggest. Correespondingly, the each layer of farm land, Populus euphratica and reed wetland enzyme activity has the sub-change scope. The enzyme activity of sucrase exists a declining tendency from the soil surface to the bottom,Each changing scope of the soil enzyme activity in the Populus euphratica is the biggest, the salt meadow and reed wetland`s soil enzyme activity is relatively smaller, and each changing scope of sucrase activity in farm land is not obvious. soil is not obvious to the proteinase activity influence, which indicating that the proteinase is unable representative to reflect this area soil fertility condition . whereas four kinds of enzyme activities in the Haloxylon ammodendro are relatively low, and each change is not obvious, instructing that the disturbance by human are more lightly. Soil enzymes as part of the soil, it plays an important role in the transformation of nutrients, organic matter decomposition, degradation and restoration of pollutants [1] .Soil enzyme is kind of substances which remains catalytic ability of decomposition in the soil, it is from microorganisms, plants, animals and there living secretion of debris [2] . In recent years, scholars have paid a lot of attention in the soil enzyme activities as indicators of soil quality research in biological activity [3] , they think that the land use could affected significantly enzyme activity of soil, determination of soil enzyme activity and quality has become indispensable. But on the research of soil enzyme activities in the wetland soil of arid desert edge is lack. This paper study the soil enzyme in different land use in Xinjiang Ganjiahu Wetland edge, and discuss the human activities on wetland and ecosystem interference mechanism, in order to carry out construction projects of wetland degradation and restoration and provide evidence.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the special requirements for security for the high-level radioactive waste storage structure, the seismic design parameters of this engineering are determined. There is no criterion that determines the design ground motion parameters of underground engineering. Based on the thought of the severest design ground motion, the basic methods and principles to determine the design ground motion parameters of underground structure are put forward. The characteristics of high-level radioactive waste storage structure are analyzed, and the frequencies corresponding to the maxim modal participation factors are gain. Combined with the analysis of the site geological safety assessment report, through the initial search and optimization with the method of numerical simulation, the design ground motion parameters of the high-level radioactive waste storage structure on the specific site is determined. The method is easy to operate, which can also be applied in other important deep underground engineerings.
