    Kurzfassung: Niobium carbide films was deposited by direct current reactive magnetron sputtering on Si (001) substrates in discharging a mixture of CH 4 /Ar gas. The effects of growth temperature ( T s ) and methane flow rate ( F CH4 ) on the phase structure, composition, mechanical and tribological properties for NbC x films were explored. For the film grown at F CH4 =6 sccm, a phase transition from cubic-NbC phase to hexagonal-Nb 2 C phases occurred with increasing the T s ; In contrast, when the film deposited at F CH4 =16 sccm, only the cubic-NbC phase was observed at different T s . The surface of all the films became rough with increasing the T s . In addition, when the T s increased from RT to 600 °C, the films exhibited the compressive stress and kept rising. While as the T s 〉 600 °C, the stress partially relaxed both at F CH4 =6 sccm and F CH4 =16 sccm. The hardness (H) for sample grown at F CH4 =6 sccm first increased up to a maximum value, and then decreased with increasing the T s . And the films grown at F CH4 =16 sccm kept decreasing with the maximum super-hard value of the filmsof 40.5 GPa at F CH4 =6 sccm and 600 °C. The friction coefficient for the film obtained at F CH4 =16 sccm was lower than that at F CH4 =6 sccm, which might be due to the presence more carbon in the film grown at F CH4 =16 sccm.

    Kurzfassung: In semi-solid rheocast and thixocast industry, T6 heat treatment was one key factor to improve the mechanical properties of the castings. The microstructure evolution was closely influenced by heat treatment temperature and time. In this paper, the morphology change of eutectic silicon in semi-solid alloy during different heat treatment time was firstly observed. The changes of both roundness and aspect show that the silicon particles underwent fragmentation, coarsening and growing up processes during solution treatment. Then, the mechanical properties after stand T6 and T6 with higher temperature were compared. It may be concluded that the higher temperature doesn’t have obvious effect to increase the mechanical strength, but severe negative effect on the elongation. Finally, the incipient melting defect appeared in higher temperature T6 was proved and its relationship with elongation was analysed.

    Kurzfassung: In order to analyze the effect of entry strip thickness, entry strip crown and intermediate roll shifting on strip profile and rolling force distribution, a three dimension finite element model of rolls-strip in UCM mill was established and employed. The results showed that the increases of entry strip thickness and entry strip crown would lead to the increase of exit strip crown and edge drop under the same total rolling force; the strip crown and edge drop would be decreased if the intermediate roll shifting δi was decreased. Moreover, the rolling force distribution also was analyzed in details by changing the entry strip thickness, the entry strip crown and the intermediate roll shifting.

    Kurzfassung: With integrated consideration of existing research on power grid development evaluation index system and requirements of power grid development diagnosis, a more comprehensive power grid development diagnostic index system is established from five aspects of power grid security and reliability, high efficiency, coordination, economics and social environment and more than 20 indicators. In addition, a new power grid development diagnostic evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed in order to diagnose and assess power grid status quo and the actual level of development comprehensively, objectively and systematically ,which will help power grid enterprises conveniently to find the main reason of affecting the power grid and enterprise development and encourage enterprises to continuously improve the targeted improvement measures and the level of grid development.

    Kurzfassung: In cold rolling process, asymmetric shape defects are still a common problem to strip quality. For the mills with inverse symmetry roll shifting system, different roll wear and thermal contour of top roll system and bottom roll system could cause asymmetric shape defects during shifting operation. In this paper, three dimension finite element simulation models of inverse shifting roll system were established to calculate the parameters and to analyze the effects. Based on the idea in the mill engineering that mill style option depended on the product grade, shifting weakness was evaluated and the opinion of limit shifting was suggested. To improve control effect to asymmetric shape defects in cold rolling, shape control system with asymmetric shape control ability is developed, including asymmetric edge drop control at upstream stands and asymmetric flatness control at last stand. The further improvement of asymmetric shape control theory and practice is the key way to reach the higher precision of shape quality in cold strip mills.

    Kurzfassung: Nowadays, huge quantity and various kinds of municipal solid waste (MSW) are collected mixing together without separating in China. There are wastes such as plastic, glass, metal, chemical fiber, paper, food and so on that can be regenerated and reused after sorting to realize sustainable development. However, because MSW are complex mixtures and with high moisture content, results in that useful substance can’t be sorted entirely, to research efficient equipments successfully is the key to solve this problem. Aiming at wastes easily to wind and hook each other such as cloth, strings, plastic and so on, a new sorting equipment was designed. Some key parts of the equipment were analyzed and optimized by using design calculation, finite element method and kinematic simulation method, including the structure optimum of the cam, and kinematic simulation and analysis of reset springs to promote the performance and reliability.

    Kurzfassung: Fuzzy system is known to predict model in the electrodialysis process. This paper aimed to study fitting effect by ANFIS in a laboratory scale ED cell. Separation percent of NaCl solution is mainly as a function of concentration, temperature, flow rate and voltage. Besides, ANFIS(Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) based on Sugeno fuzzy model, its structure was similar to neural network and could generate fuzzy rules automatically, using the error back propagation algorithm and least square method to adjust the parameters of fuzzy inference system. We obtained fitted values of separation percent by ANFIS. Separation percent from experiments compared with the fitted values of separation percent. The result is shown that the correlation coefficient is 0.988. Therefore, it is verified as a good performance in the electrodialysis process.

    Kurzfassung: The utilization of pure waterjet for Incremental Sheet Metal Forming (ISMF) is growing. However, the fatigue of pure waterjet nozzle is not fully clear. In the current study, based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA), the fatigue failure of pure waterjet nozzle was simulated and analyzed. The influence of uneven equivalent stress distribution and generation of cavitation on nozzle fatigue failure was discussed. The results obtained from two simulations (velocity, pressure) show a good agreement with the theoretical predictions, which indicates that the approach based on CFD and FEA is absolutely feasible. Due to the uneven equivalent stress distribution, there is the first failure point inside the nozzle, which reduces the whole life of the nozzle. The unreasonable nozzle structure is one of main causes of cavitation generation; cavitation damage is reduced by optimizing the structure to improve the overall life of the nozzle.

    Kurzfassung: This paper presents a numerical simulation approach to analyze high velocity waterjet characteristics and impact pressure. For the complexity of waterjet formation in air, multiphase mixture flow model is used, and the simulation is performed in FLUNET software. The simulation includes the hydrodynamic characteristics and pressure distribution of high velocity waterjet in air. The decay of pressure at different distance along centerline under different pump pressure is analyzed and the length of the initial region of waterjet is determined. In addition, the impact pressure of waterjet at different stand-off distance is also simulated, and the impact pressure distribution and its changing tendency with the stand-off distance are obtained. This paper provides theoretical parameters for waterjet incremental sheet metal forming.

    Kurzfassung: The semi-solid brazing process of SiC p /A356 composites and 2024 aluminum alloy using Zn-Al eutectic filler metal at 450 °C has been investigated. The two substrates and Zn-Al filler metal were heated up to the semisolid temperature range of Zn-Al filler metal by a resistance heating plate. In order to mix the filler metal with the base metal of both sides to be a single uniform joint, a stirrer was introduced into the weld seam. After stirring, specimens were sectioned for analysis of macro- and micro-structures along the weld region. The research shows that SiC p /A356 composites and aluminum can be joining by semisolid metal. It can be found that almost half of the oxide film on the surface of the base metal was disrupted and removed through the observation by SEM. The metallurgical bonds formed between the filler metal and the base materials on the interface of oxide had been disrupted. Moreover, the oxide film of surface of aluminum alloy was more thoroughly disrupted and removed than that of surface of composites with existing of SiC particle.
