Abstract: A series of 4-(pyridin-4-yloxy)benzamide derivatives containing a 1,2,3-triazole fragment were designed, synthesized, and their inhibitory activity against A549, HeLa, and MCF-7 cancer cell lines was evaluated. Most compounds exhibited moderate to potent antitumor activity against the three cell lines. Among them, the promising compound B26 showed stronger inhibitory activity than Golvatinib, with IC50 values of 3.22, 4.33, and 5.82 μM against A549, HeLa, and MCF-7 cell lines, respectively. The structure–activity relationships (SARs) demonstrated that the modification of the terminal benzene ring with a single electron-withdrawing substituent (fluorine atom) and the introduction of a pyridine amide chain with a strong hydrophilic group (morpholine) to the hinge region greatly improved the antitumor activity. Meanwhile, the optimal compound B26 showed potent biological activity in some pharmacological experiments in vitro, such as cell morphology study, dose-dependent test, kinase activity assay, and cell cycle experiment. Finally, the molecular docking simulation was performed to further explore the binding mode of compound B26 with c-Met.

Abstract: In this paper, preferential enrichment (PE) is described for three pairs of novel amino acid Schiff base Cu(II)/Cu(I) complexes. Single crystal X-ray diffraction indicated that 1-S/R are one-dimensional coordination polymers (CPs) with helical structures, and 2-S/R and 3-S/R are one-dimensional CPs with auxiliary ligands. By tuning the pH, the solvent and second ligands, the 1-S/R, 3-S/R underwent polymorphic transitions, resulting in enantioselective liberation of excess enantiomers into solution, until the deposited crystals were slightly enriched with the opposite enantiomer, thereby successfully exhibiting PE. However, under the effects of Cu(II), the solvent and low pH, 2-S/R did not exhibit PE and resulted in enrichment of racemic compounds, which was attributed to amino acid Schiff base chiral complex mechanisms of PE. The three pairs of Cu complex structures were characterized by UV-vis, MS and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). All chiral properties were studied by circular dichroism (CD) in the solid and liquid.

Abstract: The development of blockchain technology promotes the evolution of the industrial ecosystem, and the value co-creation in the ecosystem has become an important factor for the sustainable and coordinated development of the blockchain industry ecosystem. By answering the question of how governance mechanisms affect the value co-creation of the blockchain industry ecosystem, this paper aims to clarify the realization mechanism of value co-creation of the blockchain industry ecosystem. Based on the transaction cost theory and social exchange theory, the governance mechanisms of the blockchain industry ecosystem are divided into contract governance and trust governance. The system dynamics method is used to analyze the causality of the effect of governance mechanisms on value co-creation of the blockchain industry ecosystem, the model of system flow chart is established, and Vensim PLE software is used to perform simulation and sensitivity analyses of the model. The results show that: both contract governance and trust governance can positively affect the value co-creation of the blockchain industry ecosystem; due to the existence of bounded rationality, compared with contract governance, trust governance has a more significant impact on system resource innovation and value co-creation; there is a co-existence effect among contract governance and trust governance, and compared with the single effect, the co-existence effect of two can promote the value co-creation process of the blockchain industry ecosystem more actively. The research results reveal the internal laws of the value co-creation and provide valuable insights into the exploitation of governance mechanisms to facilitate effectively the value creation of the blockchain industry ecosystem.

Abstract: In this paper, a dual-polarization weather radar echo signal simulation method is proposed for the evaluation of the performance enhancement of dual-polarization weather radar systems, the optimization of signal processing algorithms and the improvement of scanning strategies. The actual weather radar base data are used in the simulation as the reference weather scene, which avoids using a complex algorithm for weather modeling. Moreover, based on radar weather equations, the radar system parameters are added into the radar echo signal modeling to establish the relationship between the simulated echo signal and radar system. As a result, the final simulated echo signal not only shows both the time and frequency domain characteristics of the weather target, but also includes the effects of the important performance of the dual-polarization weather radar system. In addition, to evaluate the performance of range ambiguity mitigation using phase coding and batch working modes, two different simulation methods for the radar signal are established on the method above; one is for batch working mode with long-PRT (pulse repetition time) and short-PRT transmission and receiving, and the other is for phase-coded mode with phase-coded transmission and phase-uncoded receiving. Under the same weather scene, the observation of these two different methods of range ambiguity mitigation are simulated and compared. Results show that the performance of the phase coding mode for mitigating range ambiguity is better than that of the batch mode. Obviously, the simulation method can be used to directly show the observation of different algorithms for mitigation range ambiguity under the same weather process, and quickly compare and evaluate the algorithm’s performance, which is not possible for real radars.

Abstract: Vegetable prices play an important role in people’s daily lives globally. However, there is very little research that has systematically analyzed and discussed the existing research. Therefore, in order to narrow this gap in the literature, there is a need for an extensive and macro-level study of vegetable price research. By sorting out a large volume of documents, This paper presents a visual representation of the vegetable price research literature in the Web of Science and CNKI databases; it includes three perspectives of the cooperative network, co-occurrence network and co-cited network, and draws scientific knowledge map, to acquire a good understanding of the current situation of vegetable price research, hot issues, clearly shows the focus of the research, summaries the fluctuation pattern of vegetable price, deeply analyses the influencing factors of vegetable price fluctuation, and find out the connection between related scholars and the correlation existing in each research content. The results show that scholars at home and abroad have conducted research from the perspectives of vegetable price influencing factors, forecasting and early warning, and insurance systems, but they are only limited to some regions, and some vegetable varieties, and the forecasting and early warning of vegetable prices are not accurate enough, the insurance system is not perfect, and a complete price influencing mechanism has not yet been proposed. The aim of this study is to make a significant contribution to the scientific community and industry practitioners by providing a comprehensive understanding of the latest status, popular keywords and topics, and emerging areas of vegetable price research. In addition, this study will be a useful and valuable reference and guide for researchers interested in this field.

Abstract: Precipitation nowcasting is extremely important in disaster prevention and mitigation, and can improve the quality of meteorological forecasts. In recent years, deep learning-based spatiotemporal sequence prediction models have been widely used in precipitation nowcasting, obtaining better prediction results than numerical weather prediction models and traditional radar echo extrapolation results. Because existing deep learning models rarely consider the inherent interactions between the model input data and the previous output, model prediction results do not sufficiently meet the actual forecast requirement. We propose a Modified Convolutional Gated Recurrent Unit (M-ConvGRU) model that performs convolution operations on the input data and previous output of a GRU network. Moreover, this adopts an encoder–forecaster structure to better capture the characteristics of spatiotemporal correlation in radar echo maps. The results of multiple experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model. The balanced mean absolute error (B-MAE) and balanced mean squared error (B-MSE) of M-ConvGRU are slightly lower than Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory (ConvLSTM), but the mean absolute error (MAE) and mean squared error (MSE) of M-ConvGRU are 6.29% and 10.25% lower than ConvLSTM, and the prediction accuracy and prediction performance for strong echo regions were also improved.
