Abstract: Thermal analysis tests of residual sludge and digested sludge were performed on a thermogravimetric-differential thermal (TG-DTA) integrated thermal analysis instrument at the same heating rate. By doing this, the purpose is to understand the sludge pyrolytic law, to determine the optimal drying temperature for retaining the most calorific value of sludge, and to provide the basis to the sludge thermal drying treatment. The results show that the loss of organic matter in the digested sludge and excess sludge is smaller at the drying temperature of not higher than 250°C, and the optimal drying temperature of excess sludge may be slightly higher.

Abstract: According to the high-tin wear-resisting Cu-Sn-Pb-Ni alloy which the tin contents are 9~11%, the alloy casting were prepared by adding 0.5% refiner in melting precess and pouring in metal mold. The density, hardness, strength and elongation of alloy castings which adding refiner in melting process or not were tested and the casting mircostructure was analyzed. The results show that the density and hardness of Cu-Sn-Pb-Ni alloy casting prepared by adding refiner in melting process are 8.9083g/cm 3 and 113HB separately, the strength and elongation are 314.7MPa and 32.7% respectively, comparison with the strength and elongation of non-refiner are 252MPa and 7.3% separately, they were increased by 24.9 % and 348 % respectively. The dendrite structure which are mainly α solid solution and eutectoid(α+δ)of casting prepared by non-refiner is relatively obvious, The grain are obviously refined and the distribution of lead simple substance phase are more dispersed among the grain and grain boundary by adding refiner in melting process.

Abstract: With the characteristics analysis of city gas pipeline risk as a foundation, there were many uncertainty factors in gas pipeline risk assessment, the existing risk assessment methods affected assessment results due to its own limitations. The model introduce fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, utilizing its strict logic and comparative principle, the risk factor weight of pipeline were resolved in a good solution, effectively reduce the artificial subjective, greater error and lower quantitative in the existing risk assessment methods. This method is showed through the example in city natural-gas pipeline risk assessment serviceability and reliability.

Abstract: Based on the high-tin wear-resisting Cu-Sn-Pb-Ni Alloy which the tin content is 9~11%, the inverse extrusion plastic forming experiments in the temperature range of 800°C~ 950°C were completed. The density and hardness of alloy castings were tested and the casting mircostructure was analyzed after plastic forming, which compared with the properties and microstructures of alloy casting prepared by traditional melt casting. The results show that the density and hardness of Cu-Sn-Pb-Ni alloy casting prepared by traditional melt casting are 8.8893g/cm 3 and 116HB separately, the density and hardness has increased after inverse extrusion plastic forming in different tempretures, especially at 900°C the density and hardness reached the maximum values, 9.0409g/cm 3 and 139HB respectively. Compared with the as-cast microstructure is mainly obvious dendrite structure which are α solid solution and eutectoid(α+δ), The as-extruded of alloy exhibit better propertief and its grain are obviously refined and densed. Within the range of experiments, the best inverse extrusion plastic forming tempreture is at 900°C.

Abstract: The paper aims to provide the methods to tailor the rheological properties of silver paste for improving the fine line printing properties for crystalline silicon solar cells. The investigation on the internal structure model of silver paste was performed in order to understand the interaction among constituents in silver paste. Much stronger polymer network structure is formed through chain entanglements between thixotropic agent and polymer resin compared with the network structure originated from thixotropic agent. Silver particles have some association with above polymer network structure and form a stronger internal structure of silver paste together. The rheological properties were improved by tailoring the composition of polymer resin, using a combination of controlled flocculating dispersing additive and thixotropic agent, and the addition of nanosized carbon black. The strength of internal network structure can be enhanced by the design of polymer resin composition but without increasing high shear-rate viscosity. Through the combination use of controlled flocculating dispersing additive and thixotropic agent, the strength of network structure and viscosity can be improved. The depletion flocculation induced by the addition of nanosized carbon black introduces a new attraction force between silver particles and strengthens the internal network structure.

Abstract: The surge of a sintered exhauster is regarded as a safety hazard during production. The occasional machine shutdown may be caused by the exhauster surge. Severe surge my cause the damages of the exhauster, injuries to personnel, and potentially casualties. In this paper, a curve that describes the character of a sintered exhauster is presented based on the site testing and analysis. The aim of this work is to avoid exhauster surge and to guarantee safe production. The working conditions for technicians and efficiency of operations for the exhauster will be insured through the use of the characteristic curve presented in the paper.

Abstract: Green procurement, as a new procurement model, has made tremendous progress in recent years, but read through the existing literatures, we found the lack of systematic collation of existing research. This paper collated and analyzed the relevant existing literature, discussed from selection and evaluation of green supplier, the influence of implementing of green procurement, countermeasures for further development of green procurement three aspects. In the end, this paper pointed out the lack of existing research and future development direction. As inductive summary of previous research results, this article maybe will inspire and guide the researchers in this area.

Abstract: According to the reverse design for the motion law of the follower in the swing upward conjugated cam paper-feeding mechanism, the technological requirements of positive design for paper-feeding mechanism are obtained. The quintic polynomial is presented to simulate the motion law of the paper-feeding tooth, and the mathematic model of the profile for conjugated cam is established. The profile of conjugated cam based on an actual sample is calculated, and the feasibility of this method is validated. It has some reference to design similar products.

Abstract: A new blue photochromic diarylethene compound, 1-[2-methyl-5-aldehydeyl-3-thienyl]-2- [1,2-dimethyl-5-cyanoyl-3-pyrroleyl] perfluorocyclopentene (1a), was synthesized and its photochemical properties, such as photochromism in solution and in PMMA amorphous film, fluorescence and optical storage properties were investigated in detail. The results showed that it can be useful in fluorescence molecule switch, scale optoelectronics and potential use for data storage.

Abstract: A constant temperature range of the heating system plays an important role in the thermosonic bonding process. Heating block will provide enough heat for the heating system. In the paper, the thermal model of heating block and heating system were calculated by finite element method, and then some important conclusions were obtained. The change of temperature and thermal stress of block with the reference value of x and y was obtained. And an optimal structure of block for right temperature was built. The temperature distribution, thermal displacement and thermal stress distribution of the heating block and heating system were disclosed. The relevant change trends of temperature and thermal stress under the different load of temperature were investigated. These results can help improve the reliability of the heating system used in the thermosonic bonding process.
