    Kurzfassung: For pedagogical disciplines in general and special education in particular, regular pedagogical practice is an important training activity whichs helping students to form, train and develop a system of skills as well as contributing to the formation of the qualities of future teachers. In order for the regular practice to be organized effectively, it is necessary to regularly get feedback from the schools of practice to improve the quality of training and strengthen the relationship between the schools and\or between teacher training institutions and practice schools, meeting the requirements of regulations on standards for assessing the quality of training programs at higher education levels. The research article surveys the feedback of practice schools on organizing regular practice for students of Special Education, focusing on the following contents: Preparation before going to practice schools; ideas and comments on contents for practicing; Professional, attitudes response of the practice instructors; The level of professional, mental and attitude’s response of students of the Faculty of Special Education; Suggestions for effective and quality implementation of regular pedagogical practice

    Kurzfassung: This article is a study to investigate the situation of teachers' practice of the beginning consonant pronunciation for 6-7 aged hearing impaired children with a cochlear implant. The research was conducted on a sample of 30 teachers who do early intervention for 6-7 aged hearing impaired children in some educational institutions for children with hearing impairment in Hanoi. The research contents include 1) Teachers' perception of the role of practicing pronunciation of the beginning consonants for 6-7 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implants; 2) The level of implementation of the contents of practicing pronunciation of the beginning consonants for the 6-7 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implant; 3) The teacher's assessment of the difficulty level of the contents in the program to practice pronunciation of the beginning consonants for the 6-7 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implant; 4) Evaluate the using and effectiveness of the beginning consonants pronunciation practicing; 5) The using of materials in practicing pronunciation of the beginning consonants; 6) the ways of practicing pronunciation of the beginning consonants and 7) the factors affecting on practicing pronunciation of the beginning consonants for the 6-7 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implant. Some results from the research are that all teachers (100%) have awareness of the important role of practicing the beginning consonants for the 6-7 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implants. Teachers implemented some contents to practice the beginning consonants for them such as breathing training, voice training, producing organs training; teaching phonics; distinguish- correcting the producing. The most popular form which is used to practice the beginning consonants is 1:1 (one teacher and one child). The knowledge and skills of teachers are the factors that impact the most on practicing the beginning consonant pronunciation for the 6-7 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implant.

    Kurzfassung: This article is a study on 30 teachers who do early intervention for 3 - 4 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implant and guide for their parents in some educational instituitions for children with hearing impairement in Hanoi in order to reseach the current situation of guiding parents of 3 - 4 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implant to develop spoken language for their child through daily activities at home about: teachers’s awareness of the role of guiding parents of 3 - 4 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implant to develop spoken language for their child through daily activities; the methods or the ways which teachers use to guide parents; the contents of guiding parent sessions; daily activities which teachers usually guide parents to develop spoken language for their child; teachers’s evaluation on implementation to develop spoken language for 3 - 4 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implant through daily activities at home. The research’s results are the basis for subsequent research to provide measures to guide parents of 3 - 4 aged hearing impaired children with cochlear implant to develop spoken language for their child through daily activities at home effectively.

    Kurzfassung: Air pollution is one of the global problems with adverse effects on many aspects of human life, on different population groups and on the ecology of animals and plants. The effects of air pollution on disadvantaged communities in society such as children with disabilities are also considered. This paper describes the research results on the effects of air pollution on children with disabilities through narrative review and content analysis from 39 articles published from 2010 to 2020. Results showed that most studies were conducted in developed countries from the large survey sample sizes in wide age ranges from from pregnancy to 19 years of age in longitudinal, cross-sectional and retrospective study designs. Air pollution is determined based on the indicators of nitrogen dioxide (NO2), black carbon (BC), fine particulate matter (PM) such as PM1, PM2.5, PM10, sulfur dioxide (SO2), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH), benzene, ground-level ozone and solid biomass smoke. Results from the review showcased that air pollution has an effect on a high risk of autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, intellectual disability, behavioral and emotional disorders including depression and psychosis. In addition, studies have also shown that air pollution has serious effects on children's brain development and physical health such as impaired fetal neural development, premature brain imbalance, inflammation, and changes in fetal brain structure. Showing the relationship between air pollution and children's disability may indicate that environmental pollution is considered as a factor that negatively affects the disability etiology and severity. Showing this relationship contributes to promoting environmental protection, reducing pollution including air pollution at national and global scale.

    Kurzfassung: Due to the increasing competition of educational sector, universities are striving for their brand positioning. As an intangible service sector, universities can get the sustainable competitive advantage in the market by providing the excellent service quality. The study aims to evaluate students' satisfaction with the quality of Business English (BE) programs at economics universities in Hanoi, Vietnam. The model and hypotheses are developed based on quantitative research. Data was collected through self-administered close-ended questionnaire from a sample of 360 students. For analysis purpose, SPSS 22 were used to confirm the validity concerns and determine the proposed relationship among selected variables. The output reveals that lecturers are the strongest influencers of students’ satisfaction, followed by reputation, facilities and curriculum while administrative support is found to have no impact on students’ satisfaction. This study provides a ‘snapshot’ to the university management about the provision of current service quality and proposes suggestions to improve the service quality within minimum resources to get the sustainable competitive advantage in the market.
