Abstract: We show that the mass matrix of electrically neutral gauge bosons in the recent proposed  model based on \(\mathrm{SU}(3)_C\otimes \mathrm{SU}(3)_L\otimes \mathrm{U}(1)_X\) group with three neutrino singlets [9] has two exact eigenvalues and corresponding eigenvectors. Hence the neutral non-Hermitian gauge boson \(X^0_\mu\) is properly determined. With extra vacuum expectation values of the Higgs fields, there are mixings among charged gauge bosons \(W^\pm\) and \(Y^\pm\) as well as amongneutral gauge bosons \(Z, Z'\) and \(X^0\). From the $W$ boson decay width, we get lower bound on  scale of the model about few TeVs.

Abstract: Organometal halide perovskite materials have shown high potential as light absorbers for photovoltaic applications. In this work, perovskite planar solar cells were fabricated on corning substrates with the structure as follows: the first layer made of tantalum-doped tin oxide as transparent contact material, followed by sputtering niobium-doped titanium oxide as the compact electron transport layer; covered with perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 as the light harvester by combination between spin-coating and dipping methods; CuSCN was evaporated as the hole transport layer; the final thin Al/Ag electrodes were deposited. This configuration is shortly described as Al/TTO/NTO/CH3NH3PbI3/CuSCN/Ag. Such heterojunctions are expected to be suitable for the development of efficient hybrid solar cells. The fabricated cells were measured under the air mass 1.5 illumination condition, showed the rectification effect and exhibited a power conversion efficiency of 0.007%, with a open circuit voltage of 53.2 mV, a short circuit current of 0.36 mA/cm2, and a form factor of 37%. The power conversion efficiency will be further optimized in near future.

Abstract: This work is devoted for gauge boson sector of the recentlyproposed model based on \(\mathrm{SU}(3)_C\otimes \mathrm{SU}(3)_L\otimes \mathrm{U}(1)_X\) group with minimal content of leptons andHiggses. The limits on the masses of the bilepton gauge bosons andon the mixing angle among the neutral ones are deduced. Using theFritzsch anzats on quark mixing, we show that the third family ofquarks should  be different from the first two. We obtain a lowerbound on mass of the new heavy neutral gauge boson as 4.032 TeV.Using data on branching decay rates of the \(Z\) boson, we  can fix the limit to the \(Z\) and $Z^\prime$ mixing angle\(\phi\) as \(-0.001\le\phi\le 0.0003\).

Abstract: Aluminum doped zinc oxide was prepared by magnetron sputtering methods at room temperature using a ZnO ceramic target doped 2%wt by Al2O3. The optical transmittance of the films is higher than 80% in the visible range. A direct bandgap type was reached by controlling deposition conditions; the bandgap value was in the range between 3.2 eV and 4.2 eV. Good electrical and optical properties were obtained for the films deposited by an appropriate co-sputtering of ZnO and Al targets. These films with a resistivity, about 1.3´10-2W.cm, and a transmittance, higher than 80%, can be applicable for transparent conducting electrodes.

Abstract: The detailed analysis of the gauge model based on \(\mathrm{SU}(3)_C\otimes \mathrm{SU}(3)_L \otimes \mathrm{U}(1)_X\) group with minimal content of lepton and Higgs is presented. It is shown that with just two Higgs triplets, all fermions and gauge bosons can get correct   masses. The advantage of the model under consideration is that a huge number of free parameters is reduced, and the model's predictiveness is much improved.

Abstract: Ecological risk assessments of the oceanic tuna fisheries on the secondary species in the Sea of Vietnam were conducted following the productivity and susceptibility analysis (PSA) method suggested by Marine Stewardship Council. The secondary species were identified through compilation and analysis of data collected in 67 observer trips conducted on board of commercial tuna fisheries by Research Institute for Marine Fisheries (RIMF) and WWF-Vietnam during the period 2000-2016. The consequence analysis pointed out that there were 12 secondary species of tuna fisheries which were taken into PSA analysis. The results indicated that most of species were at medium and low risk level. Species considered at medium risk are Pelagic thresher (Alopias pelagicus), Blue shark (Prionace glauca), Scalloped hammerhead (Sphyrna lewini), Wahoo (Acanthocybium solandri), Escolar (Lepidocybium flavobrunneum), Indo-Pacific sailfish (Istiophorus platypterus) and at low risk are Longtail tuna (Thunnus tonggol), Swordfish (Xiphias gladius), Snake mackerel (Gempylus serpens), Black marlin (Makaira indica), Indo-Pacific blue marlin (M. mazara) and Common dolphinfish (Coryphaena hippurus). Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus albacares) and Bigeye Tuna (T. obesus) are target species and both at ecologically low risk level. The results also showed that tuna handline fishery has less impacts on group of secondary species compared to longline fishery.

Abstract: The UNSW-NB15 dataset was created by the Australian Cyber Security Centre in 2015 by using the IXIA tool to extract normal behaviors and modern attacks, it includes normal data and 9 types of attacks with 49 features. Previous research results show that the detection of Fuzzers attacks in this dataset gives the lowest classification quality. This paper analyzes and evaluates the performance of using known ensemble techniques such as Bagging, AdaBoost, Stacking, Decorate, Random Forest and Voting to detect FUZZERS attacks on UNSW-NB15 dataset to create models. The experimental results show that the AdaBoost technique with the component classifiers using decision tree for the best classification quality with F-Measure is 96.76% compared to 94.16%, which is the best result obtained by using single classifiers and 96.36% by using the Random Forest technique.

Abstract: Spirulina platensis was experimentally cultivated by semi-continuous method at 20m2 scale pilot to effectively use the available bicarbonate and minerals of the My An mineral water, Phu Vang district, Thua Thien Hue province, and reduce production cost. Analyses of My An water quality showed that this mineral water source was suitable to cultivate Spirulina Platensis after removing H2S. The average algal yield reached to 10gDW/m2.day. The obtained algal biomass contained high nutrient compositions and was a suitable source for functional food (68.32 % protein, 7.32 % lipids containing Omega-3 and Omega-6, and low heavy metal concentration). The obtained results indicated that the My An mineral water source was indeed a suitable water source for producing Spirulina platensis biomass as a functional food.
