Kurzfassung: This paper analyzes the circumstance of the sharp cutoff of water and sediment in He-Long reach recently, discusses the cause of the change of water and sediment. The study shows that, the change of underling surface and the rainfall without runoff are the primary reason for the sharp cutoff of water and sediment, if the rainfall condition changes, especially under the rainstorm which in the large area, with high strength and last for long time, the accumulated and secluded sediments could make the sediment yield increase sharply, the circumstance of sharp cutoff of water and sediment would change.

Kurzfassung: In this paper, a calculation method of static security analysis based on section topology relation is proposed. When topological structure of current data section is the same as that of the basecase section, it fully utilizes the factor tables of Jacobian matrix, and inverse matrix information of the basecase data section in rapid filtration of DC power flow. On the contrary, If topology changes compared with the basecase section, it adopts substation partial topological analysis technology as well as the method of partial factor table correction to increase the speed of calculation. Case studies with a practical power system indicate that the proposed method is correct and reasonable.

Kurzfassung: Aiming at inadequate mechanical properties of Glass ionomer cement (GIC) commonly used in dental clinic, commercial and melt quenched GIC powders as control groups, homemade GIC powder was prepared by sol–gel route and modified by Nb 2 O 5 . The GIC samples were characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), particle size analysis, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR). The compressive strength, Vickers hardness, working and net setting time were tested. The data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA. The XRD results showed that commercial, melt quenched and sol gel GIC powders were similar amorphous. D90 of three GIC powders and Nb 2 O 5 powder were 26 μm, 17 μm, 29 μm and 19 μm respectively. 5% Nb 2 O 5 -GIC exhibited the highest values of compressive strength and Vickers hardness, which were 112.93 Mpa, 139.48 MPa and 142.25 MPa respectively, increased 19.11%, 30.56% and 16.51% (P 〈 0.05); the Vickers hardness were 35.15 MPa, 36.23 MPa and 37.62 MPa, increased 18.03%, 29.95% and 16.32% (P 〈 0.05) compared to those of unmodified GICs as well. There was no significant change of the FT-IR characteristic peaks of modified GIC. The working time of three kinds of GIC were 4'58 ", 3'28" and 4'10 ", the net setting time were 5'16", 3'15 "and 4'38" (standard is 1.5-6 minutes). It was concluded that the dispersion stiffened effect of niobium oxide could improve the mechanical properties of the filling GIC without affecting the clinical operating performance.

Kurzfassung: In this paper, the influence of different sintering temperatures on the microstructure, density, shrinkage and final phase content of hydroxyapatite-zirconia (HA-ZrO 2 ) composites was studied. Composites of hydroxyapatite with 3 mol% Y 2 O 3 stabilized zirconia with MgO were sintered between 1100 °C and 1400 °C. The reaction and the transformation of phases were investigated by X-ray diffraction and FTIR spectroscopic measurements. Those results indicated that the processes of HA dehydroxylation were found, the mean grain size of the sample sintered was varied from 1.2 µm to 5.3 µm. Dimension shrinkage increased to 0.24% as the sintered temperature increased from 1100 °C to 1400 °C, the bulk density increased monotonically to 95.6% with increasing temperature up to 1400 °C.

Kurzfassung: We propose a simple technique to improve the light extraction efficiency of 650nm AlGaInP/GaInP resonant cavity light emitting diodes (RCLEDs) by using nanoscale textured-ZnO window layer. This layer was performed using a hydrothermal synthesis method, and the treatment solution for ZnO texturing growth on the RCLED surface was investigated. In addition, it has also been found that the optimum roughness of the nanoscale ZnO texturing for enhancing the light efficiency is about 300nm. As compared with the conventional RCLED, the nanoscale ZnO-textured RCLED, which has the optimum average roughness of 300nm, performs higher external quantum efficiency, a higher light output power, and a narrower spectrum width.

Kurzfassung: The surface polishing of Ti 3 SiC 2 disk in fluids (water, ethanol, propanol, glycol, and glycerol) is conducted on a Buehler grinder/polisher and evaluated using surface roughness. Using Buehler automatic grinder/polisher, the Ti 3 SiC 2 disks are grinded and polished in the as-mentioned lubricants by grinding disk of diamond with sizes of 45 μm to 3 μm. The surface roughnesses of Ti 3 SiC 2 disks at each stage are measured by 3D surface profiler. The results show that the lowest surface roughness (Ra) of Ti 3 SiC 2 disk obtained by mechanical polishing is 0.04 μm. The optimum polishing process of Ti 3 SiC 2 disk is as follows: using water as lubricant, at a load of 5 N, for steps 1 to 4, the Ti 3 SiC 2 and grinding disk rotates comparatively and the sizes of diamond particles on the abrasive disk are 45, 15, 9, and 3 μm, respectively. For step 5, the abrasive disk is woven cloth with no diamond particles. The duration of each step is 5 min. Using the same polishing process, the surface roughness of Ti 3 SiC 2 disk by direct hot pressing is lower than that by in situ reactive hot pressing. Using the same polishing process but different lubricants, the surface roughness of the Ti 3 SiC 2 disks increases in the order of water, ethanol, propanol, glycol, and glycerol. In water, the surface roughness of Ti 3 SiC 2 disk decreases with the increasing quantity of water and polishing duration.

Kurzfassung: Objectives: The effects of sodium citrate (Na 3 cit) on sedimentation and aggregation of calcium oxalate dihydrate (COD) nanocrystallites with a size of about 50 nm was studied in order to explore the mechanism of Na 3 cit to inhibit calcium oxalate stone formation. Methods: The influence of concentration of Na 3 cit ( c (Na 3 cit)) on size, Zeta potential, aggregation, and sedimentation of COD nanoparticles in aqueous solution was studied using nanoparticle size Zeta potential analyzer and ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results: In low c (Na 3 cit) ( 〈 0.8 mmol/L), the inhibition effect of Na 3 cit on aggregation and sedimentation of nanoCOD increased with the increase of c (Na 3 cit); while in high c (Na 3 cit), COD was gradually dissolved by Na 3 cit. The former was due to the specific adsorption of citrate ions (cit 3- ) on COD surface, which made the absolute Zeta-potential increased, therefore inhibited the aggregation and sedimentation of nanocrystallites; the later was because the high concentration of cit 3- made Ca 2+ ions dissociated from the crystal surface, leading to COD dissolution. Conclusions: Na 3 cit can inhibit the aggregation and sedimentation of nanoCOD in low concentration and dissolve COD in high concentration, indicating that Na 3 cit can inhibit the formation of calcium oxalate stones.

Kurzfassung: Room temperature friction and wear of Ti 3 SiC 2 -Ag sliding against Inconel 718 with a hemisphere-on-disc configuration were investigated in air. The effects of Ag content and TiAlN coating on Inconel 718 substrate were also included. Ti 3 SiC 2 /Inconel 718 tribo-pair showed high friction coefficient (0.6) and severe wear due to pullout of Ti 3 SiC 2 grains was observed at a sliding speed of 1 m/s. Ti 3 SiC 2 -Ag composites had better tribological behavior than that of monolithic Ti 3 SiC 2 in sliding against Inconel 718. At a sliding speed of 0.01 m/s, Ti 3 SiC 2 -Ag/Inconel 718 tribo-pairs exhibited moderate friction coefficient (0.32-0.4). At a sliding speed of 1 m/s, severe wear was not observed for Ti 3 SiC 2 -15vol.%Ag and Ti 3 SiC 2 -20vol.%Ag composites although the tribo-layer was not rich in Ag. When Ti 3 SiC 2 -Ag composites mated with TiAlN coating on Inconel 718 substrate, moderate friction coefficient (0.29-0.36) and low wear rate (10 -6 mm 3 N -1 m -1 ) were obtained at 0.01 m/s. A transition from mild wear to severe wear of Ti 3 SiC 2 -Ag composites at 0.1 m/s can be attributed to the ploughing effect by hard asperities on TiAlN coating.
