    Abstract: The transferring(Tf) receptor from Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae (App) is comprised of a surface exposed lipoprotein, Tf-binding protein B (TbpB), and an integral outer-membrane protein, Tf-binding protein A (TbpA), both of which are essential for survival in the host, and TbpB is required for the iron acquisition process in vivo. In this study. We analyzed the salient features of the TbpB gene and encoded protein of App L20 strain by bioinformatics tools and highlighted its important biological characterization, which. providing insights into the mechanism of Tf binding and the role of TbpB,

    Abstract: Through pseudo static test on three pieces of fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) transfer beam supported frame with three different reinforcement form, reinforcement ratio and the number of root reinforcement ,which are subjected to the vertical load and horizontal low cycle reciprocating load, the specimen fracture development law, yield mechanism, failure pattern, and bearing capacity, ductility, hysteresis characteristics and seismic performance are analyzed. The test results show that: yield mechanism and failure pattern of transfer beam supported frame equipped with fiber reinforced plastics reinforced bars are reasonable. The bearing capacity and deformation performance of transfer beam supported frame with top and bottom longitudinal bar replaced by FRP bars and symmetrical reinforced box are better than that of single upper replacement for FRP and lower replacement for FRP. The ductility performance of transfer beam supported frame equipped with fiber reinforced plastics bars is good, hysteresis curve is full, and have good seismic performance.

    Abstract: In China, the coal gas formation is characterized as low permeability, low pressure and low water saturation. The coal bed methane (CBM) has strong adsorption and is difficult to develop. Hydraulic fracture is currently the main measure to improve its permeability, drain the liquid and lower the pressure, which promotes desorption of CBM. But it is not efficient. Based on the principle of high energy gas fracturing (HEGF) and the study of new methods, we proposed the test application of the multi-pulse loading fracturing technology for development of shallow CBM. The mechanism of the technology is that it generates high-temperature and high-pressure gas in the target coal bed to produce a long multi-fracture system with effects of multi-pulse loading. It can also produce strong impulse oscillation acting on formation matrix to loose formation pressure, improve the pore connectivity and permeability of coal bed, which promotes pressure drawdown and desorption of CBM. Thus, the goal of increasing the yield of CBM wells is achieved. This paper focuses on the research ideas, mechanism, process design and feasibility. We carried out analysis combined with field test applications. The study provides a new direction to explore new technologies for China’s CBM development.

    Abstract: Currently, most of Chinese oil companies have getting in the later production period, the oil wells are processed frequently and the cost is increasing. In view of the higher problems existed popular in the oil fields such as multiple layers, big interlayer, the technology composited perforation and high energy gas fracturing has to construct with every layer alone, operate long time, cost high. The author puts forward the design research on the composite process of consecutive perforation-strong pulse fracturing for multiple oil layers and thick interlayer This paper introduces the basic design principle and technology method. The design is realized by using the technology of the perforation-symmetrical overpressure fracturing technology, the multi-pulse multistage fracturing, to efficiently guarantee the effect of perforating and pulse fracturing in every layer. The designed multistage detonating device makes the once completed construction technology used in the single well of the multiple oil layers with big interlayer come true. The field test application has gained good effects, greatly reduced the construction cost, and also promoted the application and generalization of the technology composited perforation and high energy gas fracturing.

    Abstract: Pressure steel pipings in a water power plant have been in service for over fifty years. In order to assess the safety of the piping, whole check and tests for the piping were carried out. The material for some piping is ST3 from former USSR, the other is A3 made in China. The mechanical properties were investigated by tests and were compared with the original material properties. The result shows the yield strength and tensile strength of serviced steels are less than those of original materials. The surfaces of the piping were checked to investigate the corrosion, surface defects. The flaws in the welds and near the welds of the pipings were detected by UT and MT, and several weld flaws were found. Based on the test and NDT investigation results, the strength, fracture and fatigue life of the pipings are assessed according to Chinese standard GB/T19624-2004 and British standard BS7910-2000. The assessment results show that the strength of the piping is enough, and the pipings with these flaws does not fracture. The piping can be safe in service under the normal operating condition for 104 to 106 cycles.
