    Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Agro Aku Bisa jember jawa timur, untuk memenuhi persyaratan memenuhi persyaratan kebutuhan dari konsumen serara efisien untuk mana yang akan datang, SCM dalam industri pertanian jagung mendapatkan informasi persediaan bibit, hasil tani, dan pendistribusian hasil pertanian jagung lebih optimal supaya SCM dalam industri pertanian jagung dapat berjalan optimal, efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis kinerja manajemen rantai paasokan pertanian jagung di PT. Agro Aku Bisa jember (2) Bagaimana cara mendistribusikan bahan pokok atau bahan baku ke petani yang bermitra di PT. Agro Aku Bisa

    Abstract: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Penjualan Kimia Farma Apotek 067 Jember yang semakin menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kualitas pelayanan di Apotek Kimia Farma dalam rangka merumuskan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan bagaimana kualitas layanan di Apotek Kimia Farma Jember.Untuk Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas Tjipto, antara laian: berwujud,daya tanggap,keandalan, jaminan, dan yang terakhir adalah empati. Populasi sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Kimia Farma Apotek dihadapi selama masa penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability samples atau non statistic.

    Abstract: Kasus hipertensi, diabet, stroke, penyakit Ginjal konis (PGK), Alzeimir  setiap tahun meningkat dikarenakan jumlah kasus di Indonesia,terkait erat hubungannya dengan radikal bebas. Pentingnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap radikal bebas dan antioksidan alami yang banyak pada buah dan sayuran yang dapat dimanfaatkan alternatif sebagai upaya untuk mencegah radikal bebas bila dalam kondisi stress oksidatif, pilihan antiokidan alami menjadi alternatifnya, karena dari hasil peneltian pemakaian antioksida sintesis dilaporkan dapat memacu kanker, sehingga antioksidan alami yang terdapat dalam buah dan sayuran merupakan sumber yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk mengurangi kerusakan sel akibat radikal bebas. Tujuan pengabdian adalah peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat  tentang obat penyakit degeneratif alternatif  obatnya dari herbal yang berkhasiat sebagai antioksidan dan cara pemanfaatanya. Metode Pengabdian di adakan  secara virtual dengan pemberian materi secara daring. Peserta sebanyak 65 orang berasal dari mahasiswa beserta orang tua. Dari hasil survei pre dan post tes peserta menunjukkan partisipasi cukup bagus. Hali ini dibuktikan tingkat pengetahuan dan ketrampilan cara memanfaatkan. pada penyakit degenertif  hasil post test lebih baik dari pada pre tes. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat secara daring peserta merasakan manfaat berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan mampu menerapkan dalam keseharian pemanfaatan dengan baik dan benar tanaman yang banyak mengandung antioksidan sebagai pemeliharaan kesehatan terutama penyakit hipertensi dan hiperlipidemia.

    Abstract: Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember is a product distributor company of Unilever Indonesia Ltd. has low employee discipline and decreased productivity of employee performance is one of the problems this company faces. This study aims to see the effect of compensation on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Ltd. Jember. This research method uses quantitative research methods by taking 60 respondents. Answer the problem formulation with the help of Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3 and analyze the data using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The study results show that compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees through work discipline as an intervening variable.

    Legal Protection For Workers Through Social Security Program

    Abstract: The no. 11 2020 law on occupational copyright in section 82 verse 1 mentions that the rule of chapter 18 was changed to read as follows: a social security program includes (a) health insurance, (b) occupational safety, (c) retirement security, (e ) a guarantee of death, (e) a guarantee of death, and (f) a bail of death, but in execution, it cannot be fully implemented by the giver of such social security. The study aims to know the form of legal protection for labor through a social security program by 2020's statute 11 on job copyright and knowing how the implementation of the social security program for labor. The study employed an empirical juridical method using primary and secondary data conducted with a random sampling technique. The data obtained is analyzed with qualitative data analysis. From this study came that legal protection contained rights and obligations. The government has published a 2020 statute of no. 11 to create legal protection for the workforce. But in development in the field, there is still a large amount of manpower that has not earned their right to social security, which means that governments have not been able to provide maximum protection to the workforce.
