    Structure of Undergraduate's Employability: Exploring and Measurement

    Abstract: Based on the literature review and baseline survey, this study was carried out to explore the structure of undergraduates employability under the background of China. 612 students as the subjects were predicted, the items were formed through exploratory factor analysis. The results indicated that undergraduates employability comprised two longitudinal dimensionalities: job-attain and job-maintain; and the horizontal dimension were two stage structure with 3 second-order factors and 7 one-order factors. Then 412 students were investigated to test the validity and reliability of the undergraduates employability cognition scale. The scale was found to have a good internal reliability coefficient ( a =.928) and Spearman-Brown coefficient ( r =.852) of job-attain dimension, the job-maintain dimension were .927 and .845 respectively.

    Abstract: The cost estimation of the product life cycle was researched. On the one side, the life cycle cost present value for manufacturer was estimated, including mainly of target cost, service cost and fault compensation. And a life cycle cost estimation model for manufacturer, which combines target cost and proportion cost estimated, was proposed. On the other side, the life cycle cost present value for user was estimated, including mainly of purchase, installation, commissioning costs in beginning and labor, maintenance, depreciation, maintenance costs in operations. And another life cycle cost estimation model for user, which combines process cost and proportion cost estimated, was proposed.

    Abstract: This paper takes the industry chain correlated theories as the instruction, and takes qualitative analysis primarily with quantitative analysis as auxiliary, and it mainly conducts the research from the following three aspects to the Internet of things industry: the composition of the industry chain of the Internet of things, obstacles existed in the industry chain of the Internet of things, and the method to remove barriers existed in the industry chain of the Internet of things. By the above analysis, this paper makes a more completely detailed study on the industry chain of the Internet of things and then makes some recommendations for the development of industry chain and the entire industry of the Internet of things.

    Abstract: For the problem of weak target’s detection under lower signal noise ratio in radar detection system, a key technique is to enhance target echo energy by long time coherent integration. During the integration period, the target may migrate across radar range cells with integration time increasing. Direct coherent integration will lead to echo energy spread in range cells and deteriorate integration effect. A coherent integration algorithm based on a modified keystone transform is proposed in this paper. It can correct range migration caused by the radial velocity of the moving target before coherent integration. Simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm can correct range migration efficiently and improve coherent integration capability.

    Effect of SiC〈sub〉p〈/sub〉 Addition on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of ZTA Ceramics by Microwave Sintering

    Abstract: The effects of SiC p addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZTA ceramics was investigated by microwave sintering. Partially stabilized zirconia（3Y-ZrO 2 ）nanopowder containing SiC p was prepared by microwave pyrolysing precursor which was was achieved by co-precipitation method. The powders of alumina, yttria partially stabilized zirconia containing SiC p were mixed to prepare ZTA ceramics green body by die pressing and cold isostatic pressing and subsequently sintered at the range of 1350°C-1550°C for 30min by microwave. XRD revealed that 3Y-ZrO 2 /SiC powder contained more tetragonal phase than 3Y-ZrO 2 powder which was also confirmed by SEM and particle size distribution. The phenomenon was because of SiC p forming the microwave heating spot that promoted pyrolysis progress when 3Y-ZrO 2 /SiC powder was prepared by microwave heating. Microstructure showed that the grain of ZTA ceramics had directional growth by microwave sintering. SiC p firstly absorbed microwave that made more uniform sintering of ZTA ceramics and caused local oriented growth of zirconia and alumina. Thus, the bending strength of ZTA ceramics was higher than ZTA without SiC p . The ladder type heating mode of microwave sintering ZTA ceramics reduced relatively sintering time by 20min due to the addition of SiC p .Introduction

    Test Analysis of Corrosion Perforation in a Crude Oil Gathering Pipeline

    Abstract: The reason for perforation leakage of gathering pipeline in an oilfield was investigated by size measurement, mechanical properties, metallographic structure, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS). The results showed that the failure form of the spirally submerged arc welded pipe (SAW) was the corrosion perforation caused by local corrosion. The main cause of corrosion perforation was due to the existence of chlorine ion, H 2 O and O 2 in the pipeline transportation medium. A large cathode and small anode electrode corrosion formed in the pipe marking area and the base metal, which eventually led to the perforation of the steel pipe.

    Abstract: With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, paper-making enterprises are imperative to eliminate pollution directly in production. This paper aims to adopt environment-friendly bleaching method, yield good quality pulp products. Op-Pa-P bleaching process of reed displacement cooking pulp is studied in this paper (O-oxygen, P-hydrogen peroxide, Pa-peracetic acid ). The experimental conditions of Op and Pa stage were optimized respectively. It included oxygen pressure, temperature, time in Op stage and charge of peracetic acid, temperature, time in Pa stage. The results show that the optimal technological conditions of Op are: 0.9Mpa, 100°C, 70min, Op stage can make brightness increase by 57.3%, viscosity decrease by 25% and KMnO 4 number reduce to 2.6. Pa stage optimal conditions are Pa charge 1.5%, 70°C, 75min, brightness reached to 79.1 %ISO, KMnO 4 number to 1.0, viscosity to 631mL.g -1 . The brightness of P bleached pulp reached to 84.8%ISO, viscosity 601 mL.g -1 , KMnO 4 number 0.8.

    Abstract: This paper introduce a new method for extracting internal wave parameters from SAR image. The surface current induced by the internal wave is simulated according to the KDV equation. Then the radar cross section induced by the internal wave can be calculated. The wind speed and pycnocline depth are modified using the dichotomy method step by step which causes the simulation radar cross sections close to those measured from the SAR image. Finally, both the wind speed and pycnocline depth can be obtained. This method is tested on the example of an SAR image. The simulated internal wave signal is consistent with the radar cross sections of SAR images. Their correlation coefficient is up to 90%, which indicates that this method is convergent and applicable.
