    Description: To obtain signatures of local adaptation, transgenerational plasticity and phenotypic plasticity in pipefish originating from different salinity levels we measured targeted gene expression levels in the the offspring generation. This dataset contains -deltaCT values obtained from real time PCR on a fluidigm chip for all juvenile pipefish and targeted genes used in this experiment.
