    Abstract: TiNbSn alloy has high specific strength, low modulus of elasticity, excellent corrosion resistance, no side effects, such as toxic and exhibits shape memory effects after appropriate technical processing. This alloy may substitute as NiTi shape memory alloy to become the new generation of biological materials. It has been reported the studies of this alloy, such as the component and proportion, processing technology, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Based on the previous research, the bio-metal material, Ti-10Nb-5Sn alloy was heated and cooled repeatedly in a heater system located in TEM chamber and, at the same time, was observed in situ using a high resolution transmission electron microscope to study the memory property of the alloy and the mechanism of the transformation between austenite β and martensite phase. The results show that, during heating stage from 295K to 400K, the martensite began to dissolve at 355K, and the martensite disappeared completely at 385K, meanwhile, the austenite was created. During cooling stage from 400K to 295K, the martensite begins to take shape at 353K and the transformation was completed at 333K. The alloy can memory the room and high temperature structures, showing two-way memory functions. The high-temperature austenite of Ti-10Nb-5Sn alloy shows body-centered cubic β phase with the unit cell parameter a=0.3283nm; the martensite at room temperature shows orthorhombic NbTi4 phase (M) with the unit cell parameters a=0.3152nm, b=0.4854nm, c=0.4642nm. The orientation relationship between M phase and β phase is , , , , and . The crystal plane , as the habit plane, transforms into during the transformation from β to M phases. The martensite transformation mechanism is that the and transform to and through the tiny migration of atoms.

    Abstract: According to the typical working conditions of beach cleaner, which come from the result of the virtual prototyping model’s simulation analysis. Establish the optimal topology design of the bracket side panel of the dumping device by ANSYS software. Compare the results before and after optimization, we conclude that, the bracket side panel has been not only reduce by 17.1% in mass under meeting the strength and rigidity requirements but also improved its welding technology. At the same time, this paper can provide reference for the lightening design and manufacturability improvement of complex loading parts.

    Abstract: In view of the problems that multilayer stratified sampling and acidification-testing operations cannot be done in drill stem multilayer testing for open-hole wells, downhole tools for acidizing and testing were developed, stratified testing and sampling string, acidizing-testing string and their construction technology in open-hole wells were also studied. A set of technologies and equipment were provided for open-hole testing in exploratory wells. Field application shows the studying of drill stem stratified testing technology and related technological equipment can solve the problems existing in production, raise the working efficiency of open-hole testing, accelerate the speed of oil and gas exploration, and reduce the operating expenses.

    Abstract: Al 2 O 3 reinforced iron based composite were prepared via in-situ synthesis with aluminum nitrate, citric acid and iron powder as raw materials, a little C and Mo as additive. The influences of the contents of Al 2 O 3 , C and Mo on the microstructure and micro-hardness of the Fe based composites were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and micro-hardness tester. The results showed that the Fe-based composite materials with high bonding strength between matrix and Al 2 O 3 can be prepared by in situ synthesis method. The best ratio of the nine Al2O3 particles reinforced Fe-based composite materials in three groups is 3vol. % C, 5vol. % or 7vol. % Al 2 O 3 , sintering temperature is 1300°C and quenching temperature is 900°C. The microstructure of the matrix without C addition is ferrite before and after quenching; the microstructure of the matrix with C addition is pearlite before quenching, and the microstructure become to martensite after quenching, the α-Al2O3 and FeC 3 are reinforced phases. The microstructure of the matrix with Mo addition is ferrite and FeAl 2 O 4 before and after quenching.

    Abstract: A bi-layer mathematical model of nodal analysis under the condition of separate layer injection-production has been set up on the study of inflow performance relationship between injectors and producers, horizontal flow, vertical flow, choke flow etc., according to nodal analysis principle. In theory, this method can be used to determine reasonable working system of injectors and producers, and can be optimized the allocation and injection allocation, and can also be made water flooding regime in its optimum condition.

    Abstract: As a new material, the microstructure of β20C titanium alloy can match well with property by forging process. However, the microstructure of billet is inhomogeneous in actual forging. For ensuring microstructures homogenization, two forging processes are designed. Process 1 is large deformation above the phase transition (T=1050°C, 70% deformation) and small deformation in two-phase region (T=860°C~890°C, ≤40% deformation). Process 2 is small deformation above the phase transition (T=1050°C, 40% deformation) and large deformation in two-phase region (T=860°C~890°C, 50%~60% deformation). Then microstructures are observed and dynamic compressive strength and the critical fracture strain of samples are test after solid-solution treatment. It turns out that the homogeneity of microstructure of process 2 is improved by heat treatment. The microstructure is lamellar microstructure with 1650MPa dynamic strength and 15% critical fracture strain through “Process 1 + 840°C 1h/FC” while the microstructure is equiaxed microstructure with 1650MPa dynamic strength and 20% critical fracture strain through “Process 2 + 840°C 1h/FC”. In conclusion, the microstructure of large deformation in two-phase region can accumulate more deformation energy which is beneficial for dynamic recrystallization.

    Abstract: To take full advantage of and learn from overall structure of existing engine case, this paper presents parameterized, object-oriented method and similarity retrieval algorithms. A case library of parameterized engine overall structure is established by “top-down” master modeling method.     Abstract: To reveal the anti-penetration mechanism of titanium alloys armor quantitively, the volumes of the front crater region, the ductile hole-enlargement region, as well as the back caving region of Ti-6Al-4V alloy and β20C alloy were measured via 3D Optical scanning technology. The experimental results show that β20C alloy, of which the volume fraction of ductile hole-enlargement region is 51%, 10% larger than that of Ti-6Al-4V alloy, presents a better ballistic performance. It is found that the ballistic performance is closely related to the volume of ductile hole-enlargement region and a relatively larger ductile hole is beneficial to improve the ballistic performance. However, the ballistic performance shows no improvement with increasing the volume of front crater region.

    Abstract: Nanocrystalline nickel ferrite has been successfully synthesized through carbon-adsorb auto combustion method from Ni and Fe nitrate salts. The powders were characterized by X-raydiffraction(XRD) techniques,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM). XRD indicated that the products were spinel NiFe 2 O 4 . SEM and TEM indicated that the particles were spherical with particle size in the range 10-80nm. VSM showed that the sample exhibited typical ferromagnetic behavior at room temperature,while the coercivity of the sample was 150.45Oe and the residual magnetization of the sample was 5.1emu/g.The saturation magnetization of the sample(25.3emu/g)was lower than that for the reported bulk particles(55emu/g), and it has the ultrafine nature.

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of the mountain river, we explore new methods of river ecological studies in mountain revetment application. As the existing river training measures based mainly on engineering, it makes the linear shape of the river, the rules section of the river, revetment material hardening of the river. While increasing the river's flood drainage capacity, it destroyed the river's natural ecosystem. This paper presents an ecological revetment method combine chain-typed concrete with sash concrete, achieving better results in the application of Shikui River training works, it not only meets the requirements of flood control embankment, but also reduces soil erosion, while keeping biological diversity, and sustaining use of water resources. It has a good prospect in the maintenance of ecologically sustainable development in the environment engineering construction.
