Abstract:
Cyclophilins participate in the regulation of calcium homeostasis in human platelets by regulating SERCA2b, without affecting other calcium ATPases. Coimmunoprecipitation experiments revealed that cyclophilin A and STIM1 are involved in the mechanism that regulates SERCA2b function in these cells
