Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) printing has been playing an important role in diverse areas in medicine. In order to promote the development of tissue engineering, this study attempts to fabricate tissue engineering scaffolds using the inkjet printing technology. Sodium alginate, exhibiting similar properties to the native human extracellular matrix (ECM), was used as bioink. The jetted fluid of sodium alginate would be gelatinized when printed into the calcium chloride solution. The characteristics of the 3D-printed sodium alginate scaffold were systematically measured and analyzed. The results show that, the pore size, porosity and degradation property of these scaffolds could be well controlled. This study indicates the capability of 3D bioprinting technology for preparing tissue engineering scaffolds.

Abstract: Numerical simulation method was used in this paper and 3-D structure of model was established with Pro/Engineering. It is evident that the efficiency of electric-bag is related to internal fluid field. The internal fluid field characteristics (pressure field, velocity field, turbulence field and particle tracks) are obtained by the numerical simulation soft called Fluent, the result show that airflow distribution could be improved obviously by the flow deflectors in electrostatic precipitation area. And the distribution of DPM in filter area is non uniform, which would lead to various damage on bags and affect the operation of electrostatic fabric filter. All these work have important significance for the study of new dust removal technology, developments of high performance precipitator, reduction of dust pollution and control of air pollution as well.

Abstract: To study the failure process of metal structure with meso-defects, RVE (representative volume element) with various initial meso-defects were analyzed by using ABAQUS software, the parameter f (void volume fraction) of GTN damage model was regarded as the criterion of structural damage. The result shows that f increased more obvious with volume of defects for spherical defects with the same shape but different size. When the radius of defects is less than 0.15mm, the influence of defects’ volume on increases of f is clear enough. When the radius is greater than 0.15mm, the effects is diminishing. For ellipsoidal defects with the same volume but different aspect ratio, when the long axis perpendicular to the direction of load, the increased trend of f according to plastic deformation more obvious along with aspect ratio of defects. Apparently, as aspect ratio approaches infinity, f would have the fastest growth. Consequently, the bigger defect volume and aspect ratio, the more conducive for damage evolution of the metal structure.

Abstract: P-type transparent conducting SnO thin films were directly fabricated using RF magnetron sputtering. The electronic properties of the SnO thin films were enhanced by Na ion implantation and annealing at 200°C. The growth and implantation conditions were systemically investigated. The electronic properties, optical properties, microstructure and surface morphologies of the films were characterized. It was observed that the structure of the Na-doped SnO films was crucial to improving their p-type conductivity.

Abstract: In order to get the coarse aggregate particle gradation of cement treated base course core sample dilled form the pavement, an image acquisition system is designed. The system mainly contains an Aviiva ® M2 CL line scan camera, a core sample rotation platform and a LED light source. The software are designed and implemented by using the Matrox Mil controls in the Visual Studio VB.NET. Test results show that when the camera exposure time is set to 800μs, good quality image of core sample can be obtained. In the study, the original core sample images of cement treated aggregate were improved by rescaling of each pixel, then were binarized by using adaptive threshold method. After getting the binary image, morphological operations were carried out to deal with the conglutinations of the particles. Next, characteristics of each particle, such as area, perimeter, fitting ellipse and minFeret were extracted to calculate the area passing rate of aggregate with different size. Results shows that, in this way, the gradation of coarse aggregate ( 〉 2.36mm) can be got and the method helps to get the coarse aggregate particle distribution of cement treated aggregate core sample quickly.

Abstract: Waste glass is an industrial waste and household garbage, having a "flash color pollution" notoriety. Although some white glass can be processed into glass again, however, low utilization. But much of the waste glass still cannot be recycled. The key to improve the utilization of waste glass is how to effectively use colored and mixed waste glass. Waste glass aggregate concrete as a new material, the study of its basic performance is not mature. Taking into account the impact of different glass replacement rate on their basic mechanical properties, this paper tests carried out static compressive elasticity modulus test with glass concrete. Study the mechanical properties and deformation performance of glass concrete columns the basis of its basic mechanical properties, in order to obtain the glass concrete column of structure performance parameters.

Abstract: Arcjet plasma enhanced CVD was used to grow diamond. Nucleation of diamond was studied at the early stage of growth cause. The micro-structural probes (transmission electron microscope (TEM), high resolution electronic microscope (HREM), selected area diffraction (SAD) and electron energy loss spectra (EELS) were used to characterize the nuclei. It was found that nuclei formed following the amorphous carbon formation. The critical nucleus size was deduced to be less than 20 nm. The growth of nucleus would form the network-like structure. The incubation period of nucleation was deduced as 6–8min under the condition of high concentration of CH 4 in H 2 .

Abstract: The survey shows that the bulk density of lunar soil increases with the depth. The compaction of lunar soil also differs in the depth. The lunar soil mechanical condition plays an important and non-negligible roll on the mobility of the rover. It is important to make research on the change of the mechanical parameters at different lunar soil conditions, and it is also important to research the trafficability of rover on different lunar surface condition. The presented paper simulates the lunar soil with different depth by means of three kinds of lunar soil simulant on different compact condition. Based on the direct shear apparatus, it was researched that the cohesion, internal friction angle, bull density of lunar soil simulant on different compaction conditions, including loose, normal, and compressed. The measurement results show that the bulk density and cohesion of the lunar soil simulant increase with the compact conditions in general. The bulk density changes within a narrow range from1.1 g/cm 3 to 1.4 g/cm 3 . The cohesion increases, and changes significantly, which varies from 0 kPa to 0.5 kPa. The internal friction angle changes without regularity within a range from 30 deg to 40 deg. The measurement results can be used to explain the different trafficability of wheels after repeatedly passing the same lunar surface. Also it will be of significant to the evaluation of the rover mobility at different lunar soil condition.

Abstract: The technique took into account the high underground water level silty soil with stronger capillarity, subgrade soil easy water softened in Yellow River flood plain areas. It seriously affected the stability of subgrade. If lay a layer of gravel cushion in the ground, and then buried soft permeable pipes in the lower part of embankment, the permeable pipes filled with sand, the top of pipes sealed with geotextile, it would form the vertical drainage channel for the capillary water. So capillary water would along the vertical drainage channels formed by sand core soft permeable pipe and horizontal drainage channels formed by gravel cushion flowed out of the subgrade. The reliability of the method is verified by seep/w module in GEO-studio. This technique could effectively improve the strength and stability of subgrade, reduce the adverse effects of capillary water on the roadbed.

Abstract: The mould temperature distribution has a great influence on the semi-solid diecasting. In the present study the temperature distribution of a plane-shaped mould was investigated by using the method of numerical simulation and experiment. The results showed that the preheating mould temperature field was affected by three important simulation parameters, the heat transfer coefficient h oil between the heat transfer oil and the mould, the heat transfer coefficient h air between the mould and the air, and the heat transfer coefficient h contact between the mould core and the mould frame. The simulation results showed that (1) with the increase of h oil , the overall mould temperature imcreased; (2) with the increase of h air , the overall mould temperature decreased, while the surface temperature gradient of mould frame grad T -f and the temperature difference between the mould core and the mould frame ∆T increased; (3) With the increase of h contact , ∆T decreased and the temperature of mould frame increased. When the heat oil temperature T oil =290°C, the heat transfer coefficients were optimized as h oil =500Wm -2 K -1 , h air =7Wm -2 K -1 , and h contact =1000Wm -2 K -1 according to the experimental results. The average temperature difference between the simulation result and the experimental result was 3.45°C, and the average relative error was 1.73%.
