    Abstract: With the construction of smart grid, an increasing number of resources of smart grid knowledge base inevitably lead to the information island of power system and low utilization ratio of power system knowledge. Introduced the ontology for knowledge representation of Smart Grid domain and constructed a repository to be shared by each application software system. It can enhance the power system simulation and analysis capabilities of the complex state of the Smart Grid. At present, Smart Grid lacks of researches on knowledge applications based on ontology technology. This paper introduces some typical applications based on ontology, elaborates the application status of the ontology in power system. According to the ontology technology applied to typical domains, it looks forward to the direction of ontology-based applications in power system.

    Abstract: Superscalar pipelining is to improve instruction-level parallelism and advanced technology, and is widely used in the computer's central processor and graphic accelerator. In this paper, we made use of advantage of CPLD devicesinherent flexibility, usability, predictability and so on, to achieve superscalar pipelining, designed and constructed a processor model superscalar pipeline machine based on RISC instruction set. Using EDA technology with top-down design methods, and gave the processor model hardware verification and performance test results, and had explored the use of EDA technology processor design ideas and methods.

    Abstract: The 3AMBR technology had been put into use in a sewage treatment plant of Kunming in 2010, emission standards at the national level A standard, and running in good condition currently. This paper based on the four seasons along the data of the water plant, the operating principle, situation and existing problems of 3AMBR technology were deeply discussed through analyzing the path parameter data process (DO, ORP, TN, TP, NH 3 -N, NO 3 -N, MLSS, COD). The research found that the technology had advantages of effluent in good quality, stable operation and less sludge, at the same time existed some phenomenon of excess aeration, long sludge age and water shortage of carbon source.

    Abstract: The stability of slurry has a great effect upon the stability of polishing quality. At present the slurry of CMP includes SiO 2 is applied in different fields respectively. But silicon sol is not enough to meet the requirement of CMP because of its instability. So the stability of silica sol is studied in this paper. It is known that the rate of coagulation depends mainly on the stability of the colloidal particles and that the solution pH and potential are the main factors affecting the colloidal stability. The stability of dispersion (the ability of the dispersion to resist coagulation) may be related to its kinetic stability, which in turn depends on the force barrier preventing collision between the particles and thus preventing their coagulation. The addition of surfactant can change the pH and the potential of silica sol. So o-20、JFC and PEG are selected to improve the stability of silica sol. The results presented here show that surfactant, PEG with low molecular weight, has a strong consequence on the stability of silica dispersion.

    Abstract: Here we demonstrate a promising gas sensor based on aniline reduced graphene oxide (RGO), which is fabricated through drop drying RGO nanosheets suspension between the electrode arrays to create conductive networks. RGO, as the sensing materials, which is prepared via the chemical reduction of graphene oxide (GO) by aniline, has been characterized by infrared spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, transmittance electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The sensing properties of RGO have also been studied, and the results show that RGO reduced from aniline (RGO-A) exhibits an excellent response to ammonia gas (NH3). Comparing with the RGO reduced from hydrazine (RGO-H) and polyaniline (PANI) nanofiber, the RGO-A exhibits a much better response to NH3 gas. The response of the sensor based on RGO-A to 50 ppm NH3 gas exhibits about 9.2 times and 3.5 times higher than those of the device based RGO-H and PANI nanofiber respectively. In addition, the RGO-A sensor exhibits an excellent repeatability and selectivity to NH3 gas. The oxidized aniline, i.e., polyaniline, which is attached on the surface of RGO sheets through π–π interaction, plays important roles in the final sensing performance of the device, and benefits for the application of the sensor in the field of NH3 gas detection.

    Abstract: This paper analyzed the principle of the two-dimensional FFT algorithm, and adopted the time domain extracted base 2D-FFT algorithm and CORDIC to achieve a one-dimensional FFT IP core in Quartus II platform, then used this IP core matrix transposition module to structure 2D-FFT core processing unit desired. In SOPC system, we adopted custom components and IP core packaging technology and adding the integration of the module. Completed the design of SOPC system, which was simulated and downloaded to the development board for verification and the test results were compared to the Matlab operation results. The simulation and test results showed that this design had a simple hardware structure, high throughput, high stability and a good prospect.

    Abstract: Magnesium reduction retorts, as vital industrial equipment in Pidgeon Process, have a short service life. The dramatic temperature drop and rise in the retort is predicted to shorten service life. A mathematical model has been developed to simulate the phenomenon of heat transfer of retorts with different wall thickness and temperature of reactant compounds. The computed results are as follows: (1) the rising rate of temperature in the retort overweighs that in reactant compounds, and it takes less time to form a uniform temperature distribution; (2) the rise of retort’s wall thickness will aggravate the sharp temperature change; (3) when the temperature of reactant compounds being placed into increases, the situation will be improved.

    Abstract: A Ce-Zr-Ti oxide catalyst was prepared by an impregnation method and tested for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH 3 . The Ce-Zr-Ti oxide catalyst exhibited high activity and more than 95% NO conversion was obtained within the temperature range 300-500 °C at the high gas hourly space velocity of 50,000 h -1 . The addition of Zr improved the activity of Ce-Ti oxides especially at higher reaction temperatures and their resistance to SO 2 .

    Abstract: This paper presents a dual-core floating-point FFT processor. The internal butterfly unit of the processor based on CORDIC algorithm, and uses an iterative computation process instead of two computation process which is the complex multiplication and the evaluation of trigonometric function. The butterfly unit has nothing to do with the external memory size, so it can handle large quantities of data. Based on this unit, the processor uses two logical processing core and pipeline system to improve the throughput and instantaneity. So the design has large scope of input and high-precision operation features. Finally, we make a timing simulation for the Alteras chip of EP2C20F484C6, which can run correctly under the 100MHz system clock.
