Abstract: In order to fully utilize industrial waste and corn stover, the experiments were conducted using gulonic acid waste liquor and hydrolysate of corn stover as the methane fermentation raw materials. Real time CH4 and CO2 monitors were used to analyze the anaerobic digestion process. Different temperatures, nutrition and the rates of raw material supply were adopted to investigate the optimal methane fermentation condition. Experiment results showed that both gulonic acid waste liquor and hydrolysate of corn stover were easy to produce methane with as high as 800mL biogas per gram COD biogas yield and 77% methane content under an optimum condition. The potential inhibitor, Sulfate, in the hydrolysate corn stover showed no obvious inhibition at 0.3% level. The investigation also showed that high level of substrate would cause acid production and pH diminishing and finally result in CO2 increase and CH4 decrease. These phenomena indicate that methane production bacteria are the weak portion of the anaerobic digestion system.

Abstract: The traffic lights identification algorithms is an important part of the platform for automatic driving technology and it is also applied in the remote control system. As the absolute standard of behavior instruction, lights are the most firsthand object to judge. Image recognition technology has been applied in the Gray Spaces and HSI space, but Comparing with RGB color space, the latter is easier to understand and realize. This paper puts forward a kind of identification algorithm for single or multiple lights. According to the target image numerical characteristics in the RGB color space and judging from the target area needed and the related parameters extracted, The feasibility of this algorithm is proved in theory and application and the experimental results are satisfactory in the Matlab environment.

Abstract: The reasonable distribution of the video monitoring points in the substation is one of the technical problems to be solved in the engineering. We combined the camera calibration algorithm with the real application of the substation video monitoring point layout, and proposed a nonlinear camera calibration method of the external parameters based on the 3D real scene, which is suited for the substation video surveillance system. The optimal video monitoring points are determined by the relationship between the video produced by the camera movement and the visual scope displayed with the 3D real scene, and testified by the location of each object through its boundary geometric element shown in the pictures. It has been proved applicable by the video simulating analysis on the 110kV main transformer monitoring points. This method has been used in the engineering design of the Guangdong Power Grid substation video surveillance system.

Abstract: In order to meet the needs of recovery production of filtering and washing of fine powder of rare metal, a device has been developed which is a set ultra-fine filter, mixing washing, dry-pressed cake, cake discharge and microporous regeneration, etc. in one integral device, and all steps can be completed once using it in a confined space. In addition, a number of key technologies were advanced that can be realized by the device, including recycling technologies, polymer ultra-fine filter technology, equipment and structural design, workflow design, etc. The device has many advantages, such as high filtration precision, high recovery rate, high efficiency production, simple operation, high degree of automation and less environmental pollution. Fine powder of rare metal is generally prepared by electrochemical or chemical production method, wherein filtering and washing are two important processes. Filtering, washing, recovery technology and equipment progressiveness have a direct impact on products quality, resources loss, energy consumption, costs, environment and other problems. Design of a new ultra-precision filtering and washing equipment of fine powder of rare metal and its advanced recycling technology are of great significance.

Abstract: In order to study the raw material sources and their identification methods of blue and white porcelain made in Jingdezhen Jiajing official kiln (J-O-kiln) and Dehua Housuo kiln (D-H-kiln), 22 blue and white porcelain samples of J-O-kiln and D-H-kiln were analyzed for their body and glaze chemical compositions by Proton Induced X-Ray Emission (PIXE). A set of fingerprint chemical components among them were selected for distribution analysis. Our results show that the raw material sources the porcelain bodies of J-O-kiln are relatively concentrated, and those of D-H-kiln porcelain bodies are relatively scattered, and the raw material sources of porcelain bodies made in the two kilns are quite different, and the raw material sources, recipes of the transparent glazes and blue and white glazes made in these two kilns are also quite different. Therefore, blue and white porcelain samples from J-O-kiln and D-H-kiln can be better easily differentiated by PIXE and fingerprint chemical components distribution analysis.

Abstract: In order to solve cost-sharing problems for taxi-carpooling passengers, the optimization model of sharing taxi-carpooling expenses was established taking both taxi-driver and passengers’ benefits into fully consideration. Based on the fact that passengers would pay for their own share in proportion, the optimization model was made with the objective function aiming at minimum consumption of time and money. In view of its features, the theoretical model was further developed comparing expenses in theory with that under existing conditions. The results show that this optimization model of sharing taxi-carpooling expenses can meet the need of both passengers and taxi driver. Moreover, the research findings will provide a firm technical support and guarantee for a satisfactory solution to cost-sharing problems on taxi-carpooling.

Abstract: Using the finite element software ANSYS to analyze the CFRP strengthened concrete columns. The concrete columns are in the axial force existence situation, many columns should be reinforced by longitudinal and circumferential CFRP because of insufficient capacity. Subject to loading,11 root columns were designed, aiming to the layer number of CFRP, the location and orientation of CFRP, the eccentric distant of specimens. One of them is a non-reinforcement column.Under compression, bending, shearing and monotonic torsion, the nonlinear finite element model was established to test stressed steel bar in column test specimens, including longitudinal tensile reinforcement, longitudinal compression reinforcement and stirrup, as well as CFRP has been analyzed, including stress changing of longitudinal CFRP and transverse CFRP. The torque-strain curves for relationship were discussed among longitudinal reinforcement, stirrup and CFRP.

Abstract: This paper treats the chaos synchronization problem of uncertain chaotic Chua circuit system. Based on Lyapunov theory, the proposed controller is featured with (a) only single variable information of the master system is needed; (b) the synchronization can also be achieved whilst the parameters of the master system are perturbed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control law is also illustrated by the numerical simulation on Matlab environment.

Abstract: As certain refractory molybdenum with degree high oxidation and high argillization, on the premise of molybdenum concntrate recovery rate, in order to increase tenor of molybdenum concntrate, we use cyclonic static micro-bubble flotation column as concentration equipment. We used two concentrate courses to replace flotation machine eight concentrate courses. It showed that, in the condition of same recovery rate, tenor of molybdenum concntrate was 26.16%, rising by 8%. Using processes of flotation machine eight concentrate courses - concentrate regrinding - flotation column two concentrate courses, tenor of molybdenum concntrate was 39.33% and the recovery rate was of 8%. The results showed that, by increasing the degree of monomer dissociation of molybdenum ores, cyclonic static micro-bubble flotation column has higher capability in recovering and selecting ores of -400 mm size fraction. The high argillization resulting from the regrinding and unsuppressed gangue minerals are the main factors affecting the tenor of ore concentrate.
