Abstract: The poly(lactic acid) (PLA) was modified by 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) successfully prepared to improve the stability of PLA. The MDI and the hydroxyl terminated PLA could form PLA modified by MDI (MDI-PLA) via addition reaction. The structure of MDI-PLA was confirmed by FTIR and its degradation properties were investigated. The results showed that the pH of the aqueous media and the ion strength together played an important role in the degradation behavior of the PLA and MDI-PLA. Both of the PLA and MDI-PLA had the highest degradation rate in 0.01 M NaOH. It offers the best stability to hydrolysis resistance by adding the 0.6 wt% of MDI to the PLA materials, and have a more stable of 15 times than unmodified PLA.

Abstract: The finite element method (FEM) was used to study the quenching and pre-stretching residual stresses of the 7085 aluminum alloy plate, combining with experimental measurement. Quenching residual stress simulation results showed that the stress of the rolling-direction and transverse-direction in the center were 16.5MPa and 9.2MPa, respectively. The stress of the rolling-direction and transverse-direction on the surface were-33.8MPa and-40.4MPa, respectively. The quenching residual stress simulation results were in good agreement with the X-ray diffraction experimental results. As the pre-stretching ratio increases, the quenching residual stress reduction ratio increases. The ratio of 2.0~3.0% pre-stretching can effectively release the quenching residual stress in aluminum alloy plates. After 3.0% pre-stretching, the stress of the rolling-direction and transverse-direction in the center were 0.9MPa and 1.8MPa, respectively. The stress of the rolling-direction and transverse-direction on the surface were-3.6MPa and-7.1MPa, respectively. The quenching residual stress reduction ratio reached above 80%.

Abstract: A novel polysiloxane bearing (N,N)-dimethyl-γ-aminopropyl-γ-aminopropyl side groups(ASO-2) was synthesized by copolymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane with (N,N)-dimethyl-γ-aminopropyl-γ-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxysilane and hexamethyldisiloxane. Chemical structure, film morphology and the softening fabric property of ASO-2 were characterized and investigated by IR, 1H-NMR, SEM, atomic force microscope(AFM) and Kawabata evaluation system(KES).The experiment results indicate that ASO-2 can form a hydrophobic film on both the cotton fiber and silicon wafer surface. The ASO-2 film relatively exhibits a non-homogeneous structure and uneven morphology in its AFM images. Consequently, in 2 μm2 scanning field, the root mean square roughness of ASO-2 film reaches to 0.226 nm, which is 2.69 times rougher as compared with that of N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl polysiloxane (ASO-1) film. Application experiments indicate though the tactile of ASO-2 imparted on 100% cotton is somewhat rougher than that of ASO-1, the whiteness and wettability of the cotton treated by ASO-2 are better than those by ASO-1.

Abstract: Purpose: study neuropsychological features of patients with leukoaraiosis (LA), quantify the volume of nuclear magnetic resonance in the head by stereoscopy method and discuss its clinical significance. Method: divide into LA group and the contrast group according to MRI in the head. Quantify volume of nuclear magnetic resonance in the head in the LA group by stereoscopy method and analyze it by mini-mental state examination (MMSE), activities of daily life (ADL) and dangerous factors. Result: MSE grade of LA patients decreases obviously, indicating that LA patients have obstacles in general cognitive function. MMSE grade and ADL grade are in negative correlation. Different grades of LA are in positive correlation with its volume. Hypertension in the LA group stands at the first place and hyperlipidemia the second place. Conclusion: 1LA is closely related to hypertension. 2LA is closely related to declination of cognitive function and mainly influences cognitive functions such as memory, attention, computing ability and visual space etc; and LA is related to declination of activity ability in daily life. 3 Different grades of LA are in positive correlation with the volume and volume of LA is in positive correlation with cognitive obstacles and declining degree of activity ability of patients in daily life. 4 the relevance ratio of LA can be raised by MRI.Leukoaraiosis (LA) [1] is a group of clinical syndromes described by iconography caused by diverse pathogenesis. LA often causes declination of cognitive functions and is often regarded as an earlier sign for cerebral lesion since it mainly damages subcortex functions [2] . Stereoscopy method can calculate volume, length and superficial area of specific objects and regions [3] .

Abstract: To study the correlation effect of multiple defects of metal magnetic memory (MMM) testing technology, the stress-magnetization effect on 20# steel specimen with dual defects under exercise of the geomagnetic field and tensile load is simulated by using the finite element analysis (FEA) software ANSYS. With the stimulation, the magnetic flux leakage (MFL) distribution with different measured paths and different lift-off values of the surface specimen is given. The results showed that the correlation effect of dual defects produce more severe stress concentration phenomenon on the associated region of ferromagnetic specimen, and had no obvious effect on the edge of ferromagnetic materials; Gradient value K of the normal component H(z) of leakage magnetic field in the specimen, as a parameter evaluation of stress concentration in the specimen, has high reliability in areas without correlation effect, but it has no credibility in areas under dual defect correlation effect. Moreover, this article also discusses the influence of measured path and the lift-off value on magnetic memory signals.

Abstract: The modeling theory to railway noise is applied and made a noise reduction system for the first time in this paper. Through test and analysis, the sound barriers and train skirts with better performance were selected to form a comprehensive denoise system. The performance of T-type sound barriers works better than straight-type; with the comprehensive denoise system, the railway noise in the simulative boundary alongside railway line and acoustic environment functional area II decrease by 9.24 dB(A) and 8.40 dB(A), respectively. In terms of energy, sound energy decline to 11.8% and 14.4%, separately; after installing the comprehensive denoise system, the day-time noise of all the points in acoustic environment functional area II reach the limits; as to the night-time noise, 75% points reach the national standard limits.

Abstract: Design, simulation, flow characteristics of micro check valves used in Interstitial Fluid (ISF) devices are presented in this paper. The micro check valve includes three layers: the upper valve seat, the lower valve seat and the middle membrane layer which is fabricated by a polymeric surface micro machining process, which utilizes SU-8 as the functional material. The structure of membrane is designed as a disc with 1.2 mm diameter suspended on 4 folded beams, which work as valve springs. Maximum deformation and stress of membrane (50 μm, 100 μm, 150 μm, 200 μm, and 250 μm thicknesses) have been analyzed with ANSYS under 70 kPa. Simulation results reveal the membrane size is how to affect the performance of it. Finally, the membrane is fabricated with 150 μm SU-8 layer, and it is successfully integrated into the ISF sampling device. The forward flow and cut-off performance of the micro check valves have been observed with water. The flow curves were obtained under different forward and backward pressure. Experiment results shown that flow rates in the forward direction is small, and the flow rate is about 450 μL/min under 70 kPa; the valves can withstand more than 83 kPa pressure, and the reverse flow is nearly to zero, which meets the requirements of the ISF sampling device well.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel method for pulse integration in radar-probing system is proposed to yield a low sidelobe response. According to m-sequence widely used in spread spectrum communication system, a bipolar pulse sequence is designed in this paper. At the receiving end, the envelop-detected signal is processed by a corresponding algorithm which dilutes the range sidelobe influence much. Because of the good autocorrelation and cross-correlation properties, waveforms yield a low sidelobe response and major lobe to side lobe ratio can reach 30dB or more, which is easy to satisfy the practical requirements. Simulation results show the good performance of the proposed approach. Furthermore, the approach is compatible to the conventional radars and can also be applied to the upgrade of radar.
