    Abstract: Continuous reel low weight and multi-color soft pack trademarks are used in the high-speed large-volume packaging production process during some new production process. However, most of the existing equipments in the factory are discrete single production machine. Therefore the production process of multi-feature continuous reel soft pack trademarks is needed to be solved urgently. Multi-feature continuous reel soft pack trademark set printing color clarity, color graded accuracy, trademarks pattern and text position accuracy in one. Disposable multi-point high-precision positioning technology, flat local heat transfer technology and digital intermittent control technology are used to achieve continuous reel trademarks high-precision double location synchronization hot stamping. That is, multiple convex word and laser holographic anti-counterfeit pattern intermittent synchronization hot stamping. Machine vision inspection system scan each pixel of trademark with high-speed CCD array and collect it into a computer database for comparison with the standard sample. The defects are recorded by electronic coordinates, building electron stripping system and removing unqualified trademarks, a set of production process system of new continuous reel soft pack trademarks is achieved. This research provides a theoretical basis for technological transformation of enterprises and products the new packaging production, completes its corresponding transformation and crafts integration. It could help enterprise form a new production process system.

    Abstract: Precision of filter rod circumference is an important performance index of the cigarette manufacturing. The forming mechanism of filter rod, equipment vibration and other interference factors all lead to fluctuations of precision of filter rod circumference which can affect the precision of the cigarette. The existing KDF2/3 filter rod making machine which has the characteristics of compact structure (small space dimension), high speed (300 m/min) and discrete control of precision of filter rod circumference is the core equipment of filter rod production. This paper puts forward four kinds of online real-time detection schemes on precision of filter rod circumference which are Aomeijia’s many groups of detectors scheme, Keyence’s contour detection scheme, high precision measuring diameter instrument detection scheme using multiple sets of KD series meter and the 360 degrees rotating survey meter. On the basis of extensive analysis and experimental validation, Aomeijia’s four-way diameter measuring instrument scheme is optimal. The scheme applies laser to non-contact high speed scan on key radial diameter size of filter rod which achieves 0.001mm high precision detection.

    Abstract: Biodiesel is a renewable, easily biodegradable energy. However, due to the rising cost of its raw materials such as vegetable oils, using of biodiesel is restricted. Microbial lipid has many advantages like short production cycle, high production efficiency, and low cost, can be used to provide cheap and ample raw materials for biodiesel production. In this study, Rhodotorula glutinis was treated with ultraviolet radiation to get mutants and then screened by spectrophotometry. RG-UV02 was identified as a high yield oleaginous strain and exhibited a good genetic stability. Optimal fermentation conditions were obtained as follows: 20% dissolved oxygen, 10% inoculum size, 100 g/L glucose and C/N ratio was 154. Under such conditions, dry biomass, lipid concentration and lipid content of RG-UV02 reached 11.583 g/L, 3.535 g/L and 30.51%,respectively, which raised by 10.77%, 36.86% and 23.52% than these before optimizing. Gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy analysis showed that the compositions of RG-UV02 lipid were similar to these of vegetable oils. Chemical modification improved the affinity of the porcine pancreatic lipase with the substrate. The enzyme activity recovery rate of immobilized chemical modification porcine pancreatic lipase was 47.90%. The calculation result showed that immobilized chemical modification porcine pancreatic lipase catalyzed 1g RG-UV02 lipid to synthesize 183.8 mg biodiesel, the yield rate of transesterification was 35.55%.

    Abstract: In this paper, Ca-based sorbent, Ca(OH)2 and CaCO3, was modified with different concentration of KMnO4 and their mercury adsorption capability in the flue gas was experimentally conducted by using a lab-scale multi-phase flow reactor system developed by Shanghai University of Electric Power, and the result showed that the removal efficiency of flue gas mercury of Ca-based sorbent was greatly improved with modification by different concentration of KMnO4, and the removal efficiencies were 80.92%,85.38%,82.35%,83.51% and 89.84% respectively. The removal efficiencies of Ca(OH)2 modified with KMnO4 is increased significantly may be because strong oxidation of KMnO4 made Hg0 convert into oxidized mercury, Hg2 +, which is easier to be removed, as well as, the modification by KMnO4 may change the surface properties of Ca(OH)2 so that it became more active to capture mercury in the flue gas.

    Abstract: Four diesel fuel degrading microorganisms were isolated from soil and sea water from Crude Oil Terminal at Tianjin Port using diesel fuel as sole carbon source, and they all could degrade diesel fuel. The initial diesel fuel concentration in the culture medium was optimized and was 1.5 g/L. The ability of the four strains to degrade diesel was compared by spectrophotometer with the initial diesel concentration at 1.5 g/L. The results showed that the strain C1 had the highest degrading activity, which could degrade 32.59% of diesel in 7 days. The strain C1 was further identified by 16S rDNA sequence analysis as Rhodococcus erythropolis , and the phylogenetic tree of the strain C1 was constructed.

    Abstract: In the era of Web2.0, people in the social network make up a complex relationship called group by communicating with others, such as forward or comment. Such networks are typically abundant with valuable information which can be mined. We use data mining technology to analyze the network group structure based on different topics, divide the network group into multiple sub-communities, analyze sentiment tendency of different communities, views and frequent patterns , and present the overall characteristics of whole group visually to the users to help them make decisions.

    Abstract: B 4 C-SiC-Si ceramic composites were fabricated based on molten silicon infiltration method. The influence of preforms ' forming pressure on the microstructure and mechanical properties of B 4 C-SiC-Si ceramic composites was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron universal testing machines, etc. The results showed that the ceramic consists of B 4 C, B 12 (C,Si,B) 3 , SiC and Si phases. The microstructure analysis showed that: the volume percent of free silicon decreased with the increase in forming pressures. The Vikers-hardness of B 4 C-SiC-Si ceramic composites increased, while the bending strength and fracture toughness both increased initially and then decreased with the increase in forming pressures of which the optimal pressure is 200 MPa. The optimum bending strength, fracture toughness and Vikers-hardness of the obtained B 4 C-SiC-Si ceramic composites are 319±13 MPa, 4.9±0.1 MPa·m 1/2 and 24±1 GPa, respectively. The volume density and open porosity of the obtained B 4 C-SiC-Si ceramic composites are 2.58 g/cm 3 and 0.19 %, respectively.
